My
order
was
all
wrong
from
the
start.
The
staff
was
friendly,
but
I
have
been
to
this
location
several
times.
Each
time,
the
order
taker
or
the
line
staff
was
unable
to
get
the
order
correct
and
the
time
in
the
drive-through
was
way
longer
than
expected
for
the
number
of
cars.
I
expect
a
higher
level
of
service
-
especially
with
repeat
visits
or
patronage.
I
was
disappointed
at
the
order,
lack
of
asking
whether
I
needed
condiments,
and
quality
of
the
food
received.
I
would
recommend
upselling,
more
time
taken
in
the
food
preparation,
and
perhaps
taking
extra
and
diligent
care
to
ensure
the
order
is
correct.
It
appears
the
staff
was
rushing
orders
to
get
done
and
sacrificing
quality
along
the
way.
Perhaps
the
employees
and
staff
members
need
to
understand
that
quality
almost
always
wins
–
even
in
a
drive-through.
For
instance,
if
I
order
a
pizza
(when
back
on
the
menu),
I
should
expect
to
get
a
pizza,
the
quality
is
at
least
acceptable,
there
is
a
spork
in
the
bag,
and
the
drive-thru
person
asks
if
I
want
hot
sauce
–
every
time!
I
hope
my
next
encounter
is
a
more
pleasant
experience
–
whether
in
the
drive-thru
or
in-person
in
the
store.
