Ordered
a
pizza
for
my
kids
and
they
never
got
it
after
speaking
to
the
manager
that
claim
she
wasn't
even
a
manager
she
was
a
fill
in
she
proceeded
on
about
what
could
of
happened
and
let
me
know
the
actual
Manger
from
the
store
will
call
me
then
she
is
the
one
that
calls
with
the
manager
in
the
background
who
didn't
speak
to
me
directly
I
spoke
with
the
one
who's
not
the
manager
for
the
store
how
does
that
makes
since
I've
told
them
I
have
all
the
information
I
can
come
up
to
the
store
she
continued
on
to
say
they
made
the
pizza
and
it
got
canceled
when
the
app
still
a
i
write
says
it
will
b
ready
in
20
to
35
min
I
called
up
to
the
store
and
got
no
answer
but
there
closed
she
continued
to
blamed
the
customer
I
waited
to
long
for
a
response
so
I
ordered
the
pizza
through
Uber
of
course
I
got
it
through
there
very
disappointed
I
was
able
to
speak
to
corporate
who
actually
listen
and
didn't
use
blame
how
it
should
originally
been
handle
this
was
a
terrible
attempt
to
fix
the
issue
just
made
all
kinds
of
excuses
that
make
no
sense
I've
always
learned
to
document
these
kind
of
situations
which
could
of
been
use
to
clear
things
up
but
instead
she
continued
to
go
back
and
forth
with
this
lady
that
says
this
isn't
even
her
store
make
it
make
senses
