One of the best fast food dine in places in Baytown. Great management zero issues. And they don't freak out if you throw birthday party or after school or church gatherings.

I go every 2 days for a bag of ice, and I'm always greeted with respect and awesome service. I was even given the option to call ahead of time so they could prepare the bag of ice and have it waiting for me. I love their shaved ice... Yummm!!!

Food was Dairy Queen awesome. The manager suggested ice cream to my wife. She said she couldn't have dairy. He said, " Sucks to be you". Hmmm. Bad service? Or, just a deep love for Dairy Queen ice cream? You decide.

A great place for late night treats. I wish that mopping was not done during business hours. The cleaners are strong and seating becomes very limited. They're cakes are well designed and taste great.

I've been to quite a few. Hands down, longer line, but great service. Quick, friendly and precise on my order. Will be back again!

Coming in for lunch by myself today. i had chicken grill sandwich Nice good friendly atmosphere. ..everyone enjoying their lunch. The employees were very sweet and Ms. Felicia made sure everything was A Okay 👍🏻 IThe employees are friendly and I can tell you their customers are too! The customers here so friendly as well as the families that come. Amazing and so kind this is my favorite go to spot from now on! Clean restrooms clean tables clean drink area this is not like other places this is the best!

Today I witnessed exactly what customer service should be like. I ordered door dash pickup. Went inside to pick up. The man at front was top notch. He told me what he put in the bag and asked me what he could change for me. The place was super clean and it was one of best food experiences I have had since moving to Baytown. Kudos DQ! Just wish I would have gotten his name!

Clean good service and good food. The taco shells or even made fresh there at the Dairy Queen. Good people little pricey but well worth it especially for a fast food joint.

And drive through for 10 minutes waiting for our food it was supposed to be hot and fresh and we get our food it was not hot and fresh it was sealed and old the hot dog I got was supposed to be a foot long it was not a foot long it was too 6 in and they were old and nasty the chicken tenders my girlfriend got were horrible I don't know how you guys can have this as accessible food service especially where I'm spending nearly $20 on food

We had dinner here one evening and we were given great service, the food was hot and fresh. I've been to a few Dairy queen's and this one is by far the best.

My wife and kids wanted some dq so after i paid for the food and asked for a receipt they over charged so i canceled the order was 61.67 the mgr was so rude i really wanted to grab him by the neck i’m looking at the charge that he said he was refunding he never did he cussed at me and again i told him if he disrespects my wife again we was fighting so he grabs the phone and calls the police never will i go to a dq again accept to go get my money back for food we never received very very very poor customer service from a company that’s been around for ever but now days they let anyone with money buy into big companies really sad.

This is my favorite place to eat. The food is always quick, hot, exactly what i ask for, and delicious everytime. I go here everyday for my daily coke with extra extra ice. The manager is what makes this place so great and all the young ladies are alwats the sweetest making my drink perfect. Especially Mary, her personality and nails are always on point. She definetly needs a raise..

One of the best Dairy Queens with a brazier. Texas is one of the last states that actually has Dairy Queens with braziers if you go to Arizona they don't have them they only serve ice cream. The food is always fresh the service is always great the atmosphere is always nice it's not lit up too much it's always clean including the bathrooms. If you need a good quick fast food bite and just a regular burger this is the place to go as far as chain restaurants in Baytown

We go thru the drive thru a lot. Always friendly w/ great service. These are the ones they do get your order correct. I've asked for no cheese on my taco salad but, i still get it lol ... Although the rest of the order has always been correct. Good job DQ 💯💪😻♥️ keep up the awesome work❣️our pup loves your pup cup. Btw the pup cup is free ice cream w/ a doggie bone on top.

My favorite DQ location in baytown! The manager is awesome and the staff are all friendly. I've never had a bad experience at this location for the 5 years I've been coming here.

Their service is always pretty good and they haven't got my order wrong the multiple times I've been there. 👍
