My boyfriend was helping remodel a house. They were far from being finished but what they had done looked awesome. Total remodel floors, walls. Windows taken out and turned into another living room. New Air conditions were put in as well. It looked like it was brand new.

The residents living in this trailer park are generally really nice and cordial. All the lots are tidy and well-kept. Despite all the positive attributes, there is one major negative: the excessive rules that are imposed on the residents.

Then park is nice. BUT...If you have a dog, be very careful. This park only allows dogs in certain areas, and even if you stay in that area, they are not very nice. I got assaulted because my 5lb toy poodle stepped on some guys grass! He assaulted me 4 times before I dropped him. Now I am being "asked" to leave. Be VERY AWARE if you go to this park, and I wouldn't recommend it!

When our time share was damaged by the hurricane, these folks stepped up and extended our stay with great hospitality! The residents are so friendly! Eager to meet and extend invitations to join them! If I was luckily enough to be able to stay all winter, there is no other place I'd rather be.

The staff treats everyone as family and the residents/guests form a wonderful community. There are so many activities that one person cannot do them all, so pick your favorites. The park is regularly booked for the winter even though many of the spaces are very tight for the bigger rigs. We had so much fun this winter that we made reservations for next year.

First winter in Florida. This is place great everybody is so nice. Alot of activities.Games, pool, work out room, pickle ball, shuffle board, horse shoes, botchy ball, pool table and more will definitely be back!

The owners and management have left a homeless person live in the woods adjacent to my mother knowingly.... He has been under her car port and in her mailbox and my mailbox.... She is scared to death! It has been over 50 years since I stayed with my parents..... But I am now sleeping on my mother's couch so she can sleep.

This place is ran like third world country. There is no such thing as freedom here. You better stay in your trailer and don't walk home from the bar drunk at one thirty in the mornin or they will evict you.

Beautiful park but the people who run it are very dishonest. I won't be back.

Wi fi did not exist like the add sead no dog park infact you cant walk your dog on property yo have to put the. In your car or cary them if it wasent for being not dog friendly and no internet and 55 and over it would be a great park if the fix these problems it would be a great place to bring your family

Very nice clean mobile home park. Neighbors are very friendly. The club house has plenty of room for neighbors to get to know each other. Property Manager is super friendly as well.

Stayed there for a Month very nice clean Place Nice little lake With Large Cool Turtles and Little Gators Was Very Dig Friendly we had r 50 pd dog and r little Yorkie Poo Nice People all around Little Pricey at $820 amonth for December But over all worth the Money!!

what Beautiful rv park absolutely clean design for renters or permanent living.. clean bathroom and shower. The people are wonderful and willing to help you if need anything.. my wife and I love it. There is a church of non-denomination right off of the campgrounds walkable.. everything is convenient such as stores Pinellas bike trail shuffle board community get togethers.Can say enough about Ja-mar rv park.. Thank you Ja- mar staff and community for American my wife and I comfortable truly amazing people.
