Worst service ever. Placed an online order for convenience seeing that I had a car full of hungry grand babies. The order confirmation stated that pick up would be between 1:25-1:30. I placed my order at 12pm so that could pick it up after church and I even stopped at Aldi’s to kill a little more time. Walked in and there were 4 other people besides myself and no one even greeted us nor came to the front to ask for my name or order number. Apparently everyone waiting were told that their pick up time was the same as mine. The little guy that finally came to the front was very rude and confrontational. Non apologetic and pretty much dismissive of our complaints. Turns out he handed me a pizza that had been sitting on top of 10 others on the counter and it wasn’t even the toppings I ordered. At this point I had been standing there an extra 30 minutes and I just wanted a stinking pizza and be done. No management whatsoever! Extremely unprofessional and with no regard to customers/customer service. They don’t have to worry about me returning. First and last time.

Placed order online. Waited 1 hour for food to be ready. Multiple people waiting for their food to be ready. Not the first time I have waited countless hours just for a pizza. Recommend dominos or Pizza Hut as when you order online through them it’s usually ready in 15 minutes

Worst location in Baytown to get pizza from. I order from on the app to make things easier so why is it still take an hour or longer?! No “hot & ready” ever available. Workers are rude af. This location is going down hill fast. Long wait times for a place that’s supposed to be fast & convenient.

They were busy, so typically I would provide some slack. But, these folks were rude, cursing and no type of manager presence whatsoever. After waiting for :27 minutes after completion time of an online order, I received a very 1/2 prepared pizza with little cheese, sauce and very sloppy.

Whoever works the drive through tips himself and then acts like he's going to pay out of pocket but then goes to another register that states a females name, pretty obvious they tip everyone and only pay back the people who speak up, pretty poor service, grow up and get a better job if your desperate for money, don't try to take my hard earned money because someone like me even tho it's 1.50$ that adds up for a 8 hour shift, and I'm the type to wait outside the store till the employee leaves and handle it myself.. so be careful and quit taking people's money you brokies

What is the point advertising hot & ready, if take 35min-60min to get couple pepperoni pizza on the go. Been to many locations all over Houston, so far this tops the out one of the worst wait times. Not sure if this review will help. For sure Gordon Ramsey, from kitchen Nightmare, needs to come and help this location out.

Stopped by for a "hot and ready" and they said it would be 25-35 minutes. I usually order ahead of time, so I'm not sure if this is a regular thing them not having "hot and readys" ready, but they didn't have any today. I guess I wasn't meant to eat pizza today.

They are soo slow and don’t know what they are doing!. They have so many pizza just sitting there waiting when they can just give it away. And they new pizza give it to the customers that are on the way.
