Both Spanish speaking women who work there (younger and older one) are very rude, not friendly at all and barely speak English. Customer service skills are beginner at best. The newer guy is sweet and although he is still learning, has far better communication and customer service skills. I will just drive a little further for better customer service on my lunch break.

It's a typical subway. Did you know they no longer make the Italian herb and cheese bread? They have changed their menu? If not you should drop in and get you a sammich. I like the wraps. The build your own is a good addition

I did a Curbside and the Dude threw the Sandwiches at me. Made an Online Order at 9am, they open at 9, and when I got there at 920, it was still closed with the same guy who threw my previous order at me walking around the inside. Something is wrong there. I would entertain different locations.

Terrible customer service and they messed my sandwich up won’t be coming back!!! I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub with tomatoes black olives jalapeños cucumber and banana peppers there was no bacon or cucumber on it.

Hispanic lady (I think it was the manager) was so friendly and efficient! It’s great when people help you with a great attitude. Sandwich was yummy as well.

Been to this location couple of times and never had any issues but today was the worst one! Usually never do bad reviews but this time is out of control. How are you going to charge $12.79 for a sandwich that was plain and didn’t even ask what veggies I wanted in it. Mind you this sandwich came with avocado and none on the bread. Definitely will be the last time I go to this or any other Subway locations.

I visited Subway on Alexander in Baytown Texas and I come across this lady that's been there for a while. She's Hispanic and we end up getting into it. She started cursing and so did I. It was not a nice visit so I ended up leaving that lady is very stingy to make you a sandwich and I've never had an experience like that in any other subway she's nothing but a hate but great. My friend said that when I left she was telling everybody in the store that she didn't know why I was acting like that. She knows and she knows very well very well. Why?

The lady didn't even speak English.... walked out and went to firehouse.

It's been years since I been to Subway. The company went down. They rebranded themselves and I gave them another try. I had the Philly #1&2 so far and it was good everything was fresh and the cookies were good too. I will be back.

Came in for two simple sandwiches, took forever deciding what I wanted but Mauricio was extremely patient and made our order amazingly. Couldn't have asked for better food tonight.

I ordered online and went to get my sandwiches. I waited in line because I didn't see any sandwiches on the table made. When I get to the counter I was told that none of my sandwiches were made because they didn't have any Flatbread. I asked how do i get my money back and the girl said she didnt know, maybe online. So now I'm at Burger King paying again.

My husband accidentally got my sandwich toasted but it was still really good despite the way other locations toast them gross.

Food had a disgusting smell and it stuck to the bag right after i got it and sat down to eat. Nothing grilled so it was confusing. The manager is never there and always is rude.

Found hair in our delivery order and have been calling since august 5th was told I would get a refund. Got nothing but the run around! Will not order from this location again and will definitely let my family know as well. Half way through your sandwich to have someone’s hair in it. GROSS!!!
