I usually order Pizza Hut, bc I stopped ordering Dominos 2 years ago, since they never get the order right, they'll cancel deliveries just for it being 50° and sprinkling outside, etc. However, tonight, my husband ordered Dominos. Yep, still the same. I got a light drizzle of wing sauce on my buffalo wings. Not enough sauce to even cover one wing. They also tasted like they came from a bag out of the frozen section at Food Town. Not even the Tyson ones, like, the store brand. Do not recommend this place, at all. As for the pizza, my husband likes cardboard, I guess.... What else can I say? Oh, they left out my ranch. They not saucin, y'all...

First, made sure we had the correct establishment. Ordered what we thought was 3 of the five cheese dips believing it came with bread. The fiasco begins. Delivery was on time by the nicest driver who actually thanked us for the tip. We hope to eat....and no bread. We were never told that the dip and bread were separate orders. It's not how it's shown on the site. Called back. After much to-do the young girl told us she would fix it and send the bread right out. 52 minutes later, no bread. Called back. There was NO manager on duty. I got hung up on by a male employee. So much for friendly service. Awful experience! Screaming and hollering in background. Daughter went there. The girl at the window called her an a$$-hole with my 6 yr old granddaughter standing there. Awful, awful, awful.

I don't understand why this location still operating if they're not able to provide a good customer service. I placed an order and it took almost two hours to arrive. I called and the lady who answered the phone was rude. Dominos should close this place if they are short staff or if they don't have the right people. That's why I always order from papa Jones but this time I gave them a try but it was a huge mistake. I should get my money reimburse.

Ordered online, which was easy and convenient, was given an estimated time of 36-45 mins, but my order was done in less than 20 mins. When I picked up my pizza it was hot and fresh. The cook, I think her name is Bethany?,,,was answering the phone taking orders as well as making the food all by herself! Got home and my pizza was delicious!!!

Delivery service is horrible!! Estimate said 80 to 90min!! Comes 3 hours later ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I had to personally go to the store to cancel my order since nobody would answer the phone!! When I pulled up all 3 ladies were looking at the delivery monitor. No pizzas were being made. NOTHING!! When I left once again they all 3 went back to the monitor. It dosent take 3 people to do one job!! They need better training!! Now hiring signs seem like a scam!! also my friend "tired" to get hired but on the day of her "SCHEDULED" interview the hiring manager wasn't even there!! She was off!! The manager never bothered to even call her back but somebody asked my underage son if he wanted a job when I sent him in to pick up pizzas!! 🤡🤡🤣🤣 Lack of coordination and professionalism!!

I order pizza from here all the time .. it was awesome. Me and my family love there pizza .. n it taste like literally Italian pizza loved it !!!

Ordered 3 pizzas. Confirmation said it would take an hour, but it didn't. Went to pick up the pizzas and they were boiling hot. So hot I could not hold them on the bottom of the box. Pizzas were made exactly like we asked them to be. Very tasty. Employees we're nice and friendly. Inside of the business was clean. Outside was clean too. The center that this is located is a little run down. Easy to get to. Parking lot is very small. But a great place to pick up some pizza

My pizza was dry. The pepperoni was bunt. I've never had this problem. I decided to order on line for delivery. I wanted extra pepperoni. I received half pepperoni and half dried tasteless cheese. The worst pizza ever. The driver was very nice. The app wouldn't give me my code to use on my next order.

Always fresh, hot and accurate. The employees are friendly and courteous. It’s a pizza place, not a five star restaurant. They cook for YOU. Be nice to them.

Just ordered a pizza and the second we opened the box a foul smell emitted immediately. The pizza in of itself also tasted (with no better words to explain it) what smells like wet dog? So very disappointed, we order from dominos every time we are craving pizza so to be given a pizza where the ingredients are most likely expired to eat is disgusting. Will no longer be ordering from here.

Ended up waiting almost an hour for two pizzas. My husband went in while it was busy, didn't mind the initial wait. Received only one pizza at first because they forgot to put them both in, still no problem. Waited another ten minutes after waiting 15-20 only to have them forget the pizza AGAIN. Waited another 20 minutes. Watched four or five deliverys happen during all this. Like guys, I understand it gets busy and you're trying to catch up, but how do you forget you have a man waiting in the lobby.... Something some simple observation skills help with.

Good evening I just recently at 6:24 PM made an order at Domino’s Pizza at North Alexandria St. in Baytown, Texas online. I was tracking my order, and the tracker kept showing that my order was in the prepping stage and beneath the tracker it was posting saying that a female by the name of Claudia had began prepping my order at 6:24 PM this Friday evening. I checked again 15 minutes later and it showed that my order was still in the prepping stage. So 30 minutes later I called the store to find out if the app was working or if something was wrong with the app. The young lady assured me that the app sometime doesn’t work like it should which I can understand it, but she was also telling me that she couldn’t find my order are the name wasn’t popping up so she asked for my address and I gave her my address and so she began to tell me I’m sorry you order isn’t popping up then she said OK there’s your order, but went on to tell me that my order was still in the preparation stage so I asked to cancel the order .the reason why I’m posting this because I believe that where I live in the neighborhood that I live in is not a bad neighborhood but it has Black people live here and it has Latinos and Mexicans lives here and it also has white people it’s not the most upscale neighborhood but it’s not a not a neighborhood field with crime or anything going on here that I know of and I’ve been living here for over two years now but I truly believe that my order was not placed by Domino’s Pizza because where I’m located at I truly believe that I was discriminated because of where this neighborhood is at and the people that reside in this neighborhood

Ordered delivery through the app a few days ago had an issue with one pizza, called the young lady I spoke with was very polite and credited the pizza for a future order. Redeemed it today, again the young lady was so nice on the phone ( I don't remember her name but it was 9/5 at 1115 am) she waved the delivery fee and damn it man that pizza was so good. Thank you for your great food and excellent customer service.

Pizza was good service was real slow workers to busy with air pods music before service I guess .

It is advertised if you order online and pick up the pizza you get $3 however Tonya said that is for the "next" order. Then I ordered extra mushrooms and was charged for them. I can literally count 9 mushroom pieces on my pizza. Ughhhhh

I've only ordered from there twice. First time was delivery and they took about 2 hours to deliver the pizza, the little cesars at garth rd had better pizza. The second time was carry-out and the alfredo pasta i ordered had no sauce on it. One of the senior employees, or manager idk, was being condesending and deemining to a young employee that just asked her for some help. This place needs to retrain their managment. If you order don't expect decent service or quality from this place.

Good pizza, good price, wings were not very good. I got carry-out and it was significantly less than if I'd had it delivered. All good though. Very helpful staff and quick.

Pros: Driver was friendly! Now the Cons: I stopped ordering from here months ago because of the bad customer service. $16 pizza literally only sauce and pepperoni. You can see hard cold chunks of “cheese” on the box. (I didn’t order extra Robust inspired tomato sauce) never again. This place isn’t like it used to be. Ordered it for my kids and they didn’t even eat it.
