Franconian food - the excellent way. You will not find a better restaurant in the area. This is the best Franconian restaurant we have ever been to. Daniel and his service staff will make you feel at home. I recommend eating the Schaufele, the Hirschkalbsbraten or the roast beef. Drinks: take the dark beer during and a Vogelbeerschnaps after dinner. Yummy!

Great place with nice food. The service was exemplary, making you want to go back.

The quality and the quantity of the food it's very good for the price you pay for it. Its little bit more expensive than a classical German restaurant but it's really worth to pay for that experience. The atmosphere it's very nice and the service too. Everytime when friends comes to Nürnberg I like to bring them to this restaurant. Make a reservation because usually it is full even during the week.

Drove through the region and needed to stop not too far from the Autobahn to eat. One of the best restaurants I‘ve ever been to. The waiter was friendly and attentive, food came out quickly and was delicious and fresh. The menu is original and has everything for meatlovers, vegetarians etc… Can only recommend this great place!
