A big improvement at this location. Food is great and service been improved a lot! You got to meet Stephanie, the sweetest one there! And very experienced with all the menu! Come and try all the new plates!

We sat for 15 minutes nothing 2 other people were sat and waited on we motioned waiter he said I didn't they are supposed to tell me. Wth were we invisible it just kept going downhill from. Grandsons sausage wasn't cooked he had to spit it out it was nasty he said. My fries were barely warm. Just horrible and someone who we don't know who cause he barely spoke English comped our coffee. Geez it was bad.

Employees were friendly. Server was nice. Food was cold when we got it. Then had to wait on silverware they were out which made our food colder. Good thing it was soft butter on the pancakes.

As much as we know of breakfast being a great start in life meaning break fast IHOP ain't it. Fake products Orders online they take it as an easy payment. To excuse themselves of getting your order wrong. Beyond the quality been atleast satisfactory upon you being able to cook make that exact order yourself. Their services has definitely plummeted. I put my views out there for the newbs wanting breakfast from this company to say its other competitors companies out there that well definitely serve and do you better .

I was really disappointed the last time I ate here, usually it's a great experience, but not this time. Server was inattentive, people who came in after us were getting food before us and we had barely gotten our first refill on our drinks. We ordered burgers and eventually got pancakes but there was no silverware or syrup to eat it with. It was terrible and it will be a while before I go back again.

We have actually been there twice. The first time my grandson only got one of his two French toast, but the server came to check on us. My grandson didn't say anything to us, about getting shorted. Until we left. The next day I told the server she made sure he got 2 pieces. But she never checked on us. Ihop is a great sit down meal kinda place. But services is spotty.

We went to iHop at 1am. The cook was slow as hell, so our food took almost 1 hour to arrive to the table. All we ordered was a burger and a chicken fried chicken or whatever. Terrible service from the cook. The waitress was awesome, though! 🤗

This place gets very busy due to lack of places to eat breakfast. They upgraded their menu and offer waffles and biscuits now. I tried one of the new Benedict’s, the bacon jam one, the eggs were poached well and the flavor was something different. I wouldn’t probably get it again though. The fried potatoes are just ok too, not bad and not great. My husband got the spicy pablano omelet with hash browns which was really great. My daughter got the birthday cake breakfast and a kids chicken and waffles. Our server was great. The place appeared cleaner than last time. Tables were being turned quickly. Our table wasn’t sticky and I didn’t see ants like last time so that’s great!

3 stars simply because the store wasn't busy and it still took over 45 mins to get our meal. I Had the 2x2x2 special hubby had the sampler. My pancakes were cold and bacon was WAY over cooked. His was good however.

Great location and friendly staff. It can get very crowded tho so if you don't like being around many people or don't want to wait check the busy times. I've ordered pretty much everything from they're menu and I've not been disappointed yet.

Past visits have not been great, but it seems they are making improvements. The food was delicious and hot. The service was great.

Devon was an excellent waiter! He was quick, efficient, and had excellent suggestions on what to order. Food was fresh and delicious!

Okay I hadnt been here in a while ...a long while actually because service was horrible...but somehow they turned it around...they remodeled a bit and service got better....I guess I'll put this IHOP back in rotation. UPDATE: Well its hard to teach an old dog new tricks...three weeks later went back...got seated and waitress never came to our table to wait on us. The waitress looked at us at one point and then just turned away...after the hostess noticed we hadnt been served after about 15 minutes , she did the right thing and went and told the waitress...u think she came over...nope...now about 20 minutes in,another man came in and sat next to us, his waitress came in like 3 minutes...we asked her for our waitress and then SHE went and told our waitress...youre thinking that fixed it right...NOPE.. she sent the other waitress back out to get our drinks....we just got up and left, but not before speaking with to the stores GM.. The hostess was standing there when I spoke to the GM and basically confirmed what I was saying...hoping everyone reads this post because you can renovate your building and make it look better and cook good food but if your service sucks people will eventually stop coming as we certainly have. To the GM...u know whic waiter it was, hopefully you addressed it with her...if not good luck.

Ok so last week Thursday 11/2/2023, I dined in with my coworkers. Ordered the famous two egg, two bacon, hashbrown and two pancakes. As I bit into the bacon, it wasn’t crunchy and tasted funny. I ate one of them but left the other. Figured they’re bacon is just not good. Anywho, finished my breakfast and went on about my day. 10:30 pm started feeling nauseous and by midnight it was coming out of both ends. Today is Monday and I’m just now starting to eat again. The girls were fine so the only thing that I ate that they didn’t was the bacon. If manager didn’t know, the cook knew better. Shame on you!!

My server was very sweet. Food was delicious. Only waited about 10 min for seating on a sat morning for 2 people

This place won't be getting my business again anytime soon. The waitress brought my friend a variation of the food she ordered. She asked if my friend would she accept what the cook made, even though it wasn't what she ordered. We told her no, and she sent it back.

It was an early morning stop just for a short stack of pancakes on the go. I ordered from the app and everything went as expected. The food was hot and fresh and I was very pleased with the staff and the service that I received!

Food was at best OK. Service was THE WORST! Our server was Fredasia and she obviously forgot to put in our order. It took over an hour to receive our food and it's not because the place was packed full of customers. There was hardly anyone there. She was definitely not taking care of her customers. She needs to be FIRED!

Good food, the service was good but the waitress looked high or something. This didnt effect getting our food or anything but she didnt stop by much if you are someone that likes seeing your waitress for things you might need. Overall my family liked the food and she did the right amount of service for us.

National pancake day had this place crazy busy. We just came after 7pm. It was good. The lemon ricotta crepe was a bit sweet. The berry crepe needed some filling… service was fine. Some of the benches were sticky. The parking lot in this location is crazy busy always… so be careful.

Waitress took care of us and extremely kind way. Brought our food quickly. Hey, no problems happy customer...

Devin and Olson were great. It was a breath of fresh air to be around good people and great food. Was inquiring about their rewards and for low income people like me it's hard to put your pride down and ask for their incentives but Devin is was cool about it. Thank you ihop.

Over crowded, tables set to close together to the point we could not sit across from each other and still were pressed against other people sitting behind us. Food was more room temperature. The wait staff were great and prompt.

If they can’t perfect your order, obviously theyre too busy and try to accommodate as much as they can so people can sit and eat.A little understanding for waiting.Staffs were nice and friendly.Environment was too busy and that’s how you make and support business.To the Manager, i like her spirit,might be a pressure to some staffs but they’re all doing the teamwork.Love seeing this busy place.I guess this was the busiest ive been.

Today is My💖Son's 21st birthday🎉 So his girlfriend, sister & I spent a little time eating & laughing together. The staff was great! The manager had them help celebrate 🥳 by singing the IHOP Birthday 🎂 song. Was a nice moment💝

You can't go on living, never having tried this IHOP. The food here competes well and after clubbing it's the best, or the next morning to bring you back to life

Very pleasant experience! The restaurant was clean and that is a plus. Our server was Christina and she was super nice and attentive. My wife says the same. She made sure we had everything we needed and smiled a lot😁The food came quick and was nice and hot. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

It was so nice to be able to go sit down an eat with my friend an grand daughter! The host an waitress were great! But let me tell ya are food was so great!!! Didn't know ya'll had potato cakes! Had to have my grand daughter try them! She loved them just as much as I did! Great visit tho!! Thank you!!!
