    After haircuts, we walked next door to the adjacent Domino’s and ordered a few pizzas. Inside, was not as clean as desired, but acceptable. There were plenty of seats for all of us to sit down, while we waited for our order. Our pizza was ready in about 10 minutes.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered food online at 7pm had to call at 8:45pm to ask where it was. I spoke with the manager and got told “Do you want the food or not?” Then hung up on me. The Store Manager has a terrible attitude and even worse customer service, employees are the same. But it’s not their fault, poor leadership breeds a poor team. I feel bad for her employees and customers. Just terrible.

    An Extra Large Pizza with only 6 slices? Wasn't even cut all the way through. My pizza looked even worse.. I had much rather you guys canceled my order.

    The last 2 times I ordered a pizza, I had to cancel because it took more than 2 hours. I just ordered my pizza at 5:06 and it's now 6:16. I called the store and spoke to Corey, who said she's the manager. I was not impressed. She told me 45 mins more. I told her if she thinks it's going to be longer to tell me so I xan cancel. She was NOT reassuring and certainly NOT professional. I wonder if she's actually the manager. No offer to make it right, just call back in 45 mins and cancel. I guess this is another night of hunger due to Domino's. If I don't get the order in 45 mins, I'm going to call main office! This place needs to shut down at this rate!

    The service was awful, the people were rude and very unorganized . I paid and this young lady who's cooking came to the register asked for my money but I had already paid she said it didn't show basically called me a lie then I asked if she wanted to see my recipient she said no and asked me how much did I pay I told her and she still didn't give me my order she said she had to wait on the guy who was the cashier to tell her that I paid. WE didn't even get our complete order and to top it off the order was messed up it wasn't even fixed right.I am passing through I'm not from this area but I will not recommend this Domino's Pizza to any one

    This is the worst Domino’s experience I have EVER HAD. This is also not a Karen moment where I have no idea what the service industry is like. I waited tables for 5 years. I’ve worked in a drive thru. It’s hard but it isn’t THAT hard. Anyway, first the website wouldn’t accept my card, and then I called to order and it took 16 minutes to place it, and then they rang me up for carry out, not delivery, so I had to go get my pizza, only to arrive and be told they cancelled my order by one employee and that the order disappeared by another. Joke’s on me for not giving up after the website wasn’t working, I guess. If management sees this, one of your employees was on the phone at the counter and everyone needs to be retrained.

    Spent 80 dollars on 2 thin crust pizzas which I ordered online and pre-tipped. 2 hours later I got 2 cold pizzas and they were not even close to what I ordered. Wrong crust, wrong toppings. The manager lied and told me all he could do was give me a store credit the next time I ordered pizzas through Domino's,, but never took my info before hanging up on me. This was the worst pizzas and worst experience I have ever had through any pizza company. Rude manager, and I lost $80 dollars...pathetic

    If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. System & phones are always down. Delivery always takes HOURS. Ordered from here on Saturday at 753 and my order didn't arrive until 1030pm. Had to order my kids something else for dinner within that 3hr timeframe. Kids were asleep by the time the order came. Phones were not being answered and the tracker wasn't updating either. Never ordering here again. Pizza was stale and dry

    The girl at the counter took my order without any problems. I paid and 10minutes later I was on my way. The sandwiches were Hot, Tasty, and made the way we wanted them. We will be ordering again. Thanks.

    I placed my order at 6:30 and ordered on the app. I was told it would be ready between 7:05 - 7:11. I arrived here at 7:18 there was no parking, my pizza wasn't ready so I had to wait and additional 30-45 minutes for an order.

    I had problems getting my order a couple evenings ago, after getting transferred and talking to a few different people, I ended up talking to Jenalis who is quite possibly the rudest person I have every spoken to. Customer service training much needed!! My original pizza order was at 6, I finally got pizza, albeit the wrong order at 11pm. Jenalis told me there were NO drivers so if I wanted to bring my wrong pizza to the store myself I could get a new one.

    This is the second time I've picked up pizza at this location, and this occurred both times: The employees do not acknowledge you when you walk in; they are all back there having their conversations. The only person who seemed like he paid attention during the "customer service" part of the orientation was the young man that took my payment and handed me my pizza. Update 7/04/22 I went back today and received a completely different interaction. I was greeted as I walked in; Charles took care of me and even gave me some paper towels I requested. I told him I would update my review to reflect today's service.

    Pizza was not done , Pizza crust was uncooked topping was only on a few slices went to the restaurant and the employees where playing around the door was locked people outside waiting while staff standing around having a good time while customers outside waiting for staff to unlock the door waiting outside for 15 minutes waiting

    I would just like to say that I went there tonight and had the most amazing experience. The customer service was excellent. There was a lady there working name is Tori. I asked her name because she was just went above and beyond. She was so kind. I am very impressed with how professional and kind she was. Miss Tori had the best customer service skills and the dominoes worker staff tonight just did an amazing job. The pizza was fresh. Everything was perfect.

    I normally don’t make reviews. I ordered a pizza and it took four hours to get it. Got the pizza and it was cold. I have had orders in the past to where my pizza was crushed. Will not be ordering from here again. This place is a joke.

    This place has to be 1 of the worst pizza places around. Be prepared to wait 2hrs for your pizza and it will still be wrong and cold. Everytime I try to give them another chance they do the same thing

    I placed an order that said it would take 40 minutes to arrive. I called the store after an hour and a half and they said the order had been delivered to the wrong address, and then they got back on the phone and said that it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. They put me on the phone with the manager who then proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes while I watched the tracker as the driver went all the way back to the store got the pizza and then tried to come deliver it when it was too late I had already left work. Then the driver called me and said she didn't know what was going on and she didn't deliver it to the wrong address. Wyatt was the manager that put me on hold and Blair was the driver

    I usually have a much better experience with Domino's but, for reasons unknown, this time didn't go too well. Was trying to order from the app but, it wouldn't download. All in all, I ended up paying double for my pizza and no breaks from the store clerk. I think she was tired and wanted to go home, but still...
