They were out of all drinks except for Tea, AND wanted to upcharge for tea! Plus, all their prices were $.50-$1.00 higher than the McDonald's a few miles down the road. Update: Because of a tight schedule of park plans we were kinda forced into giving this McDonald's another chance. It was equally as bad. We got half full $4 medium fries, lukewarm burgers, and incorrect drinks! All for twice as much as you would pay at any other McDonald's. 😞 I understand that they are in a very convenient location if you are visiting the parks, but if I am going to pay Disney prices for my food, I would hope I could expect it to be at least of similar quality and service. Not happening here. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! 🤬

They changed it to breakfast on the app so you can’t use the rewards. People were talking just behind the register but we were ignored at the counter. If you tried using the app at a kiosk it wouldn’t let you order at all. Nothing like blocking a doorway with a trash can. For more than half an hour they chose to create a fire hazard because they couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. We came in hour before close but we didn’t end up getting our food till just before midnight.

Best McDonald's I have ever visited in My life! Clean, food is hot and well prepared. Manager talks like Mickey mouse and has a wonderful sense of humor! Must see!

Not usually a fan of McDonald's, but this was exceptional. Food was good and to our order, service was fast and people were very nice, not the usual sluggish teen with 3 hours of sleep. They looked like they were from straight out of a commercial, and like they actually wanted to be there and cared about their job. Great place.

Honestly, it was one of the nicest and cleanest McDonald's I have ever visited. The staff was super cool, even had one guy there making Disney character impressions to make my son laugh. They had some fun and free video games while we waited for food and the atmosphere was very nice as you can see from the photos. Overall, it was very nice!

I wouldn't normally review a place like McDonald's, but we're from the UK, and the McDonald's here puts ours to shame! We had the double fillet of fish, which isn't even an option in the UK! Furthermore, an extra fillet on top of a single is only 10 cents! Even the drink/soda tasted amazing. Also, our 4 year old was not messing around as he was entertained by the games on the inbuilt tablet on the table. Genius! You Americans sure do know your food! 😋

This solar powered McDonald's is located on Walt Disney World property near the All-Star Resorts and Animal Kingdom. The atmosphere of this restaurant is 10/10, featuring light up tables, tablet games, interactive screens, and exercise machines. You can order using the touch screen menu and grab a number, and then wait as the food arrives at your table. That's various flexible seating such as near the tablet, high chairs, outdoors, inside or at booth. The restaurant is clean even the restrooms and recycling is highly encouraged. The service here is fantastic, especially one particular server that delivered to our table with a smile and a song. The food is great; for instance, we got cold fries, and the manager was present and happy to correct that issue. There are all the classic menu items available. This place is highly recommended if you are on Disney property.

This may be one of the most technically advanced McDonald's in the world but this new vibe is empty and soul-less. Like eating in a warehouse. Multiple issues on our visit. The ice cream machine was broken, which is at least some reassurance that it's a McDonald's. Stone cold apple pie. No mayo on the McCrispy. Issue with their screens so they needed our paper receipt to check the order. More machines than humans taking orders. Bring back the old McD's!

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location in between visiting two Walt Disney World parks, it’s conveniently located between the parks. I ordered a Big Mac meal and requested to have the center bun removed. After I departed the drive-thru, I realized I had no bun on my Big Mac. The drive-thru staff was very friendly, but they totally missed my order, even though they repeated the order back to me.

This was an amazing dining experience. It’s pretty cool that the whole building is run in solar energy . It is located on the Disney property, so if you going to the parks or coming from parks, I would suggest eating abscess enjoying the experience and add it to vacation or if your a local like me then head in for lunch or dinner 🍴. The place Is very clean and the bathrooms 🚽 are also clean. Great atmosphere In and out of the restaurant. I ordered the Big Mac meal 🍔🥤🍟 And it was really good. Nestled between theme parks and resorts. This McDonald's gives you a chance for a quick bite without having to leave property. Having said this, you may come for the food, but you'll stay for the atmosphere. As you pull into the parking lot, you'll realize this is not your average place. The indoor and outdoor seating are both warm and inviting. In fact, on a nice day the ample outdoor seating almost provides a ZEN like atmosphere during the hustle and bustle of ones vacation.

This location had many bundle/deals options blocked on the app and also their self-service kiosk, forcing everyone to buy only regular combos. Just one employee sorting the orders in the counter and everyone else was on the back. Hard to ask someone for help if needed. Restrooms were clean. Some tables were dirty.
