Poor managed burger king. Fries often stick together, personnel is unfriendly, burgers cold and most surprisingly the drinks are warm and taste like the machine was washed too much or not at all. Unfortunately, much worse quality than in other burger kings. Update 28.10.2021: Tried it again. Waited 15min in drive in and personnel than told me that only Cash can be accepted. Personnel acted as it would be my mistake that i had no Cash and couldnt pay my order. Would give it again 1 Star!

Very dirty and overcrowded place. The soft drink machines don't work at all. Toilette looks like in a subway. Would not recommend it. The only bright point was the very helpful and friendly girl working at the counter I think she is from Macedonia.

Has charging stations is a plus. everytime I order more than one sauce (which I pay for), they only give me one. This is told by management because it happens EVERY TIME. They have also been out of ice cream for months. But ice cream is still on the menu above the counter.

Niceee! Better than Salzburg… here you can refill your drink! And they have Coca Cola cherry and vanilla

The saddest restaurant ever. Outside we had 35 degrees, inside was full and the air conditioning was not working so it was like 50 degrees. Best to avoid...

Alright burgerking but it has a diy drinks dispenser so you can have a drink that is more suited to you and your meals

This Burger King had those awesome Coke machines where you can get Coke or Fanta in a variety of flavours! Absolutely loved it! The food was also great and the chilli cheese feies were out of this world! Burger King in Germany is way cooler than Burger King in Austria!

I just don’t like any fast food any restaurant or everybody have no cloths on their hands touching my food in their mouth. Everywhere I go McDonald’s and Burger King. That’s what I see. It’s nasty that touching the money and not touching the food. No clothes disgusting.

Unfortunately it was closed at 09.00 am. A coffee during supercharging would have been nice....

Not so clean ...and cola machines not working this was one time. And again was there a week ago to charge my car and tought let's eat maybe they became better but not . I ordered the new Nacho Burger with that nice new bread see Pic 2 , instead i got a burger with regular bread see Pic 1 , when i asked there why is that ,nobody could tell me anything . Realy ? ... Never again Piding ,Burger King from now on only at Bernau the best never had a problem there.

Fries were tasting so weird, I wonder if it’s like this in all BK or if there was something wrong about this specific restaurant. Coffee is also not the best. The toilets were clean though.

Salad was not having required food safety marking. Was replaced after I complained, but looked like only on person knew the process and 5 had to be educated

If you're hungry on the Autobahn, don't let the bad reviews scare you ;) just adding my experience to balance them out a little. We came here on a Friday afternoon during vacation time in Germany and it was a perfectly fine BK experience. Fresh food, we got what we ordered and the place was clean (soap available in the toilets as well), and the food came fast enough. The touch screens were all in working order. I WOULD stop here again if I drove past it and was hungry ;)

This has to be the best view of any Burger King in the world. The food was better than expected and certainly better than can be found in the USA.

Stopped here at 19h43 on a Thursday. They charge for the toilet which is normally fine however this toilet was disgusting. The toilet paper roll was torn off of the wall so a roll was left on the ground. There was no trash can and wet toilet paper was in a mound on the sink and water was all over the floor. They had a paper on the wall indicating they were checking the bathroom every 30 minutes. What exactly is anyone‘s guess. Judging by the toilets, you don‘t want to think about how the kitchen is run. Avoid this location.

Talk about diner with a view! Burger King, good as always. One of the better fast food places

Not very comfortable place to eat...every time we go there, a soda machine is in defekt, floor is also sticky from a same soda machine, and also, u need to fill ur own soda, so that can be tricky for a lot of people... Food, especially meat, is dry Only Icecream i found to be wort of money there...but, that's my honest opinnion...be free to see if I am wrong
