GREAT pizza. Employees are nice. Today, these were not as friendly as before. But maybe they were tired. The pizza was very hot. And the pizza was made exactly like we asked. Restaurant was clean. Tables were clean . The drink area was clean. Please put the sprinkle cheese and other condiments back out. That would be great.

Not cheap, but no limit on extra toppings. We usually order a few different MOD sizes and go with their menu items and then add extra toppings. Last time, one of ours was burned or dropped… dunno, but the guy had to remake and rebake. They forgot to add feta and parm. Besides that, MOD is MOD. it’s a franchise and the quality is the same always. Dependable. Fresh. Thin crusts and gluten free option.

You live got to try the little dessert cakes , comes in chocolate or strawberry , nothing like creating your own personal pizza . Friendly staff

1st time ordering from MOD pizza. Got the Mega (11 inch “thick crust”). First of all, this isn’t thick crust. It’s a regular sized crust( to the rest of the USA). Second, there’s barely any cheese or sauce on more than half the pizza towards the outer diameter. 3rd, taste is mediocre. Not quite sure how they got 4.5 stars out of approx. 700 reviews at the time of writing this.

Every recent customer that gave a 5 star review must of gotten lucky. This place has been sliding downhill for a long time and today is the final straw for me. Thank you managers and owner for not caring about who they hire and wasting my money. Going to papa johns from now on because at least they usually have managers that quality check their product

I guess it’s what most people would call on the pricey side, but hey it’s sky’s the limit on customization & a pretty good selection of ingredients. Customer service at this location has always been great. Bottom line, I know if I go here I’m gonna be satisfied, wife and family too. We usually have leftovers to take home. Well with the price if you ask me! **bonus- they have cauliflower crust as well as gluten free crust option

Love love love this place!! You can always customize your pizza tue way you want and staff is very helpful, not to mention the quality and flavor are amazing!

Staff for the service line was horrible. It was like slow motion and I could barely hear her speak! I informed her 3 times I was not able to hear if she could speak up! Then I get to the register and I’m asked did I need something! Wow!!! Honestly, I didn’t respond and just waited to be cashed out! Never again for Garth location!! Mont Belvieu MOD IS SO MUCH BETTER!!

I keep going back!!! I love that you can personalize the pizza.... the staff is nice. But I kinda need to tell them to space out toppings or put them closer to the edge. But too much is in the center of pizza its flimsy. So gotta space out the toppings. I don't like huge crust on the edges and u can get a better crisp crust and firmer pizza which makes it easier to eat. Try the tristan and dominic!!!

I’ve been to a lot of MOD pizzas all over the country and this one is about middle of the pack. They don’t stand out like others. Customer service was a slow (we were early for the rush too) but they only had 3 employees working there. Says more about management than the employees due to the fact that it’s Saturday at lunchtime. Clean store and ingredients were good. Like I said nothing to write home about but not horrible.

Pizza was burnt, not cut evenly, she didn't pop the bubbles and I'm sure she looked at the bottom and still served it to me. Very disappointed.

Pizza was great as usual and as usual the gentleman "cutting" the pizza just doesn't like his job or is just bad at doing it. I challenge management to try and eat a pizza that he has cut. No To-Go boxes were at the beverage station. Had to ask the guy who can't cut a pizza for two small to-go boxes. After a sigh and somewhat of an eye roll, got us the two boxes. We were there 4/16/23 between 5 and 6. I know MOD pizza won't go out of business, if we stopped eating there. But there are just as many places in that immediate area that would happy take the $40-$50 we just spent there. The high school couple making out in one the booths and another high school couple making out at one of the new patio tables was especially not too appetizing. The young lady who made our pizza, was super polite and helpful with getting our pizzas with right topping. Then the wheels fell off the wagon.

We LOVE our Baytown MOD! Have been customers since it first opened. The staff is always friendly and makes us feel welcome and greet us by name. And they always play my favorite jams.

Quality pizza and a great atmosphere. I've seen others complain about the prices but you get what you pay for. If you want a deal order from pizza hut or domino's.

I rate Mods about every 2 weeks. So far I've rated them 5 stars. Pizza is delicious period. I just wish they'd keep up , the clean up, of drink machines and bathroom doors that we all have to touch. Gummy machines and doors are a sign that they may have other sanitary issues. I wish them success and want them to stay 5 stars. Few places in town meet my clean Ideas. This is one of my top three restaurants. Food here is bar none the best and freshest in Baytown.

The pizza I had made was delicious. Thin mod with spicy chicken sausage, pepperoni, blue cheese, mozzarella, jalepeno, bacon, black olives, and mushrooms. This pizza should be on the menu because it was amazing. I also enjoyed the crazy high calorie berry lemonade. The place has outdoor and indoor seating. The main seating area was crazy loud but the side was tolerable.

Robb was amazing. Very helpful and was extremely pleasant.He made me the best salad I have ever had !pizza was also just as amazing.

This was my very first time eating at MOD. I absolutely love their pizza crust. The way they cook it, gives it that extra crisp to it. the salad choices oh my goodness, I'm drooling now. So many toppings to choose from for both pizza & salad is unbelievable. The BEST hands down. I recommend this place 💯
