Let me just start by saying .. Stacy is AMAZING. A gift from above.. she is so easy to talk to an not only does she listen to your needs, she will make sure she understands your body and talk to you about what she does to give you the best outcome. If you need a little more time to catch a breath or have questions no worry, she’ll give you what you need and she has the answer. First time? Well, you’ll be considered family the moment you walk in the door! I only ever went to EWC and never really wanted to branch out, but I am absolutely glad I did! She delivers in any service you book she also sells different products that will cater to your skin specifically. I appreciate you Stacy and look forward to seeing you again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I moved from the state lol.. Keep up the amazing work! If you’re hesitant… just book her.. I promise you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Stacy has been doing my wax for a few years! Always been amazing! She even waxed me through out my pregnancy. Was so smooth that the midwife made a comment. The facility is always clean and smells good. Anyone who wants to get a Brazilian but scared too I would recommend Stacy. She never once made me feel uncomfortable. She very knowledgeable and precise.

Highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, it was a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. Stacey was very knowledgeable, provided explanation of what she was doing, helpful tips, and just an overall friendly personality. She was very quick as well. Everything was done professionally, and I was very pleased with the service.

I got my services done with Stacy. It was my first wax service and she made it very comfortable! She was super quick and efficient, but she also took her time with me at times when it got to be a bit intense. I like that she’s personable and made it to where we could have regular conversation during the service. I will definitely be back for all my future waxes!

Amazing place to eat at! Food is five star plus! The staff is fantastic and great atmosphere! Live music on Wednesday night (Cline and Street) are unbelievable. Sunday morning brunch with live jazz is the way to do it!! This place has it figured out. Best place in PCB

I feel like I was misled by the amazing reviews of this place so I wanted to make sure to share my experience and hopefully no one else will feel the way I do. If you are looking for soft wax, they only use hard wax here and you’ll want to go elsewhere. In my experience, this place was unprofessional and mediocre. I have been getting waxes every 5-6 weeks for a long time at my previous salon in Minnesota and have NEVER gotten a single ingrown hair in my entire life, including when I used to shave. I had the same services here twice and currently have SEVERAL ingrown hairs along my bikini line. I haven’t changed the way I take care of my skin so I can’t point to anything other than the waxes I got from here. Not to mention both of my appointments felt rushed and the second time I left with noticeable hair still remaining on one of my underarms. I just want to reiterate that I made the decision to come here and give it a second chance based on the, nearly hundred, 5 star reviews but was so disappointed and feel bamboozled. Update: I found Emerald Coast Aesthetics and am so pleased with my experience there! I 100% recommend going there instead!

For the lady that wrote a bad review saying they only use hard wax that’s false because when I called that’s the first thing I asked. I only use soft wax because hard wax leaves me bruised up. Stacy is amazing and I would highly recommend her.

Driving through the area and found this gem. Stacy was fast and made things very comfortable. Definitely recommend it for Brazilian or any wax you need.
