Beautiful hotel! We stayed here 4 nights during our first trip to Texas. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job of keeping towels replenished. We had breakfast at their Anchor and Hearth cafe and while it was a little on the expensive side, it was delicious! The hotel is in a great spot and only an hour from the beach. We will absolutely be staying here again if/when we come back to Texas.

What a lovely, clean, quiet hotel. This is a real charmer. The beds are so comfortable & ckean! Bathrooms are lovely! View is serene. I love this place and would give it a 10 if possible. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Food, if you order it without all of the sauces is very good! Bar next door (O'Neal's) is very loud and is bar food.

The entire staff from the moment we walked in until we left was amazing. Everyone was so friendly even when just walking through the halls we were greeted by everyone we encountered with a smile. 10/10 experience! The site and view was beautiful, pool was amazing and the restaurant is top notch. We will definitely be returning again.

This hotel was so nice. They really thought of every amenities you could possibly want. My coworkers and I went on and on about how nice this place was. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly too. I’m looking forward to staying here again. Booking a room over the phone is a nightmare though, extremely slow process. I would’ve booked online but I needed to use a company rate and they said it was easier to do over the phone. I should’ve just done it myself and saved a 30 minutes.

If you have not tried the fine dining experience at the Hyatt in Baytown you are missing out. The service is exceptional. The drinks are great. The food is top quality and the flavors are phenomenal. We ordered the raw oysters, grilled cauliflower, seared scallops, roasted chicken and chocolate dessert. It was all over the top delicious.

Stayed here before our cruise out of Galveston. What a beautifully designed Hyatt! Clean and inviting interior with a superbly attentive team. Room #301 was a spacious suite that had a separate bedroom for us and a separate living room area that had a foldout bed for the boys. From the well thought out lighting design to the headboard to the nightlight illuminating along the base of the bed, whomever designed the suite did so with an amazing eye for detail and style. The view from the floor to ceiling windows were relaxing in the morning. Breakfast the following morning at the Anchor and Hearth was yummy and a must. Globalist perk covered our breakfasts which was another wonderful bonus for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you HRB - Houston team for an excellent stay.

This hotel has the best coffee and breakfast from all the other ones I went too. The staff are perfect, the service and the attitudes are perfect. The rooms are the best. My favorite part is the locked elevators that you need your key card too
