This hotel is beyond excellent! The service is so warm and amazing! The people are so nice and helpful. The food was also amazing! I had no idea how good Bavarian food was. This place makes me want to move here. If I could, I would rate it a ten star hotel!!! They even brought my boyfriend a little cake for his bday. We didn’t even tell them, they took it upon themselves to go out of their way and bring him cake and a bday card signed by all the staff!!!

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Amazing views. Delicious food. Family friendly. Great place to relax and enjoy all of the above. Highly recommended! (Ignore the 1 stars from hikers - hotel has a strict policy of serving only hotel guests).

The staff is so friendly and very service minded. They worked with us to create our own menu for a special occasion. On the day of the event, their service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and it was a beautiful night!

We had a wonderful relaxing two nights in the Back Garden, with perfect food and service (and play with Lotte the friendly dog)

The area is even more beautiful than it looks on the website. The hotel was fantastic. Friendly and welcoming staff with excellent English skills! The dinner and breakfast were perfect as well. Highly recommend.

We visited here on a walk up to Falkenstein. Was totally blown away with how impressive this place is, inside and out, and with such great views. We just had a coffee and juice, and the waitress was really friendly.
