Seit vielen Jahren kaufe ich bei Hunkemöller immer wieder das gleiche BH-Model. Ende Mai habe ich mir dieses Model wegen fortschreitender Schwangerschaft in einer Nummer größer gekauft. Zu meiner Überraschung war der BH keine sechs Wochen später kaputt, da der Bügel herausgebrochen ist. Da ich das Model wie gesagt bereits lange trage und nichts an den Wasch- oder Tragegewohnheiten geändert habe, gehe ich davon aus, dass der BH fehlerhaft gewesen sein muss. Kann passieren, darüber war ich auch nicht böse. Ich bin also knapp 6 Wochen später mit original Kassenzettel in die Filiale um den BH zu reklamieren. Dort standen zwei Verkäuferinnen an der Kasse. Beide hatten keine weiteren Kunden im Gespräch und ich war zunächst sehr freundlich und erklärte die Sachlage. Die Verkäuferin, welche sich mir annahm teilte mir mit, sie könne den BH nur umtauschen, wenn die Etiketten noch dran seien. Ich sagte ihr, dass es nicht um einen Umtausch geht, sondern um eine Reklamation. Daraufhin betonte diese erneut, es sei nur mit allen Etiketten möglich. Das schien mir bereits falsch, allerdings teilte sie mir mit, dass sie noch neu sei und ihre Chefin in einer Stunde zurück sei. Die offensichtlich erfahrenere Kollegin hatte sich nicht in das Gespräch eingeschaltet, hatte aber nach wie vor keine Kundschaft und bekam das Gespräch mit. Ich ging also hochschwanger wieder für eine Stunde in die Stadt, um dann erneut in die Filiale zu kommen und das ganze mit der Filialleitung zu besprechen. Als ich den Laden wieder betrat begann die „erfahrenere“ Kollegin den Dialog mit mir und teilte mir ebenfalls mit, dass eine Reklamation nicht stattfinden können. Die Verkäuferin lehnte unfreundlich ab. Ich fragte nach der Filialleitung, immerhin hat man mich extra eine Stunde hochschwanger in die Stadt geschickt um dann mit dieser sprechen zu können. Daraufhin sagte mir die Verkäuferin dreist, dass diese zwar inzwischen wieder im Haus sei, aber wegen „so etwas“ nicht extra kommen wird. Als wäre das nicht bereits alles unterirdisch genug, wurde mir auf die Frage nach dem Namen der Filialleitung mitgeteilt, dass man diesen nicht sagen dürfe! Ab diesem Moment war mir zwar klar, dass die BH Qualität wohl auch die Kompetenzen in der würzburger Filiale widerspiegelt Dennoch traurig, dass das eigentlich gute Niveau von Hunkemöller durch solch schlecht geführte Filialen mit solch schlechten Verkäuferinnen verloren geht.
