Checkout lady is rude and the food is way too overpriced and tastes terrible it got tossed in the trash. It's really a shame because they used to be good.

I used to love China House but this food was absolutely horrible and unacceptable to serve. First, this was supposed to have a gravy on it. Second, it was SO dry and nasty, most of the chicken was just hard crisp pieces with no meat. Cannot believe they charged almost $12 for that. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and tasted like it was sitting it old oil. It didn’t even look like chicken. The reason for two stars is because the shrimp chips were good and the fried rice. Unfortunately, this will not be a business I will return to considering there are way better quality chinese restaurants for the money.

Went to dine out it was delicious food egg rolls soup pepper steak chicken vegetables white rice all good nice staff clean restaurant check it out for a good meal 🍜🥡🥠🥢🍣⛩

I ordered General Tso lunch and it was nasty. The chicken was dry and chewy. The sauce was thick with little flavor. The rice wasnt too bad actually. The lady at the register is totally rude as well.

Updated 11-2022 they are doing a great job again! last few times food was very good, not at all dry and it didn't taste like other dishes. Glad they are back to the great service! Used to be great, now almost always over cooked and tastes like the other dishes just cooked. Anything breaded is stringy and dry and breading is mushy. Too bad was great for years

The lady was very rude and I had to wait although I called ahead. Then the food was cols and not very good. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had a carry out order and was missing the pineapple and vegetables for my sweet and sour shrimp and the rice. Food was sub par. I’m

ordered Ta-chien chix. suppose to have onions, mushrooms and bamboo shoots per their menu. had none. very few vegs at all. dish loaded with thick sweet sauce and greasy chix curds. Chix was breaded like their Gen Tso chix. Ta-chien not suppose to be breaded. my mistake not to clarify before ordering. had other meals here that were good. Ta-chien was not.

This place is very convenient and the food is amazing; especially for the price. I recommend you order in advance, the website is easy to use and pick-up is fast; however I did have one unfortunate event where I ended up waiting around 1h for my food, but it was definitely not a defining experience. There is no seating available to my knowledge and therefore no atmosphere to speak of, I would recommend you go for take-out exclusively

Order chicken fried rice and it did not have any flavor.

Been coming here regularly for 10+ years. Quick and friendly service and the food always tastes good. No complaints here!

Food is pretty good, though I've only had a couple dishes. But the lady checking people out is super rude, and was yacking on the phone the whole time! Hard to tell she was talking to me, except for when she was yelling that I put my credit card in wrong. Third try, third strike....I'm done!

An American-Chinese restaurant in an upper-middle class Cleveland suburb. For some reason the "chow mein" here doesn't actually have any noodle. If you want noodle, you want "lo mein". How this happened is a mystery to me, but I guess there's not enough Chinese people in Cleveland for anyone to care haha. Ordered the beef+broccoli, and it was pretty good, which also comes with white rice. Also ordered a house fried rice, but taste was a bit bland. The prices were okay, not cheap but also not super expensive. The store itself appears to be takeout only at the moment.

It’s my 4th time coming here and they NEVER DISSAPOINT. Truthfully, IMO, the best of it’s food category in Westlake/Bay Village.

This place should be shut down I order Shrimp fried rice Gross! And the first thing taste is the oil it was cooked in My friend told me that they eat there and it nasty but I didn’t listen I should have .

Very friendly host and delicious food that we only had to wait about 10 mins for. That's quick when u consider they serve 50+ varieties of dishes and sides. They even have the syrupy stir fry teriyaki sauce and cans and 2 liters of drinks.

I love this place. Food is good and doesn't hurt the wallet too bad. It's Chinese take out, what do you expect. Middle of the road for me and doesn't disappoint.

Been ordering here for quite some time, cant say I remember having my order messed up or poor quality food, i do feel bad for the people they have to deal with on a daily but other than that great affordable place.

They carry the best Chinese food ever! I love their pork fried rice and their pork egg rolls. All dishes are fantastic oh, and still hot when you get home!
