My family loves pizza hut. There wings are delicious and there pizza is good too. Fresh out the oven and fryer when I came to pick my order up!!

I ordered the big new yorker double pepp and it appeared to be unacceptably old. Barely warm and dried out. Maybe avoid things that would be easy to premake. If I wanted premade garbage, I would have went to the pizza company that advertises premade garbage.

They actually put extra pepperoni like I ordered. The last 2 pizza huts freaking skipped on toppings!! Not this pizza hut!!

i paid for cheese stick but got bread sticks, when i called the very unfriendly manager she tried to fight with me saying "I did not see your upgrade" but you could clearly see it on my order. The food was cold and not very good. There are many better choices for me to get much better food and friendly and professional customer service and pizza hut is not it. Very disappointed.

Both pizzas I ordered were dry and overcooked, the customer service was great the pizzas stunk

Was on the phone for an hour and 7 minutes after placing my order and giving my card info and then was directed to 4 different people asking for my order! I asked to speak with a manager and they said we are in a call center that they would have to transfer me to the store to speak with them! Totally unacceptable

We ordered our pizza online. Said 10-20 minutes it will be ready, Wow..that fast for all this food. When we arrived, we didn't see any curbside signs, just for customers only. The staff brought it out after we clicked arrived here. They seemed a little confused, as to where it should go, but that was already mentioned in the order. But, they were polite, but it was a little awkward. As for the pizza, it wasn't the best Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. A little soggy and messy. The taste was fine. But I've had better. Also a little messy with the boxing, as if they were rushed. The mozzarella sticks are so-so. Your kids will love these though. The Detroit style pizza was loaded with sauce on top. If I turned it over, the sauce and toppings would fall off. The Pasta was average. Cookie was just a big cookie, nothing special here. Love the pan pizza, but it could be better. The cheesesticks weren't cut very good, average taste here. Overall it was pizza, they made it fast, which is a plus. But I'd probably go somewhere else after the sound we spent on pizza.

Pizza Hut is way better than most pizza places near me. They also have better prices and great deals

Service and timing was great, but I was disappointed with the advertised "Detroit style pizza." It was square with the sauce on top, and the crust was tasty, but it did not come close to the actual Detroit pizza I can get in Michigan.

It is very difficult to log on to my Pizza Hut a few blocks from my home in Bay Village OH. Your web site keeps trying to make me go to a different Pizza Hut in a nearby city. It sometimes takes me 10 minutes to get to the right one. Sometimes I just give up and go to Pappa Johns which is in a different city, but closer than the other Pizza Hut. Just let me get to MY Pizza Hut on-line to order. Update - Pizza Hut seems to have solved the problem. I now easily log on.

The thin crust pizza was like shoe leather, the pasta bowl's pasta noodles were dried out as if they were sitting out for several days. I can remember years ago how great their thin crust pizza was, but now it is simply horrible. I won't be ordering anything from Pizza Hut anytime soon.

Had great service today (Christmas Eve). Ordered two pepperoni melts, one without pepperoni. Worker called back to confirm if I wanted 'no' or 'less' pepperoni on the one melt. I explained it was for my wife who is a vegetarian, and she allowed me to substitute mushrooms on it. When I arrived, she was cheery and had labelled the mushroom melt so we wouldn't get them mixed up. Truly excellent service.

I'm so mad I can't type rn. All.i know is NY food was ordered 945...told me I would get itv10:30...transfered to customer care several times right before they close at 12. Only after hours line pick up. Had to cancel order

Delicious! Ordered delivery to work and it was fast! The food was still warm and the driver called when he was downstairs to let me know he left it. Which was super awesome, most drivers just leave and it sits down there.

The Fairview Park Pizza Hut is at the best it has ever been food and taste wise.. Better people and friendlier, atmosphere..

My pizza was not warm when I received it. My pizza was put on the ground but I guess I could have put a chair outside. I forgot I did contactless delivery and had to catch the driver to tip. 😊
