I decided to give Piada in Rocky river another try today after having a bad experience last week. I walked in to the restaurant and there were no people in front of me. The employees did not even greed me instead they seemed to be working on orders for online business, all 5 of them. After not being greeted at all the folks behind me walked away. I wanted to walk away as well, but decided to stay since I had already been waiting for 10 minutes and finally they got my order. The workers in all stations but cashier were very rude. Regular bowl with 5 pieces of grilled chicken and cold Parmesan stick. I honestly thought last week was a flaw, but today just proves that this location has changed. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at Rocky river Piada and it is honestly very sad because I used to love this place.

The pasta was good,nothing special. My wrap was yuck. I'd had the same wrap from a different location that was delicious, but here it was terrible.

This Piada is quick, efficient, and kind. I just ordered a giant piada with double calamari and it was done so quickly and sis put GUMPTION into wrapping that thing up. This location always seems to have workers in sync and they are nice to customers. The man who started my order was very nice and was balancing so many different tasks at once. The older gentleman who was cooking was keeping up with a busy store and was smiling at all of the guests. Not 5/5, 10/10. Only negative is they cannot accept tips… this is a service industry please let me tip these people for going above and beyond.

This location has horrible management. They cater to online orders and make customers stand in line for 20+ min!!! Take care of the customers in front of you!!!!! Online customers will appreciate this even more because the food will be hot when they come, you have a paying customer in front you, use common sense. Portions are so small here, i asked for extra cheese and she gave me a PINCH, i had to specifically ask her for a handful. That was very weird, i mean give customers the toppings they want. You are charging premium prices for your food don’t be stingy on toppings !!!

Ordered take out for the first time through DoorDash. We ordered 2 deluxe chicken ceasar salads, garlic knots, Piada Pepperoni sticks, tenders , and Carbonara pasta. Everything we did receive was delicious, but they forgot the Piada sticks and our garlic knot. Also, I ordered what I thought was a dinner sized salad for over $11 and wasn't impressed by the size. At first, I thought I made a mistake and ordered a small...unfortunately this wasn't the case.

This location was pretty fast to me. Sometimes it can be a line but it goes fast. I absolutely love the Farmers market salad!!! I really like the garlic dough too. I had no issues at all. Definitely recommend.

Good morning/afternoon/evening to anyone reading this. I wanted to share my experience when I went to Piada in Rocky River on 2/1/2023 around 7 pm. My cousin and I (two African American women) entered Piada together and when we went to order our food there was an older black woman already there having her order made. We waited patiently and then told the servers our order no problem. When the older black woman who walked in minutes BEFORE us whom we were not even conversing with got to the register, a Caucasian girl says she believed we were all paying together. My jaw dropped I was in shock because like I said we walked in MINUTES after this women and we did not know her at all nor conversate with her that whole time. If anyone is confused why her comment irked me, it is because that comment is an example of what we call micro aggression. It was clear as day as one of her coworkers looked at her in disbelief and the older black woman turned to us and said “she just said that because we’re all black right?”. I am not sure if Piada is not used to serving diverse customers but I felt very disrespected by the comment because for one not all black people know each other and two what makes you think we can’t pay for our own food? Mind you she wasn’t even the one ringing us up and if she was there are alternative ways she could’ve ask that if she genuinely was confused not that it was any of her concern because as I mentioned she was not ringing up orders. If the person who was ringing up orders was confused which she wasn’t because she actually paid attention, but if she was she could’ve just confirmed the older black woman’s order prior to ringing her up. For example, “ I see you have x, y, and z would you like to add anything to your order? Does that sound right? Am I missing something?” Is that’s simple. Clearly the staff needs to go through some sensitivity training or the managers need to be conscious of what kind of people they are hiring and having interact with customers. The food was great as it usually is but no food is good enough to deal with that kind of service . I took a lot of me not to play into the stereotypical angry black woman role, but I had to remind myself I am more than that and if I showed out I probably would’ve been arrested. It’s a shame that a place so good could be so unpleasant.

This location is the worst! This is not the first time but it will be the last time they mess my order up. What is the point of ordering Calamari if I never actually get it on my order? So my experience today, I ordered via the app, paid extra for Calamari. I arrived at the window only 2 minutes ahead of the time the app said it would be ready. I set there and waited from 6:43pm until 7:08pm for my food to not get the main thing I'm paying for. I called the store and the solution offered was to refund me the extra paid for the Calamari... If you order a burger somewhere and they put everything but the beef patty on the sandwich would you find it okay that they refund you only the price of the beef patty? This is completely unacceptable all around.

Piada is basically the Chipotle for Italian food and it's great! I've been here plenty of times now and the street trio is an awesome deal. My favorites are the Diavolo and the Pesto but all are good. The Parm sticks are great as well and the Salted caramel cookies are amazing too. Highly recommend!

We ate at another location a few years ago and I wasn't impressed and had no desire to return. But I tried it again because he wanted to. Boy am I glad I did. It was great I enjoyed it. I look forward to going back again.

I ordered mine with steak. The woman proceeded to give me the very lastof the burnt crumbs and last 3 pieces of meat. 2 of which were nothing but gristle. So sad. I won't be going back. I didn't have time to wait 15 min for them to cook more meat. And they charge an extra $1 for corn! Because it had a few cherry tomatoes cut up in it. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I come to Piada ALOT and every single time the staff and food are ALWAYS amazing. You can tell that everyone who works at this location is very passionate and kind hearted to everyone that walks through the door. This location is great, it is very clean , the dining area is very well maintained and the noise level is perfect! Definitely one of my favorite places to go and grab dinner from!

Great service and food at this location. The manager Emilee was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She knew about all the foods and allergens that they contained and helped me navigate the menu and the ordering process. 10/10 would go back to piada!

I love Piada. we drive 35 minutes just to enjoy this location! Emily is the best and always gives us great service! We have ordered catering from this location many times. Christopher always makes sure everything is perfect and we have everything we need for the food! the plates, utensils, serving utensils, napkins, cheese toppings all the yummy dressings and toppings!! I dont even have to think twice about anything ! 10/10 highly recommend!

We recently moved to Rocky River and have been exploring the different restaurants in the area and this one did not disappoint! The pasta has great flavor and the "bread sticks" are so good is literally go there just for them! Drinks are super interesting and yummy too.

We ordered in. Received our food went to find a seat and noticing that the dinning area is not very clean! Floor dirty tables not wiped down and the price of food these days!! Ugh But still enjoy the calamari..

I love coming to Piada particularly the one in rocky river!! I come here after I go to the gym! I recommend getting the Farmers Market Salad or the BLT wrap so good! And the customer service is great as well!

I recently visited Piada Italian Street Food and was blown away by the delicious and fresh food. But what really made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming manager, Ashley. Her beautiful smile and positive attitude made my day. I highly recommend Piada to any pasta or salad lover like myself.

I visit this Piada quite frequently for years now. They are the most consistent. Food is always well prepared and delicious. I noticed they maintain their employees for a long period of time. This is rare these days. I have seen some of the same faces for years and years. When I see this, I understand that whoever runs this shop is top notch. Best lunch spot on Center Ridge.

The staff here was so friendly! Very clean dining room. You can order their suggestions or build your own pasta, wraps, salads, or healthier life style bowls. Adding or removing anything you like. If you order ahead, you can skip the line and go to the register, give your name, and they hand you your order. The food is very fresh and if you order a wrap, they put a little oil and seasoning on it and warm it up on their "wrap flat-top." Ample parking but it's pretty busy so we parked two business's over, but again, ample parking. A good amount of wheelchair accessible parking as well.

Awesome store. Incredibly friendly staff. Super clean and well kept. Manager was super nice! This is the Pasta Palace.

If Italian street food is Chipotle with pasta instead of rice, then Piada got the concept down pat. The joint is clean and the service is efficient and friendly but the prices are too high. Isn't street food supposed to be affordable? Prices start high and go up quickly as you add more items to your dish.

The food is obviously delicious, but I also had a great experience with their staff! An online order went awry and Eric went above and beyond to make it right, even given that it was the delivery driver's mistake (not Piada). This team has proven they will do what they can for their customers. Thanks for brightening my day!

The food is delicious! Customer service was delightful. I needed help with making gluten free choices. The lady behind the counter was helpful and pleasant. The lady who rang up my order was also very friendly and pleasant.
