I have been ordering at this location since I started working at Exxon just down the road; pretty much almost everyday.... I have not had bad service not once the staff here is always friendly and joyous I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this location. Great group of people , this place will be missed once Ive completed my part on this project. Thank you guys if you ever happen to read this !

Guy Making Sandwiches was not wearing his mask, it was down on his chin, not covering his mouth, or nose, he was hunched over the sandwiches!! I refused the order, told them to refund my credit card for the order. I am a transplant patient, and I cannot afford to get coronavirus it will kill me, and he was spewing germs all over my food. If you ate here, and got coronavirus, he gave it to you. Unacceptable, he should be fired. I wish I could have given less than one star!!

Guys making the sandwiches were super cool, and friendly. Said they'd grown up together thought that was cool, they were still friends and working together. Made some great sandwiches too, will definitely be back.

Definitely the best subway in Baytown. Very clean and customer oriented location. Almita is amazing she will drop whatever she is doing to help you out; she’s cool and super friendly as well. (:

Alma took care of me, she ROCKS! I've been back to this location numerous times and it is further from my home but if you compare the service and the friendliness of Alma, it's worth the drive!

I went there the first time a month ago and the way Alma tread us was exceptional and that made us comes back again and again. I appreciate the way you welcomed us Alma you’re a great employee to have in any business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store is ran way different then any of the subways I have been to employees smoke right in front of the door texting on there phone don’t really care about the customers it’s like they hire anyone off the streets yea I know there just making sandwiches but come on we are the ones who really pay them

Very friendly staff and very quick to finish an order. I come here all the time and every time I come I have a good experience.

Went in with a coupon and was not able to use it because the lady made all these excuses as to why it would not work even before taking our order or scanning the coupon. Went and used the same coupon at the subway on Garth and worked completely fine. You are better off going to that location.

Im currently pregnant. My fiance ordered a veggie deluxe on flatbread for me, toasted with pickles , onions, olives, honey mustard , bacon & cheese. I always get this sandwich. My baby doesn't like mayonnaise so i try to stay away from it. He brought the sandwich home and nothing that we ordered to be put on it was there besides the onions, olives & bacon. The sandwhich had cucumbers, mayonnaise, a pile of lettuce, red onions & some bacon. I couldnt even finish it, i ended up puking because of the smell of the mayonnaise. I've always ordered this sandwich before and this is the third time they have messed it up. Im disappointed & will never go there again.

food was horrible. service was absolutely terrible. me and my family will never go to this location again. servers were rude and took no pride in their job or appearance. sorry I can only leave 1 star. 11/20/20

Well my wife came back upset after going there.She just wanted a soup.The ladies response to her was You should of been here 5 minutes sooner.”.As I was driving off the young husky man that was working with her kept signaling that they are closed and the sign says 9pm.This is the second time I have experienced terrible service and manners.The job isn’t hard because I did it when I was young .Easy job.Im glad subway has outstanding employees to do such bad customer service.I wish google had negative ratings.I hope my review is read and reviewed.The customers are always right.The one on Garth is way better.Smh.

I work, there. Almost 2 1/2 yrs, now. It's a wonderful place to get your lunch, nice, clean, and it's easy to find....When I first started working there, alot of customers told me that they'd barely just started coming back, because the customer service, was horrible....I can see where they'd been coming frm...When We got a Decent Manager,ànd ofcoarse Myself, with my Awesome Customer Service, it turned into a 5 star sandwich shop!!! Now, we got new Management, so it's super organized, and super clean...I hate for people to touch my food, more less prepare it for me...I'm kinda weird, about people, and germs....I must say: I'd let my Co workers make my sandwich for me, and be able to eat it, with no worries.....
