A much needed stop for good food, drink and great views after the hike down from the gondola via the Tomas Eder Steig path.

beautiful hike, second only to the dopplersteig (from glannegg) but less exposed and a bit easier. don't bring too much water as theres enough options to refill at the stream on the way up. prices are fair, food is good. birds may rob you but are generally rather friendly. not for the unexperienced hiker.

Long hard walk but worth it. Great view and a (drinkable) spring of mountain water. Food is good.

Spectacular views, but have never in my life seen such a slow service. Had to wait an hour to just order a beer.
