I finally got my hands on the seasonal vegan buckeye flavor and my gosh... So worth the wait!!!! I love Mitchell's so much! Always the best and most rich vegan ice cream. The location in Rocky River is always very busy but the staff is so efficient and kind!

I went to the Whole Foods across the street from this location to make sure my pallet of equipment was there for tonight’s remodel. Then I was leaving to find a place to eat and drove a few miles but nothing jumped out at me. Good places with 4.5 star reviews or better but the ice cream kept calling me back. Neat thing about being an adult, if you want to have a Turtle Sundae for supper, you can 😂. Great ice cream! Great customer service and the line moved quickly.

Nice place to visit with family! Ice cream taste too sweet for me, but anyway it’s good 😊 Portion is huge, so we take two doubles and split for 4 people. There are some place for kids, where they can paint 🎨

Amazing place for a sweet treat! They have so many different flavors it’s hard to choose which ones to get. The employees are always very pleasant and answered all the questions I had. This is real ice cream and not the soft serve that many places offer. They have tables inside and outside so you can sit and enjoy the weather when it’s nice. The location is easily found and they have plenty of parking. I highly recommend if you are in the area and want real ice cream for a treat!

WHO DOESN'T LOVE ICE CREAM 🍨🍦?? My kids and my wife love to sit down for a delicious ice cream. It get very busy during the summer. Especially in the afternoon. Bring your little ones here.

Nice and bright! Very friendly staff. The train above is fascinating for the kid that’s in you. The ice cream is fantastic! There is free parking. The parking lot is small. The store is easily accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. There are 3 children tables equipped with crayons and paper so they can be creative while eating their ice cream.

We love Mitchell’s, it is our go to ice cream spot. The ice cream is so flavorful and they have all the best flavors. Best ice cream in the area!

Staff is extremely friendly, and very patient with the kids. They also have tables and chairs that are kid-sized where they can eat as well as draw pictures with the paper and crayons provided. Last time I went my daughter knocked her cup of ice cream over immediately after sitting down and they replaced it without hesitation. Not to mention the most important part of the review, the ice cream is unreal tasting!

First timer and hope to be many timer. I don’t live in Ohio. I visit family here and this is officially on my must stop list when in ohio. I had black raspberry chocolate chunck. It was very good and made me smile. The staff was helpful and appeared to enjoy what they were doing.

I really like Mitchell's and especially the vegan ice cream. However, I think that people like the customer who coughed into her hands before ordering and then making a hands-On transaction with the cashier should have been told to use sanitizer first.

I would give it a four but sadly there's only two flavors of vegan ice cream on the board if you want anything besides at the time chocolate or salted caramel you are out of luck. now you can go in the freezer section and buy a pint for $7 but you can't do anything other than take that home with you not to mention the place is busy and very loud lot of kids running around which is to be expected at an ice cream shop but you have young people working behind the counters telling you to move up move along you feel rushed and pressured to hurry up and order to keep the lines moving.. so between that and the chaos of all the kids running around like they were on crack it's not exactly the most pleasant not to mention they didn't really greet us, they didn't thank us and all we got were four scoops of ice cream in 2 cups and a pint and it was 20 bucks.

Fast and friendly service is a constant at Mitchell's. The owners are great guys, so customer service is a part of the culture. So is working with local farmers, contributing to their communities and making ice cream that is amazing.

Well well it's the same great Mitchell's ice cream but in a large airy room that is fitting to the crowds the ice cream draws. It is a nice clean room and the patio is a great option in the summer. It's definitely larger than most ice cream options.

Mitchell's continues to somehow maintain that 1950's Ice-Cream shop vybe even though we're in the 2020's..! The only thing missing from the "Happy Days" feel of this family oriented Ice-Cream shop is "The Fonz"..! Oh, and the ice cream is good too! Good variety and fast service! Highly recommended...

The ice cream tasted really good. I got the banana cream pie and fresh strawberry. The girls working there were really nice and polite, but the store was a little dirty. Something easily overlooked by the taste.

The service at Mitchell's could not get any better. The line may look lengthy but it moves smoothly and quickly. The ice cream flavors are amazing! It truly is some of the best ice cream i have ever had, and I eat a lot of ice cream. Enjoy!

Love the vegan options here and the new flavors. The line moves quickly. Wish there was vegan milkshakes on the menu so I knew they had them there - they do, but you have to ask. Also the online curbside ordering doesn't have milkshakes as option for some reason

Lots choices for everyone! Ordered a single scoop that honestly looked like a double, but I’m not complaining. Ordered 2 different flavors, caramel brownie and raspberry lemon yogurt, devoured both.
