    Soooo, I'm not sure who checks orders before they leave the store in the drive thru but I guess I always come on their off days. Drive 15-20 just for taco bell & returned home..... believe it or not an item was missing. With covid preventing customers from eating inside the store you'd think they could get better.. wishful thinking I guess... not worth driving all the way back.

    Last 3 orders have been trash 🗑 last time we order chicken quesada and had nothing but bread with a little cheese and no chicken. Same trash again today chalupa with a pinch of chicken in it. PAYED $35 BUCKS FOR THIS GARBAGE.

    On my in from Lake Charles...the drive through announced that they were out of beans and beef. I ordered a chicken type burrito for a total of appx $5 n change. When I got back to the Freeway I discovered the food was never given to me hot...there is no way the chicken would be cold that quick. She told me I was the last customer...my take it if you scrapping up food to sell, it needs to be your best. I paid full price and I deserve full quality. This was early Monday near 1am.

    I had someone hack my Taco Bell account and attempt to have it delivered via door dash. The manager worked very quickly to cancel the order and I’m forever grateful!

    I ordered 4 beefy 5 layer burritos and 4 beef supreme soft tacos. The food came and neither the burritos or the tacos had beef, both chicken and the tacos weren't even Supreme. I dont know if it's because they were just being lazy and didn't want to make more beef or what but im extremely annoyed by this. The chicken makes the tacos dry without sour cream and the beef makes the burritos but the point is, it's not what I ordered or payed for. If they weren't going to give me what I ordered and payed for they should have just canceled/declined the order.

    Ordered a #6 beef no tomatoes with a soft taco and mild sauce. When I received my order I reached down in the bag to ensure I had a soft taco and I didn’t I was given a hard taco so I waved the team member back to the window and she got my bag back and put a soft taco in there. No apology for the mistake or anything. Then once I got home I noticed there’s no mild sauce in my bag and my chalupas had tomatoes on them. When I looked over my receipt it was rung up the way I ordered it including the mild sauce was on the receipt as well, not for sure how the order was made completely wrong. The speed of service was great however accuracy is the key to quality.

    My order was all wrong from the start. The staff was friendly, but I have been to this location several times. Each time, the order taker or the line staff was unable to get the order correct and the time in the drive-through was way longer than expected for the number of cars. I expect a higher level of service - especially with repeat visits or patronage. I was disappointed at the order, lack of asking whether I needed condiments, and quality of the food received. I would recommend upselling, more time taken in the food preparation, and perhaps taking extra and diligent care to ensure the order is correct. It appears the staff was rushing orders to get done and sacrificing quality along the way. Perhaps the employees and staff members need to understand that quality almost always wins – even in a drive-through. For instance, if I order a pizza (when back on the menu), I should expect to get a pizza, the quality is at least acceptable, there is a spork in the bag, and the drive-thru person asks if I want hot sauce – every time! I hope my next encounter is a more pleasant experience – whether in the drive-thru or in-person in the store.

    I'm working nights so around 11pm is my lunch time. I come to this TacoBell and I get back to my job and my tacos were cold.( 5min away jobsite) my tacos were stuck to the paper... im very disappointed cause I love Tacobell.

    Mobile ordered through the drive through a Chicken Burrito & got home realized they gave me ground beef . Drove back up there for a new one and got back home to see they gave me steak . How hard is it to make a burrito :/

    Somewhat clean, they sold me an item for dine in without having any forks to eat it with?? How am I supposed to eat and item that requires utensils without having any available?? I made them refund my money for that item, but honestly they shouldn't have sold me the item for dine-in to begin with.

    Waiting for someone to acknowledge me no one did went to the tablet to order nobody came to the register for at least 20 minutes and then they said we had to tell him that we needed to be waited on so cash takes longer time to wait on

    Just had the absolute worst food from Taco bell! As a manager of the same franchise but in a different state. The food was absolutely unacceptable! Not even close to the right proportion,also no Napkins or utensils! Shame on this location!

    This place gets an extra star just because I feel generous and DT order taker was polite both times. Ordered once last week and again today. Food was cold both times. Very little meat in the tacos/chalupas. If my normal TB was like this, I'd hate TB and never eat there. Luckily the one near me in Frederick, MD keeps it 100 all the time. This TB has such great potential with such a great location, but now I realize why it always looks so empty.

    I never go to Taco Bell, and the day I decided to give it a try, I got the nastiest quesadilla I’ve ever seen, it was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted! :(

    I prefer this one much more than the other one on Garth. I’ve only went through drive thru here, but do so pretty often and hardly have to wait and have yet to get a wrong order. My new fave is the Nacho Party Pack. Only thing that bothers me about Taco Bell is that they discontinue some pretty good items, at least ones that I think are. My go-to item was the XXL stuffed burrito and they no longer carry it.

    It was one of the best visits that I've had for a LONG time. Nichole made my food EXACTLY like I love it! The manager Miss Mary, was awesome! When I told her that this wasn't a complaint call, I could hear the relief is her voice! The public should definitely TELL them, these people they did a GOOD job. They are the one's that Care and are grateful to be doing whatever they are doing. We need more people like that in our world.❤

    Just got ripped off and waiting for my W-2, paid $8 for a SMALL portion of Nachos Bell Grande, when asked this was the only portion they had. On top of that no spoon im the bag. I had to check out at the kiosk, it was the only form of service I was offered and forced to pay with Card Only. Ill be expecting a W-2 at the end of the year. Had to almost put my social security number just to get my order. Just go to the one down the road you might have better luck

    Man who doesn't live taco bell?!?! Just so annoying that the dining room is closed which lead us to have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Honestly if I hadn't been picking up for someone else, I would have never even placed the order.

    Food was good. But it wasn't hot. Tasty though. Restaurant was a little dirty. Tables were not clean. Employees ok. Prices have really gone up at the business

    We were going to dine in but ended up taking it to go because there was a homeless man in there going through the trash getting partially eaten food and drinks and taken them to his table and eating whatever was left. My husband and I was going to buy him food and a drink and then he started flipping out so we took our food and went home and ate it. The food had no flavor to it, our soft tacos barely had anything in them and the edges were hard as a rock.

    Rude! While taking my order the women on the intercom started coughing deeply and forcefully loudly. I thought maybe it was the customer because I would have canceled my order right there. However, when I got to the window I was met with A large very pale white woman as the Cashier glaring at me and another large very pale white woman worker staring behind her at me. She never greeted me but did Make it a point to make me notice she was looking at me with disgust. She was visibly upset and then shoved the order to me when I reached to grab it. She Did Not Give me my receipt, probably so I wouldn't report her.Too Late!! This all was occuring while the other fat woman was looking too with anger. They need to look at themselves and get out of Customer Service. No one's tolerating that horrible lack of respect for the customers. No receipt no problem. still reported for unprofessionalism, bad hygiene and clear bigotry.
