MOLD. DON'T EAT HERE. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from this location and after eating HALF of it I discovered the egg was covered in MOLD!!! I have been having stomach troubles every day since and I will be seeing a Dr. about this- they better hope it's not related to the moldy sandwich they served me! I emailed the company and they never replied. Disgusting and unsanitary establishment. I will never eat from this franchise ever again. They should be shut down for serving food like this...

Asked for grilled chicken sour dough, didn't get it. Even tho I waited about 15 min maybe more. The tacos had big chunks of lettuce sticking out. The pices of curly fries were cold and old . For as long as I waited at least they could have given me hot food. I always try to avoid this jack in the box even tho I'm like 2 minutes away from it, for the simple reason that they sadly always disappoint me. The staff is friendly tho . They just need to work on their food

All of my food was cold and 3 of the items that I originally went for they were out of. (No chicken patties, no minute maid lemonade, no sprite) nothing has changed and they are getting worse. Look at this medium curly fries. Hardly any fries and cold. They just don't care.

Jack n the box is known for selling breakfast all day. This particular Jack n the box always tell us that they R NOT selling breakfast at this time. Which is 11pm. My husband worked 18hrs today and wanted breakfast. But they're refusing to sell him what Jack n the box is known for. Now he's stuck n line and can't back up r go anywhere else. And if you try to call, they never answer! I stupidly went yesterday morning and my fries were disgusting and cold. After working all day, I didn't have the energy to go back and complain. I just threw them away and went to sleep. Sad! Do better Jack!

I visit was right after the tornado and there was a very long line which nobody can help because of the hurricane everybody's power was out but Jack in the Box was open the food was great just took a long time to get to it it's not their fault

Never get the orders right. Ordered a chicken salad and got it with no chicken... worst JIB around texas for sure.

Unless you're at work & looking for a quick meal I wouldn't dare give them my money. There's a lady in management if she at the window or front counter beware of your purchases. She will ring up some but not all. Check your bags before you leave

Dear OWNER, 3:10 pm. Saturday November 26th. Made my 3rd attempt to get my order correct, on the 2nd attempt while again the manager (adult white lady shoulder length a pink cil7 The 3 is strictly based upon the service of the young lady working drive thru. The food though? it wasn't late and they weren't busy so I'm just gonna post a pic of my chicken sour dough. Let you decide. **Edit* so thank you for your reply owner but does that mean I mean get the meal I paid for?? I'm not sure

Ordered food , this is just disgusting. Tried calling, they are not accepting calls , nasty , wish I could share this photo of the tacos

Food was fresh I just didn't get my condiments.

I ordered thru drive thru got my food got to work and my food was ice cold. I only work 3 minutes away. The bread was hard on the sandwich, the sausage and cheese was cold. The hash brown was cold as well. What a waste of money. Do better! Hire people that care. We live in crazy times where money is hard to come by. SMH

This place is close to me but I go drive all the way to highlands just because they have better service and they don’t tell you they don’t have what you want or craving. I hate coming here it never fails there is always an issue either hard fries or wrong order especially during the afternoon hours is even worse. Re think coming here they need new management that really cares.

The worse. Got everything right on the screen but once we opened our bags at home we were missing the burger and curly fries that I requested. Not only I came back and got the burger they said they don't have tomatoes. But have everything else....I opened it AGAIN and no veggies on the burger....they were amazing 3 years ago I'm not sire what's going on now
