The coffee there is basically just a way to promote their super-heavy premium espresso machines. To quote one of their employees "if you already own a Porsche, this is the place where you can buy the right espresso machine for you." I never bought one. But the espresso shot is only 1 € and it's one of the best in town. No plastic cups "to go", though.

At last a place in Munich, where a simple tasty and strong espresso costs only 1€. This is the „italian“ way and I don‘t see why other places keep offering it for 1,30€ or 1,50€. I‘ve even seen 1,90€ for a single espresso! Even bakeries, who offer espresso from automatic coffee machines, put similar prices tags. And it doesn‘t even taste like espresso. I don‘t care how high your rent is - an espresso is literally just a few drops of coffee in a little cup and it has to be no more than 1€ - exactly like in the most „espresso-developed“ country in the world - Italy. Thank you, Baresta, for doing it the way it has to be and not being „ooh-this-is-Munich-it-has-to-be-expensive“ like everybody else. And the only thing I don‘t like as a coffee lover, is that on Saturdays they are open only until 4 p.m., which feels a bit short when it‘s summer and the sun is still shining outside. During winter it’s okay. I see potential, if they work one hour longer, let‘s say from May to August or something like. But I also understand that they want to chill and enjoy weekend as well. This has nothing to do with the quality of their service - it‘s just my personal preference to drink good coffee after 4 p.m. as well. So still 5 stars!

fantastic staff, slightly messy show room, great customer service and advice to help choose the right coffee machine. the entrance is difficult to find, parking is almost impossible and you can't try the coffee because of covid at the moment though!

Very nice coffee, quite reasonably priced and pleasant staff in a stylish, yet industrial atmosphere. The place doubles as a showroom / shop for espresso machines and grinders. Plenty of specialty coffee for sale as well. Highly recommended... and I'm saying that as a coffee shop owner (in Jakarta)

Bought my grinder from there along with a couple of accessories. I had a small consultation regarding different topics at the shop but ordered online for in-store pick-up, which was delivered much faster than original delivery date. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and offer many tips and tricks to get the most out of the purchased product. Can't wait till the cafe is back running to try their coffee.

Very good espresso from the outlet. But just be aware then you buy beans on the shell. It seems they don't dispose the stale beans. I bought a pack of Gentile with a "best before" of 2019.06, which I assume the roasted date to be 2018.06 and it is 10 months sitting on the shell.

Great coffee! Wish we found this place on our first day in Munich, rather than our last. Will definitely come back for a cappuccino when I visit Munich again.

Unfortunately, very bad customer service. We ordered a coffee machine 3 weeks ago with the indication of 3-5 days delivery. The machine has still not arrived and only after several requests, the order was dispatched.

Very bad customer service. I live in Denmark and bought the machine online. Slow shipping and bad communication. Communication via e-mail is not a priority. I've bought a faulty Rocket R58 Cinquantotto. The control box is fried and they wont respond to my e-mails. It is still within warranty. I think my only option is to buy a new control box and fix it myself. Luckily, I am handy myself. If I were not I would be in a lot of trouble. Buy your machine somewhere else.
