    I'm not sure what her name was. The jacket said, "Hannah, and the receipt said Nayeli whichever it is. She was extremely super friendly." The food was served quickly and fresh.

    Worse Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Constantly forgetting sauces or items paid for. I went today and came home and they didn’t give me two dressings like I said, we got no sauce and not to mention I found a bug in my salad. Clearly they don’t wash their produce or they have bugs.

    Love the breakfast...the rest I'm one of the few that don't care for the waffle fries and the chicken sandwiches are small compared to other chains, so still 5* for what I get there

    Went in to this Chick-fil-A, was disappointed from the customer service this location has. Very different than other Chick-fil-A restaurants when I was there a young guy just told us give me a minute and didn't come back after like 5 minutes other employees and managers just stared, don't recommend this location !!

    Pretty good. They don't have the awesomeness as other chick-fil-a that I love where everyone gives you a big warm welcome when you walk through the door, but they are efficient and polite.

    Chicken noodle soup and side salad with avocado ranch dressing was perfect. Their lemonade was not as sweet as their brand normally makes it. If I ordered ice with it, it would have tasted horrible. Glad I got it with no ice. Please stick to their recipe when making the lemonade. Wonderful customer service!

    I loved the service. Friendly and awesome people but the food is a problem. Well just the grilled chicken pieces. It costs a pretty penny and its horrible what is given. Not even pieces. It looks like scrapes. Won't order them again

    The chicken sandwich wasn't fresh we arrived at 9:45 pm and had to come back inside to get the ice cream cone .. I asked for no ice but received ice .. the guy looked at the receipt like I was lying saying oh u did ask for ice .. he was outside the window .. what was the point 🤔 when I placed my order she was rushing me ..probably why I didn't get my order correctly. Stop asking me 5 x is it anything else it should only be asked at least 2x .

    I ordered a #1 meal and 8 count nuggets on the side. The sandwich wasn't fully cooked. I took 2 bites of it and realized it wasn't. The nuggets were cold. The fries were fresh. The cashier was extremely friendly and nice. She was extremely helpful. I was just not impressed with the service today.

    The eggs on my busciut had a horrible chemical taste. So weird. I ate part of the busciut and the bacon, but couldn't eat the rest.

    The worst Chick Fill A i have ever been to . A person took my order but it didn’t but order wasn’t ready so they had to take order again and i was charge twice. I didn’t get my order till like 20 minutes my lunch break is only an hour. Staff needs training with customer service

    There was a line a mile long actually both were, but they got the order right and was considerably speedy about it. I really only give 4 star reviews as there is always room for improvement.

    Food was yummy! Hannah was a great hostess/cashier! Very friendly, always smiling, polite, and came to check on us during our dine-in. Please continue to hire more people like Carla!

    As expected everyone says my pleasure. When we went, we accidentally spilled our autumn spice shake on the ground. When we asked for napkins one of the workers, Ethan, actually came over and helped us clean up the rest of the mess! Super great customer service! We were impressed!

    Came here to get luscious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. When I went to order, the person that shall remain nameless treated me as if I was incompetent, unintelligent, dull-witted and mentally challenged. I civilly asked for extra-medium waffle fries and was treated in that manner. I asked for nine sandwiches and fries and was questioned and doubted if I seriously ordered that quantity. I was furious, incandescent, outraged, infuriated and inflamed. I proceeded to the window and that’s a the well respected and educated man named NATE greeted me. I complimented him on his clothing manner and told him that if he wore khakis, he’d look like Jake from State Farm. He laughed politely. I then asked if they were open to on Thanksgiving and replied that they weren’t, then implied that if he had a say, he would open on Thanksgiving to serve a well humored man such as I. That’s when I asked for his name and shook his hand. He complied and returned the same treatment. I then questioned who supplies their chicken, he didn’t know. I then stated that they should switch their supplier to me because I give good c*ck (I’ll provide a picture). He took a look and agreed that I have good c*ck. Mans understood my humor and complied. He ordered me to pull up to the white line and I thanked him and he passionately said “my pleasure” unlike all the other workers that say it because they’re ordered too. NATE is a very respectable, impeccable, charming, gifted young man. He deserves a raise or a promotion and national recognition for his outstanding manners !

    The best fast food restaurant in all aspect, they know who to hire and they are investing on training their staff, very polite, very attentive, always smiling. Best food quality from all the fast food restaurants, all the menu item are tasty, and I have a 100% assurance that their kitchen is clean, their quality control is just perfect.

    Worst Chic fil a ever! They are so unorganized, the place is very dirty, the staff looks lost and confused. The whole experience was horrible but when I asked for a napkin to clean my cup. The guy wearing the blue shirt asked me if I wanted to use the wipe he just used to cleaned up soda on the counter to clean my cup that he drop sods all over. After that I was just done. I will never go back there again. If I could give zero stars I would.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would , these people don’t like putting sauces in the bag it offends them when you ask them for some to ! When I got home and took my meal out the bag my fries were filled halfway so we’re my wife’s fries halfway to . I will not ever spend my hard earned money that I work for with these people

    They’ve been on point with every order, for an early Valentine’s Day celebration I curbside a Heart tray of nuggets and some side orders to surprise my spouse with. Came out awesome and we enjoyed, was a fun surprise for him because he loves the nuggets and I didn’t have to cook!
