I absolutely love this place. We look for beach glass as a way to exercise and relax. We drive all the way from Canton, OH at least monthly. The restooms/changing rooms are so clean and spacious. We just started coming a few months ago so the food stand is not open during the fall/winter but can't wait to see it during those months. The steps to the beach are daunting for a heart patient but slow and steady helps. They are metal at the bottom so this may not be an option soon I know there is another parking lot that is beach level as we passed it during our beachcombing. I think I may have found it on Google Earth and will try finding it tomorrow. Everyone we have encountered on this beach is friendly and we feel very safe here. Totally recommend this park.

Hunting Beach is amazing and always for the most part filled with life and vibes. So many things happening all at once! From the Music Speakers blaring to the whole beach vibing...bring your sqaud or come alone! Football, Frisbee, corn hole, soccer, waterboarding, jetskiing, boat riding, and picnics with cookouts! So many limitless activities you'll see people enjoying!

I have heard from all my friends saying about how good this beach is. It reached my expectations. I liked it more than edgewater. The water is shallow enough for us to get in and there are lifeguards too. Extra tip: beautiful place to see sunrise too.

Clean. Sand & Rock Beach. Multiple staircases down to the water. Lifeguards on duty. Free parking. The bathhouse didn’t have showers but nice clean toilets/sink/bench for changing. Lots of picnic tables, benches, swings. Well maintained and people are not just trashing it.

We stop here nearly every time we visit the Cleveland Clinic. Great place to take in the lake view and stretch your legs. The trails through the rest of the park are rather good too.

What a perfect day at the beach. The views from wherever you are on the beach are incredible. I love seeing the Cleveland city skyline in the distance. The water temperature was perfect. Beautiful park for the whole family. Great place for a picnic.

I was in awe about this beach. It was great and relaxing. It wasn’t crowded and we got lucky that day, the weather was just perfect. We can see Cleveland from a distance. Definitely one of our favorite beach!

Wow... I'm rendered speechless as this is one of the most serene places I've visited. Trails, pets welcome, picnic/cooking areas, food + beverage area, beautiful beach with amazing sunset views & great view of downtown. Words cannot express nor suffice. Experience it 😎

Beautiful park! We were in town for a softball tournament in North Ridgeville and found this park one night after games. The food at the concession stand was great. My daughter highly recommends the pretzel bites and the Walleye sandwich was great.

It gets busy when it's hot but there's plenty of parking & lots of room on the beach. Great beach for glassing or relaxing. The concession stand is a nice addition & the restrooms/changing rooms are clean every time I visit, when they're open. They are closed in the off season. Great walking trails across the street on Porter Creek road. The nature center there is one of the best near Lake Erie. Excellent bird watching in the woods along the trails or by the nature center & I always see some sort of wildlife when I'm there.

Nice & short paved trail overlooking Lake Erie. Very clean beach. Seems like it’ll be worth visiting to take nice nature photos

This early in the season, there were some dead fish. Otherwise, during thw summer months it's a great place to enjoy the lake.

Ita was like a swimming pool of clean water but out in the open. The water is very refreshing and it’s not that deep. The beach is very clean and long. We went there around afternoon and it was the best to swim. The water can get colder later in the day. Definitely will visit again.

Huntington Beach is a bit further West of the better known Edgewater Park, but it’s more than worth the drive. What makes this park special is the gorgeous views of Lake Erie from above, and all the fun of a Great Lake beach down below. All the usual amenities are available from food and ice cream, to picnic tables and grills, to modern rest rooms. But it’s best kept secret is revealed in the adult/family swings overlooking the water.

This is an awesome place to spend your weekends or just to relax. The lifeguards are always keeping an eye on all the people at the beach. There is an area with some wooden chairs just behind the cafe where you can sit and watch the view. The water is very calm, so it is very easy to take a bath.

This beach is not very accessible for anyone that needs accommodations. To my knowledge. We only saw two long staircases to access the beach. This was my first experience beach combing in the Great Lakes and in only a short amount of time I found lots of beautiful sea glass and stones. There were several benches in the park up above the beach. We really enjoyed it but we will probably go to a more accessible beach next time.

I love that the beach is open til 11 so I can stay and watch the sunset and don’t have to feel rushed to leave. The beach itself is always clean so I don’t worry about walking barefoot in the sand. Overall a very well-maintained spot on the lake.

Okay dude straight up this was the first beach I went too on California and it was actually really nice. My wife and I had a great time here, the weather was amazing and everything was perfect. One day I will return!

One of my favorite beaches in ohio. Cleveland metro parks has done another wonderful thing. Hopefully they can slow the erosion some. I remeber the beach being wider. They do a good job of keeping it clean, now only if everyone did their part and didnt leave trash. Garbage can full? Take it up the steps amd find another one. Dont let it blow into the water.

Absolutely one of my favorites to visit. I love how spacious it is and how calm it is here. This is a great place to take your pup on a walk or just to go near the beach. This beach is also very clean and can be very quiet or moderately quiet depending on the time and day you go visit. This is one of the beaches I would recommend here in Ohio to check out (:

A must stop beach. Picnic, hike the trails, walk the beach, swim in the lake or just relax and catch a sunset. Plenty to do for all ages. Dogs welcome

The sand here is very soft and unlike a lot of Lake Erie beaches this beach isn't very rocky.
