    Poor customer service by a certain employee. The manager lady that usually asks you what sandwich you want was really rude not just to me but to everyone. I thought the first time she just wasn't havent a good day so gave her another shot another time I went and exact same thing was really rude to the people in front and behind me along with myself. I'm not sure whats going on but the attitude with everyone is not ok.

    Poor customer service/experience. Rather than using a knife, the person (No employee had a name tag???) took her finger to wipe the mayonnaise of the side of my bread. To any request, she had a response. Is this how they are teaching people to interact with a paying customer. Another employee arriving on shift came strolling in with NO MASK.

    Im a person who always left good reviews but this time I'm going to said something bad this order, I ask for xtra light mayo & I pay for xtra veggies this what I got, I ask the cashier why the ask you for special instructions when you place a order online, she said we don't care about special instructions we don't even read the instructions, so we do it the way we want, i will never come back to this place 7599 Garth Rd Suite 400, im sorry but I think customer service is number one on business but I see this lady's no care about this business they only care about their pay check this is really sad.

    Today we went to this location around 7:30 p.m.. When we arrived I could clearly see that 1 of the employees was wearing a mask as she was upfront cleaning tables. However the mask was taken off when it came to the point of her making our food. I normally would not complain about mishaps at restaurants or fast food chains. But given the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and we are all required to wear masks in order to walk in to any business, shouldn't the workers especially around food be required to wear a mask? And why, if you were already wearing a mask, would you take it off to prepare the food? When I called to find out who the manager is the girl explained to me that the manager says that they are not required to. Which brings me back to the question of why were you wearing a mask while cleaning tables as opposed to preparing food. She then told me if I didn't like it I don't have to go there in which case I decided to hang up the phone. So the entire point of this review , is to choose your fast food places wisely because some of them feel like it's not necessary to wear a mask during a pandemic. I also am well aware of the debate of whether or not the masks help or hinder. But if you are a business and you expect to get money and business from your patrons I would suggest that you would wear the masks in any case to at least give your patrons the peace of mind so that they would come back to your business again. Obviously I will not be going back there. 😊

    No wonder this place has a low rating We walked in this afternoon around 7:10 pm and were standing in line waiting for our order to be taken. The employee just started yelling at us and waiving her hands saying what do we want. And she kept yelling at us not letting us even order what type of bread we wanted (Even her coworker looked like she was afraid of the lady). We asked her politely to stop yelling at us and she continued just tossing the food around, she cut through whole bread completely, and we just decided to leave instead of paying for a train wreck of a sandwich she was starting to make. We ended up going to a different one and received great service. The store manager will be receiving a call tomorrow morning because that was ridiculous.

    I love when I order food and don’t get what I order…. I understand it’s fast food and y’all don’t want to be there but christ sake at least give me what I PAID for…if there is a standard at subway it’s definitely not being met at this store.

    I order two meals and they were for delivery. The delivery guy came to my home with only sandwiches, I told him that I'm missing my drinks and chips. He returned to subway and only grabbed my drinks, one of my drinks was incorrect. Still no chips and I'm gotta paid for this service. One of my sandwiches was made Incorrectly and I paid for extra topping in my sandwich that I didn't get either.

    They messed up a sandwich and would not replace it. It was saturated in onions and salad dressing. Clumpy. Nasty. I asked for the manager, but the lady said she was the mananger. Then I was going to order another sandwich but started looking at their produce. It was not fresh. Hot and brown looking. My husband ate his sandwich and said it tasted really bad.

    Bad service, I ordered 2 subs on the app, they usually call me to let me know when they don't have the ingredients I asked for, but this time they decided to not let me know and just substitute it with what they thought was convenient for them. I get home, about to eat my sub and it's not what I ordered, I've been calling the restaurant location and no one answers. With high fuel prices now I have to waste my gas driving to the store for something they did wrong.

    I wanted to take my husband to dinner something light and fresh. But we got different. The food tasted old and bitter. Like it sat for a couple of days. My dog wouldn't even eat it. So that says a lot.

    young girl with short hair put the wrong meat on my sandwich when i told her it wasn’t correct proceeded to give me attitude and make this experience very uncomfortable!! don’t recommend coming here AT ALL

    I was assistant manager there, after my roommate was killed in a car wreck on her way to pick me up I was trying to call in the next day so they let me go and not only that after they did that they took $3.00/hr off my hourly pay the day before payday. Thankfully the Labor Dept is getting involved.

    The sandwhich artist seemed very bothered to have to make our food. I grabbed the juice & applesauce for my daughter and she said it only comes with one. I knew this was wrong bc other locations I order and receive the same things. I said it’s right on the menu above your head juice or milk & applesauce or cookie. She didn’t like being corrected either .

    This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. They sold me bad, black olives, and lettuce with mold on it, and did not try to make things right. This is the most unethical and worst subway I have ever seen in my life
