    Kyla the window attendant has no manners I’ve never seen another little girl so rude maybe hire people who want/need a pay check? Sliding a card doesn’t requires huffing and puffing or rough handling equipment.

    This place sucks!! The service sucks food was not fresh even though I asked for cook to order AKA Special requests. I used to work at McDonald’s and loved it for the rush. Y’all need to be retrained. Will never come to get food there again.

    Absolutely horrible. Every single time I order from here they not only get my order wrong but then they don’t even give me half of it!! Then not to mention the workers are extremely rude. My 5 year old could do a better job compared to this train wreck of a McDonald’s. It is absolutely pathetic when they can’t look on the screen and put the right items in the bag. This is twice in one week, thank god I only go there for breakfast items if I am running late, because the last time I ordered lunch I got a completely different order!! I strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

    This place needs to get it together. Took over 20mins to get food- ordered at 10:07 and got it at 10:32. There was a line at the counter none of the workers were even acknowledging. I watched more than one employee walk by them and not say a word. There was trash on the floor under several of the tables. DO BETTER.

    UPDATED REVIEW***** went to this location last night once again, sat at the Second window for 15 minutes. No one ever came to say anything I didn’t even see anyone at the window. Honked my horn to get someone’s attention they never came. Once I continued to honk it they then showed with no food in hand and nothing on the status of my food. So I asked for a refund, the woman snatched it from my hand. The biggest problem was that she was the manager. Once again another encounter with terrible service here. (I’ve attacked photos of the rude manager. PREVIOUS REVIEW****All I can say is terrible customer service and cold food. I went to this location Monday night on the 10th. Around maybe 10 or 11, a caucasian woman was taking orders. This girl was beyond rude to my husband and didn’t even take the order correctly. She didn’t care about the customer or else the attitude she had would of been nonexistent. I typically go to whataburger since they are neighbors and yeah well after this I won’t be heading there anymore. The kicker is we waited around five or ten minutes in the for what when our food was cold and not fresh.

    I pick 1 because 0 is not available. Worker at the window was very rude. Said les then 5 words to me and all were rude. Took my order and made me pull around and watch as she took 6 other orders. 12 minutes later my Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin came out minus the sausage. The muffin was burnt and had a chunk torn out of it. By the time I had seen the error she had gone back in and closed the door. I order the same meal from the McDonalds on I-10 and it is $7.28 every day. She charged me over $8.00. Whataburger is looking better every day.

    You know I’m not big on leaving negative reviews but I’ve never felt it was so necessary before my experiences at this McDonald’s. The Hispanic lady gets irritated when she can’t understand the order and takes out her frustration on the customers. No one talks when you’re waiting at the counter to pay. They all just walk by trying not to make eye contact. Terrible customer service. The only reason I come here is when I’m not feeling like going to Alexander location

    I go twice , in the am and at night for my coffee. The am shift is always on point. That night time shift we always have issues. It's 3 creams and 5 sugars. It's yuk at night. It's just laziness ok that pm shift. Sorry not sorry. I no longer recommend this place and will never be back as it just keeps happening for 2 weeks in a roll.

    I was waiting for my order for about 40 minutes and they never gave me anything, I asked the lady and she very rudely told me that she was not going to give me the order because she had already given that order. I waited about 40 minutes just for some potatoes from my daughter and a coffee, what a horror, very bad service and bad manners from the lady. In the end I came without my things and they didn't return my money.

    Horrible customer service. I ordered mobile order after 15 minutes of waiting. I went in the worker act liked I was her problem she asked how can I help you. I explained nicely that I did a mobile order and had been waiting for 15 minutes she rolled her eyes and asked what was the order I began to tell her she walked away. Grabbed a bag that was all ready just waiting and she gave it to me. No sorry, we are short staffed or anything.🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

    The service and cleaning sucks,,the kids play area is always filthy, food on the floor, ,sticky floors, can't eat my food inside of there,..I selected "eat here",, still they brought my food out in a bag. One worker was walking around looking like a security guard, instead of having a broom,mop,or towel cleaning their place so people can eat comfortably.

    I would give a 0 if I could. They completely messed my order up. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I even specified the number. He gave me a hot n spicy meal. He steadily rushed me saying are you done are you done. I asked him to repeat the order because I saw my meal was wrong on the screen. He refused for at least a minute having me sit there and wait till he read it to me on his time. On top of that it's lunch time. Not busy so I know it doesn't take 15 minutes to get food. I know they purposely let it sit because the food was on the verge of being cold. It's just bothering that this McDonalds is always messing something up.

    the computer screen is lacking a lot. After I placed my order, it was not filled until the manager asked me what I wanted. He then promptly filled my order.

    I went yesterday, 10/07/23, and I can honestly say this was the worst service. My food took 45 mins to get and it was cold. I told the supervisor in charge, and she seemed like she didn't care. I ordered the quarter pounder meal, and the burger was poorly put together, and the patty was burnt. The fries were cold and extremely salty. I asked for a fresh meal, and I was given an attitude. I was pissed. I got fresh food and I left.

    This McDonald's has the best staff both morning and evening. Very dedicated to the quality of the food and service as well as care of the customers. I wish I had names of the staff that has helped me but alas I'll just have to say every staff member has been courteous and helpful and the food has been top notch.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The only thing bad about this place is the day manager. She was rude.. inpatient. Had face. Horrible. But its McDonald's i guess. Only went because it has a play place 🙄

    I ordered 2 double cheese burgers a fry and drink, an hour later I bought a Sunday and pie. I went to the bathroom then out under the canopy to smoke, the employees cleared my table, when i asked about my cup they wouldn't replace because the employee said he didn't remember me sitting at the but then remembered me walking out to smoke and stated I should have told I was going out even though he saw me under the canopy they would not replace my cup. When I asked for a refill they only filled my cup 3/4 full. I was an assistant Mgr at McDonald's for four years and never treated my customers with disdain or low regard. I walked across the street to Whataburger and will never visit your store again.

    Drive to sucks. I ordered one item , big breakfast, there was nobody else in line at the drive-thru. they told me to go wait at one of the Marked spots for drive-through. Then I had to wait there for about 25 minutes to get my food. My brother, who was with me was able to walk across the street to Whataburger. Get his food and eat it before I even got mine. This is definitely very poor service. Come Mcdonalds do better.

    Bad day for them... they had a bus load of students when I went through the drive-thru for some chicken nuggets and a drink. The bus load completely derailed the drive-thru service. After 20 minutes waiting in line outside with the other 8 cars. I gave up and went inside to check the status...after all, they did tell me it would be less than 5 minutes. The kitchen staff was just chaotic, running around completely out of control, with several people waiting at the counter obviously upset. I'm sure it's because they were waiting on their food. I'm sure I'll have a better experience next time. Until next time...

    Worse serve time, they make you wait for your food more than 40 min for dine in, and they skip you in line because they serve the other customers that came in after us and they took their orders way before us. Once they give you the order and we realized that it was wrong they made us wait another 20 min to get the order, they completely ignore you even though they see you standing there waiting to ask something,about another 10 min, I said excuse me like 5 times and they ignore me like they didn't want to give you service, once someone came to ask she was in a bad mood looking at me and instead of just saying how can I help you she said what do you want!!! all employees were screaming at each other cursing because they were not doing things properly. Definitely not worth going to this restaurant owners should put attention to this business.

    Always nice McDonald's was one of the first franchises to contribute to the less fortunate, with dollar menu. That is a big deal with me, and I will continue to back them up .

    I ordered a BIG MAC and they gave me a mac. They were struggling to give me my drink, and acted like it was such a hassle. Then when i asked for some condiments they only gave me 1, the lady couldnt even take the time to look me in the eye.

    Just ordered 5 doubles and a large fry made me pull up and wait 20 minutes for cold inedible gross food. Throwing it in the trash. Great job 👍

    Not sure what was going on this morning but the wait was terrible long in the drive thru, usually it's order, pay, here's your food. Maybe short on help? Young man at window 2 was having a bad day. Very unfriendly.

    Wait time is long. Food is always wrong. They treat you bad for their mistakes and your lucky to get everything you ordered. Food is cold. They always forget to ring something in. Worst place

    This place is such a let down. It's the drinks. They can never blend their smoothies right. I've been coming to this location sporadically out of laziness but no more. Every time I go and get a smoothie they leave big chunks of I've and u can tell the mixture didn't blend fully. I would rather spend the extra time and go to the one o. Alexander Dr they never do this.

    Came here around 3:30am and ordered a Frappuccino. Turned out machine didn’t work. I was asked I would take a coffee instead, I said yes. Well the manger fixed the machine while grabbing the coffee. The two employees and manger agreed in giving me coffee and Frappuccino altogether. Everyone was honestly really cool and haven’t had something like this done before for me. 10/10 for those 3 staff on 4/18/22 @ 3:30am.
