We wanted a reasonably priced beach holiday in Turkey and Gaby just totally recommended Eqypt. We told her our Budget but I would have paid more if she had told us that for a nice hotel in Eqypt you'd have to book at least 4 Stars or more. I was quite shocked at the hotel room we got in Hurghada. It was clean but totally below standard because it was very old. We also requested to change rooms after that because not what we booked. Had to pay extra too.Overall not what I expected from a tour agent. Disappointed with their service.wanted a higher level room instead of low leveld rooms as was in the case of the first room. Luckily beach was OK
