Went today (Sunday), according to the hours at the door and google, they close at 6pm. It wasn't even 5:20pm and the door was locked and employees were cleaning. I understand there is a shortage of personnel pretty much everywhere but some kind of message at the door or some acknowledgement would have been appreciated.

Everytime I go the food is stale and not fresh. The pretzels are cold and hard.

Google say the store close at 8pm today, I tried to buy a pretzel at 7:47 and the employees were leaving 😭 my daughter was so sad about it.

I was here at 7:30PM and they were already closed when online it said they were open until 8:00PM. I asked a man if they were closed and they said yes and I asked I thought you closed at 8:00PM. and he shut the door on me. They ignored us and gave us the worst attitude. I think the is denying service because they were supposed to still be open.

Lamest Place on the Mall: Its closed at Lunchtime 12:30h because the franchiser had to go to the bank... Guys, are you serious!?

Product delicious! Clerk gave me $1 short change...which I should have checked right then...but didn't notice until out of the store. WATCH YOUR CHANGE!! I BELIEVE purposefully done also...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The pretzels here tasted just fine. Service was just fine. The only issue was that they did not seem to have much of a selection. Might have been because it was late in the day. Prices seemed a bit high, but I guess that is everywhere these days. The store seemed a bit run down. Maybe it was because of all of the empty space that is usually filled with pretzels.

So disappointing. Smells amazing, however $8+ for a large cup of pepperoni pretzel is ridiculous. A regular pretzel at $5+ is insane too.

Not very fresh pretzel bites, way over priced, it's just gotten out of hand. I could have had a much better snack elsewhere for half the price.

Taste like old stiff cardboard. Use to be better in the malls, waste of my $12.79

My all-time favorite snack place for pretzels, if I could give a higher rating I would. The people are nice the snacks are good with the only downside bring their lemonade.

Pretzels are good, prices are more on the expensive side. Not sure if the bulbs when getting the pretzels heat up the bread too much, but it seemed a little dry and crunchy but still good. I prefer softer prestles but it may be the end of the day inventory that they need to sell, so it may have been sitting out for a while. Friendly and fast service!

Let's be real auntie Annie's is amazing. I was just sad they didn't have buckets pre made for my family. Fresh is better though but I didn't wanna wait

Located in Tampa Premium Outlet Mall, the quality of pretzel-wrapped and pretzel-dominant foods here is good. The small space is kept very clean. Nice choice of flavored beverages, too. When you want to keep that empty tummy feeling from going full on hangry...this place offers a great alternative of delicious snacks to munch on.

Who doesn't love a good pretzel. Only wish they had the pizza ones more often.

My daughter and grandbabies and I love Auntie Anne's. We don't go to the outlet mall without visiting this place. They have the best cinnamon-sugar pretzel bites and a very good mango- lemonade with ice cream.

My friend and I both ordered 2 different items. Both stale and hard as a rock. Definitely have been sitting for quite awhile. I gave it 3 stars bc the employees were nice.

We love Annie Anne’s and look forward to getting some pretzels when we’re around one…. So, we are shopping and went into this one…. Ordered 4 regular with salt, guy said they were fresh… bought them… went out to eat them, they were HARD, cold and just nasty !! I took them back in and asked for some butter or something on them as they were nasty. He dipped them in butter and still nasty !!! He said it would be 15 min for fresh ones… no thank you !! Never ever again !!

Old, rubbery, plain pretzels. In the year ive worked in the mall, I haven't had a single good bite here.

These pretzels are addictive. They are not too expensive either.

Food was great it was the young man that was complaining about the people that support his and other employees paycheck. When the people walked in he says "see i told you we should of made more bread. I can't handle this rush at at@ 4 pm'' she shaking his head and the Giving nasty looks.

Crystal is AMAZING. This was my first time at auntie annes in a while since they upgraded the menu. Crystal explained the flavors of all varieties of pretzels and let us taste how sweet the strawberry lemonade stands vs the original. Mind you; im 9 months pregnant so she catered to my every craving. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend and crystal needs a raise
