What I have experienced here in this practice surpasses everything. Long waiting times, despite appointments. Dr. Schwenk is totally overwhelmed. Rushes from one patient to another and has lost track/control of his new and old medical staff. You have to be able to delegate. And if mistakes creep in, you should own up to them. Instead, outdated methods are stuck to. The two prostheses now have to be remade. But definitely not here!! Thanks for nothing. Lost time, money and trust. And these are supposed to be specialists??!! Leave you alone with pain. There is a lack of foresight to try something new.

I have been going to this dental clinic for some years now and they are all very professional and friendly. They are English speakers as well, which makes it easier for me. Ramona Deinhardt has been my dental prophylaxis assistant for a while and I can recommend her - very good professional, very attentive and careful during treatment.

My experience of Edel & Weiss practice has been thoroughly positive. The doctors, assistants and reception staff are all empathetic, professional and make you feel heard and understood. They take time to explain the details, make sure to check at every step if you feel comfortable and offer proper advice for aftercare. Any follow-up appointments are offered within a perfectly reasonable time window. Dr. Großgebauer did my fillings and he did a great job of it. He was empathetic, attentive and professional at every step. On top of that, he speaks perfect English, which plays a major role in my positive experience at this practice as an expat. The same goes for Dr. Savo, who extracted my wisdom teeth. Even though I was extremely anxious before the procedure, it turned out to be not that bad after all. During the initial examination, I had mentioned my anxiety regarding dental procedures. Keeping that in mind, Dr. Savo suggested general anesthesia for the surgery to help with it. Ultimately, I decided to get it done with local anesthesia but this experience made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously, which I really appreciate. Also the dental cleaning went very well - no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I received an explanation and care at every step. Going to this practice has significantly reduced my anxiety towards dental procedures. Huge thanks to the team for that! I definitely recommend them to all locals and expats alike. :)

Ich kam nach Nürnberg zur Messe und hatte das Pech, dass meine Zahnkrone rausgefallen ist. Es war überall unmöglich kurzfristig einen Termin zu bekommen, aber diese Praxis hat sich als sehr entgegenkommend bewiesen! Der Umgang und die Behandlung waren großartig, die Einrichtung modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Ich bin echt dankbar und empfehle diese Praxis gerne weiter! LG aus Düsseldorf

Hier wird Service groß geschrieben, heute hatte ich meine Zahnreinigung bei Ramona, sowohl gute Laune als auch gute Musik kam mir direkt entgegen. Ich fühlte mich super aufgehoben und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Wenn ein Zahnarzt dann nur noch dieser, Frau Dr Herzog überzeugte mich auch zu 100 Prozent.

I've been going to Ramona's teeth cleaning every six months since 2020 and I'm super satisfied! Ramona is always really nice, is flexible with appointments and very accommodating. Cleaning with her is totally pleasant. She explains a lot and gives lots of tips on dental care. It's a very pleasant atmosphere. The check-up appointment with the doctors - at the same time - was also very pleasant and great. I always enjoy going there!

I would love to thank Dr.(Frau) Schwenk. She handled my son's trauma case(he completely lost a tooth) amazingly well. He can smile now with his confidence intact. She is very warm, pleasant and reassuring.

Fr. Dr. Herzog hat Goldhände!! Mir ist ein Teil meines vorderen Zahns abgebrochen. Das so kurz vor einem für mich sehr wichtigen Ereignis. Das sah nicht mehr ästhetisch aus und wohl habe ich mich auch nicht mehr gefühlt. Frau Dr. Herzog hat Freitag Nachmittag innerhalb einer halben Stunde den Zahn mit Füllmaterial wieder hervorragend rekonstruiert. Hervorragende Ärztin und hervorragende Praxis!

Meine Erfahrung in dieser Praxis waren schlicht. Habe ich zahnschiene gemacht, dass passt nicht, aber diese arzt Geld genommen. Ab Anfang hat mir gesagt die schiene ist nicht passt und wir nehmen den Geld nicht, trotzdem hatte er genommen. Ich habe starke Schmerzen und Sie spielen bei mir. Schade

Hier würde ich am liebsten gar kein Stern geben da es so furchtbar ist. Man geht dorthin ohne schmerzen und kommt raus mit extreme Schmerzen und aussage „es muss so sein“. Dann wird auch noch behauptet, dass eine andere Zahnarztpraxis was falsch gemacht hat. Einfach schlimm diese Praxis und null empfehlenswert.

Today treatment with Dr. Panning and teeth cleaning with Coroline Süß. Everything was well organized. Very pleasant atmosphere in the practice rooms. Dr. Schwenk explains everything very precisely and understandably. The treatment was precise, efficient and painless. For me this is very important. As has been the case for many years, my teeth cleaning was carried out by Caroline Süß. As always, caring, thorough and empathetic. I feel in good hands in this practice. Highly Recommended
