    I wrote a review 2 weeks ago and the business answered my review. Because of this I have I given them an upgrade, 1 to 3 star. Any business that takes the time to respond to reviews in such timely manner shows me they care about their business. BUT their response did have me concerned. In my last 1star review, I said the staff all seemed nice and I felt including Doctors aa well. As far as medical stuff I was pleased tmwith the care I received. My problem came at check out. How I did not have enough Euro in my wallet to pay the pill of 70€. The where so determined to get the entire payment in full that day before I left. The office would not except my credit card, they would not just mail the bill to my home. I even offered to give the 20€ in my wallet and I pay the other 50€ payment in 2 days on my follow-up doctors appointment. The office said NO. so I had to actually walk do the ATM so I could pay them in full. So this was my problem and I felt like this was discrimination, but could not place my finger on it. So I asked if everyone in the office has to pay in full cash only when they leave their office. So with the language difference things get lost in translation a lot and this definitely is a situation. The office felt like I was accusing the staff of treating me bad or descrimnation behavior towards me. I was not implying that at all. The staff was great. The receptionists, nurses and the Doctor where all great. The receptionists are only doing their job and I did feelingike they where forced into a bad situation. I was directing my concern to the owner or who ever sets the policy of collecting payments. The fact that the office wouldn't mail the bill to me like every other Doctor or Dentist I have done business with for past 4 years in Ansbach got me thinking. Then not accepting any partially payment and allow me to make full payment in less than 48 hours was very concerning to me also. I actually thought the office policy or accounting office, where very close to acting very discriminating towards me as a foreigner. Before he passed Dr Grossberg and his wife explained to once that in Germany the accounting and Bill collection in Germany was so much slower than my home country that a lot of people where not getting paid because by the time the bill went out many Military Americans would be gone from Germany. Using that information, I partially understand some reason why a bill must be collected sooner than most German people. But these office also need to make some effort to make their policies the same for German local and foreign people. Business need to allow credit or debit cards, bank IBAN transfer at the desk and willing to wait up to a several days, and less than 48 hours should be more than acceptable. So once again the staff was great and very nice, it was just the bill collection policy seemed odd to me. I wish the person that responded would have gone into more detail about why they could not accept my credit card, mail the bill to my home or accept partial payment on a 70€ bill allowing me to make the other 50€ in less than 48 hours.

    It was good experience with the Doctor but the waiting time was too long and receptionist talked to us very bad and with loud voice although we were just asking about when will we enter and there were alot who entered before us. It was really bad attitude.

    my wife had an appointment at 10:30 and she was there at time . But the worker told her go to the waiting room we will call you . She had waited one and half hours in waiting area but nobody called her . After that she go to the reception and ask for the call . My wife told to the worker i am been here for last 2 hour where is my tern and the worker at the reception told her Either stay or go . The lady on the reception was unfriendly. No respect no manners to talk . This is not good . My wife took this appointment since 2 month ago. Sorry no go .

    Horrible experience. If you have a referral from Tricare, request to go somewhere else or Nuremberg. We have been waiting for over one hour with an appointment. Our son is 7 months and can't be waiting for so long. Don't bring your little one here.

    Ich kann die Praxis sehr empfehlen! Ich bekam schnell einen Termin und wurde sehr freundlich behandelt. Als ich aufgerufen wurde, aber gerade noch mein Baby stillen musste, hat die Ärztin geduldig gewartet und mir die Zeit gegeben. Das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Danke!

    Wir können nur gutes über die Praxis und Team sagen, immer freundlich, es wird alles gut erklärt. Wir gehen jetzt schon fast 1 1/2 Jahre in die Praxis mit unseren kleinen (sie ist jetzt 2) und es wird sich immer liebevoll im sie gekümmert. Vielen Dank und weiter so :-) We have been coming here for the past 11/2 years to get out little one checked out, we had never a problem with the staff. Sure waiting time can be annoying, especially with children, but bring some toys or they even have a little play area upstairs. I don't understand the negative comments at all... But you have waiting times at every doctors office, even on post. And this praxis is really busy, but they do take their time with the patient.

    Wurde zwar gut behandelt und auch operiert, doch bei der zweiten kontrolluntersuchung am 19.12.2023, wie ein Penner behandelt. Die Schwester überprüfte das rechte Auge, obwohl das linke operiert wurde. Anschließend erklärte mir der Arzt, es sei alles bestens. Meine Erklärung, ich kann derzeit nichts lesen, interessiere den garnicht, er meinte für Autofahren würde es ausreichen und ich soll mir doch eine Brille im Supermarkt für 9 € kaufen. Eine solche Behandlung hatte ich bis dato noch nicht erlebt. In dem Zustand soll ich einen 40 Tonnen Tankzug fahren und Menschenleben im öffentlichen Verkehr gefährden.? Mein Anwalt wird nun die erforderlichen Schritte veranlassen.
