I sent my 16 y/o daughter in to pay for and get the pizza. When she returned and I checked the food food and I was totally and completely caught off guard. I usually like Lil Ceasars. I immediately took it back in and asked the nice young lady at the counter for a refund. I explained to her why and showed her the contents of what was given to my daughter. She asked me if I wanted to wait for another one and I kindly said no thank you, because I had already waited 15 minutes for this one and I didn't have time to wait because I had to go to work. (It was 5:05pm, my shift starts at 6pm. I know that's my fault.) In short I was refunded and kept the pizza that was hardly edible . The killer part is it appeared that the manager was the one putting the pizzas in the box. Smh. I never asked to speak to the manager and she never voluntarily came to the front to address me, the customer when the young lady went to the side to speak with her about my issue. And let's not even get on how it was cut any kind of way! Smh.

This is the 5th time that my app says is gonna be ready at a certain time and I gotta wait for 30 min or more when I get here. They need new team leader or somebody who knows how to manage time correctly. Last time, my pizza was just sitting there and I got no notification on my app at all. Only reason I knew it was ready is because I went inside and asked about the two pizzas that might be mine. This place is the worst.

Ordered a pepperoni fanceroni it looked so good on the website. Description "A large Pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old world Pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust." What we received was no where near what this describes. This is a huge disappointment. I've been on hold trying to get someone on the phone for 29 minutes to get someone to talk to me.

Our online took over an hour after the projected pick up time. I had to ask multiple time if my pizza was ready, they kept saying no. Finally I ask and they said they were waiting for the second pizza to be done. When I got my pizza one was cold like it had sat out for the whole hour. I don’t know what they gave me in place of crazy bread(looks like a burnt cheese bread but it only had 2 pieces in it! The cashier was rude when I told him I was supposed to get garlic sauce and marinara sauce. He grabbed them and thew them on the counter. Multiple people were in the store complaining about long waits. The manager would not talk to anybody and just kept making pizzas. The store has horrible service.

Zero stars if I could not using any one of beef? Poor customer service you can't put a sign on the door make everyone wait to say no. All they did was cheese pizza yuk I will make my own. , I definitely will not worry about coming back to this location ever!!! My boss went to little Caesars Friday night and we tasted like the pizza is had on off taste, before I got off work I felt weird but when I got home I was throwing up and nauseous and couldn't stop the feeling until I did.. then again all day I couldn't eat anything still felt sick eating dinner still sit right.

The worst pizzeria I have ever attended, I will definitely not return. More than 2 hours of waiting for 2 pizzas is unacceptable. Many people had more time waiting. They have to put their workers in order. From the outside, I could see how extremely slow they worked. It seemed like they were doing it appropriately. No. I'll never come back, it was the worst experience.

Place order they have like 20 pizza on the table getting cold 40 min wait for cold raw pizza not happy

Dated :12/21 The manager at the Decker & Garth location is rude. He has horrible customer service skills and lack of empathy for customers needs. Plus, the pizza 🍕 was burned. He refused to listen and said, “‘it wasn’t his problem “!

Trash. Ordered online, waited by the kiosk until my name appeared. Approximately 20 minutes, fine… but my pizzas were COLD & HARD (so tough to even eat them, they tasted and looked like 3-4 day old leftovers) & to make things worse they didn’t cut them!!! No slices just 2 big hard pizzas. So much for eating it on the road, this place is a joke. Attached is the photo of one of them as we flipped it upside down so you can see it wasn’t cut.

While it was super busy and they were doing great to keep up with it, I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a most bestest cheese and they gave me a dry pizza with thin cheese. There was also almost no sauce. They made me pay extra for that.... Also when I got it it was cold.

they neverrrr have pizzas ready and told me 1 pizza would be 30min really?? ive came 3x since ive moved here and they never have any ready smh

This location is always busy so make sure you place your order online 30min beforehand. Always great pizza.

My ONLY complaint on this location (as well as most) they wouldn’t answer the phone. HOWEVER when I tell you my pizza looked like it could be on a commercial I mean it. The staff was nice. Pizza was amazing

For a busy Saturday night they got my order in fast. Small wait but the whole staff seemed to be working hard especially with big orders coming in. Keep up the great work guys and gals.

"Hot-N-Ready" does not entirely apply here. Almost every time I come here there is a wait, and the wait times can vary drastically. I've had a couple times where I wait ten minutes for a Pepperoni Pizza and Crazy Bread, and other times where I will wait thirty minutes and leave when I only order Crazy Bread. I specifically remember multiple occasions where I will be at the counter but not one worker will even acknowledge that I am standing there. Nonetheless, the quality of the pizza itself isn't half bad. For a pre-made pizza that's been sitting in a small oven for a while, the taste is pretty good for a 5$ pizza that's big enough to share, which does make it ideal as a last minute dinner option.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took more than an hour to get our order. To their credit, it was busy but that is no excuse for completely messing up the order as well. Will not be coming back.

It’s not the same as when they first opened they don’t ever have any hot and ready pizza it should be hot and ready in 15 to 20 minutes smh trash customer service waiting in lobby mind u it was empty and still took 5-10 min just to order, just to get attitude

This is the worst little ceasars i’ve ever been to. They never wear gloves when making pizza’s, the manager of the place was on her phone and then shouted that it would be 40 minutes for pizza’s to come out. If you wouldn’t be on your phone and would actually be working maybe it would not take so long. It’s just filthy, I will never buy from this disgusting place again. I also don’t recommend, it’s unsanitary and they should at least wear gloves when preparing the pizza’s.
