Disappointed in the steak. Ordered medium well and steak was dry as a bone. Potatoes was dried out and the smallest I've ever seen. Condiments for potatoes was not worth the plastic cup they were placed on. Steak was reimbursed but I hope they can get back to the service levels that the promote.

Our family was there to celebrate my nephews birthday. He passed away a few years ago but we always celebrate his birthday by going to his favorite restaurant. When the staff heard this, a staff member came and sang "Taps" at our table. What a beautiful scene and everyone around us was silent. I wish I had gotten her name, what a lovely gesture, something we will always remember. Thank you so very much. The Travis Howard Family.

I have to say that it has been about three years since my last visit to any Outback Rest. It was kind of disappointing. It wasn't on a peak lunch hour and service was slow. Phillipe our server was fine, but the kitchen seems to be another thing. We asked our steaks to be cooked medium-well and they come overcooked not to say charred (at least my Ribeye). Cameron, the Manager, was very apologetic and we didn't have to pay for what we ordered which we were willing to pay for the beverages, salad and the Blossom Onion, which were great. It is unacceptable for a steak restaurant to have such a disaster in the kitchen during a weekend.

We had dinner here tonight for our father's birthday. Our waitress Cassandra was great. The food was pretty good, could have been a bit warmer. We met the manager Ms. Sharon I believe it was. What a wonderful woman! Very polite and full of positive energy. Till next time! 😉

My family and I had a wonderful perfect 10 lunch at Outback Restaurant Wesley Chapel! I credit server Nicole for our outstanding experience! The food was so good, the service was top notch and the atmosphere very inviting. Thank you Nicole!

We were traveling back home and decided to stop for lunch. Party of three. Seated, no wait for a booth. Leenie and a trainee took good care of us. Drinks, appetizer arrived quickly. Entree orders taken and arrived in no time. Everything to order. Leenie took good care of us. Food was great!

Great service. Came in around 9pm? Party of 1. Was treated well, great service. Food was extremely fresh, and service was not lacking. I got salmon(grilled), with the loaded mashed potatoes, and a sweet potato. The bread is delicious. I enjoyed the new kiwi strawberry lemonade offered on the menu, and it was AMAZING. Dessert menu had plenty of wonderful option, but I was stuffed! Great 👍🏽.

Couldn't say anything bad about this one.. everyone was so nice. We had a party of 9 and Cheyenne, our server, knocked it out of the park! She was great.. She fit right in with our crew.. awesome job!

I haven't been to Outback in a few years. I decided to meet a friend for lunch before I started by trip back to Atlanta. Entered and asked for seating for 3, there was no delay! 😁 From that point on I knew this was going to be a good lunch! The server/service was quick, attentive and on point. Then came the food...well, needless to say Outback Steakhouse is back in my go to restaurants list! The service, food and drinks were great!!

I got one of my favourite meals out there in outback, steak 🥩 , baked potato 🥔 b, and broccoli 🥦and the quality is really good. I've been in outback in the past and it is far better than having to go stick with the one nobody likes. The building looks cool and the colors kind of remind me of between milk and dark chocalate and i like it even the interior side of things.

It is a restaurant where they have good seasoned steaks. I really like the margarita boomerang. There are 4 margaritas of different flavors: mango, melon, blackberry and original. Recommended if you want to get out of the monotony of regular margaritas.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch experience at this Outback Steakhouse. We both ordered sirloin steak and salads. He had a baked potato and I had seasonal veggies that included zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots. Both of us thought our meals were delicious. They brought fresh baked bread that was warm and soft and so good! The service was really good. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks and our meals came out quickly. Our waitress was very friendly too.

Outback Steakhouse is always the right choice for a fantastic meal and incredible service! The food is just delicious, tasty filling. Thank you. The service reminds me of the days of old school when service was important and it was an art form, Brandon that is you. Absolutely incredible, kind, respectful and one of the best servers around. Visited Outback today for lunch. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with a full loaded baked potato. It also had grilled shrimp. The shrimp was ok. The steak was cooked as requested and was very tender. The steak was good. The loaded baked potato is always good. Add in the bread, a salad - Outback delivers a solid value for the money.

Nice clean atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Food and drinks came out at great times and everything was delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly rare, would definitely go back.

This is my wife and I favorite place to just go hang out. the service we receive from Summer cannot compare to any other restaurant we go too. She is a complete delight that always friendly & has a wonderful smile on her face Ms Sharon has to be one of the best managers I've seen. her staff loves her. She greets us like were family every time we come in, which is often. Foodwise the bone-in rib eye steaks are hit & miss. you just don't know what you going to get. I would like to see them get a better grade of meat. The food is what you expect from a chain restaurant, Average. I have been in several Outback's throughout the country and this one by far is a step above the rest.

First and for most your sever was amazing and very polite and attentive to all our needs that Outback has to offer. The food was great and Gabby is a very awesome sever. You should consider a raise$ for that great representation she shows to all your patrons. 😊

Server Brandon T. was excellent. Our drinks never went empty, we were checked on by several staff. Manager Happy Day was amazing as well. You can tell she is managing this location by how awesome the staff is. Food was very good as well!

Came in the other day with a party of 5 and was seated quickly. Our Server, Summer, was a true delight! She went above and beyond to get all our crazy orders (different food preferences) correct. All in all, our order was perfect, and exceptionally delicious. Thank you to Summer and the staff for making such a pleasant experience.

Delicious food and an ambient atmosphere. Service can be a bit slow, but understandable at dinner times. Staff isnt very knowledgeable about sauce

We were greeted by a lovely lady named “Sharon” at the door who quickly showed us to our seat and wished us a wonderful dinner. Brandon was our server and he was excellent. He suggested certain pairings and was attentive throughout the meal. Dessert time came and we remembered an old dessert called the “sinful sundae”. The manager made us some toasted coconut and made it happen. We will be back for another delicious meal. Thank you!

Our experience is always great at this particular location. They are sure to get us in quickly and treat us so wonderfully each time. Mara was so attentive and so on point with our party of six. Couldn’t ask for better service! The excellent manager, Ms. Sharon, also made it a point to stop and make us feel even MORE welcome. When I plan on coming to outback, I will be SURE to come to this location. It is so well run. Thank you outback.

I went to outback for my birthday dinner and my birthday was ruined from half Mac and half plan noodles. And then my steak being completely burnt. One of my absolute worst experiences ever!

Maybe grill needed to be cleaned, food was ok but medium doesn't normally look burnt on the outside and done on the inside of a steak (more like well well done).. The chicken was okay.

I ordered the blooming onion...it was much smaller than years past and I hate that every where has gone to making things so damn spicy.....But I Requested French dressing to dip it in and they were quick to supply it. A+ I ordered the 16 oz prime rib medium rare with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese...I asked for the horseradish sauce also. Everything came as ordered and was way beyond good....oh my it was real fresh made horseradish sauce and so good with the steak which was cooked perfectly.. The aujus was like heaven. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea cocktail...it was tasty but not a Long Island Iced Tea.....my fault for asking for that one....I enjoyed my drink. The service was very good ( Boris) was attentive and very polite. The food came out quickly and cooked as ordered. The restaurant was very clean and servers were presentable and friendly. We had a great time and I look forward to my next visit soon.
