This hotel is lovely! There is a water bottle filler by the ice; that was a nice perk. The room is large and well lit. I really like that the toilet is in a separate space from the shower in our room. The beds & fouton type sofa are very comfortable. It took the a/c a while to cool the room down, but we checked in late in the evening. There is a nice large counter in the shower room. One drawback is the door to the shower & the door to the toilet have clouded glass centers. This means if I stay up later than my kids to shower, wash up, or use the bathroom, etc the light from the bathroom or shower room lights up the hotel room. This made it hard for my kiddos to sleep. I ended up showering with a flashlight on instead of using the shower room lights. It also seems inappropriate if you are traveling with your teens to have this type of door on the toilet room & the shower room. I couldn't see through the toilet room door as my kids used it, but I am not sure about the shower room. Here is a picture from inside the shower room at night.

Great location, the room very clean, and the best was the breakfast with the basic to get a good meal, very clean, fresh coffee. Irma was very helpful and Martha as well. Thank you girls i will recommend this hotel.

What a great hotel, rating fits the quality!! Rooms are clean and fresh. They have a bar in the lobby, useable pool, workout facility, great breakfast and plenty of parking. I really like the decor of the rooms, very up too date and modern. Price is very decent compared to other hotels. With I had taken some pics, I really liked my stay here. Only down side is limited quality restaurants in the area. Quality of hotel seems out of place in this area.

I wish I could give this 5 stars however an unfortunate event happened which was my car along with 4 cars next to me got our windows broken into overnight while staying here. Aside from that the hotel is beautiful inside and out. Has an indoor pool, decent fitness center, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby, big spacious suites and a sweet caring staff. Not to mention the location is near all the restaurants and grocery stores.

I’d like to say that the Managerial team at this hotel is phenomenal. They really care about and respect their customer’s time and needs. We had an issue with our stay, and the Managers Cynthia and Slade immediately responded to our needs showing care and concern. In this day and age it is very rare to receive the kind of service they provided when they were made aware of our initiation. We’ll definitely be back!! I just wanted to say thank you very much!!

The room was really nice and spacious! The bed was comfortable! I loved the blue on the room numbers! The lobby was so nice and detailed! Breakfast was good, they had a variety of options. The only thing I didn’t like is that the breads was hard! I love how they had an custom Texas waffle maker!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is convenient, right near the freeway. The staff is very friendly and honest. I left an item in my room, the hotel staff turned it in and I received a personal phone call from the front desk clerk. I was able to retrieve my item, which made me very happy! I will definitely stay there again🤗🤗

We were told the entire water system only delivering hot water, at times very hot water. We couldn't use the lavatories or shower for entire day. The manager didn't even give us a courtesy call.

I love this location its right behind cracker barell and by some other shopping centers, restuarants, and fast food places next too one of the main roads garth road and not too far from buccees. The service is great the staff there is very kind. I had a minor problem with the smell in one room they immediately moved me too another room and explained it was the cleaning supplies. Great room for price. The bed was comfortable and nice. I love how the toilet had its own room from the shower. Nice little sitting area with a desk. I was able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. I love the quiet indoor pool. The breakfast in the morning was good and there were plenty of options. There was pictures of options you could create to eat for breakfast. Outside sitting area with a little waterfall. I will be staying here again great location for you vacation needs in the baytown area Update I stayed again was able to capture a few pictures and the A2Z bar drinks and food 10/10.The guy was awesome!

I had a bad sleep experience at this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and it was difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there was no cold water available in the tap, which was quite inconvenient. Another issue was that there was a bright light from a nearby lamp post shining directly into my window, making it difficult to sleep in complete darkness. Lastly, the television in the room was outdated and not functioning properly. Overall, these factors negatively impacted my stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice room, clean and modern. Staff was nice, hallways were clean and will lit. Says we're comfortable showers were nice, shower never really got hot but that's pretty much the only complaint we had. Had a very nice and relaxing night.

The rooms were nice and clean. The indoor pool was warm even when it was 50 degrees outside. They also had a good selection for breakfast.

Default full housekeeping service is now only once a week. Housekeepers come in every other day to pick up trash and replace towels. Meanwhile, hotel rate per night has increased. Once I accidentally dirtied the duvet expecting the housekeepers to change it but they didn’t. Elevator is too slow and frequent smell of marijuana at night. Some front desk staffs are not friendly at all. This place used to be great. I prefer the hotel next building (Towneplace)

We spent the weekend here in February. Our truck was broken into the first night we stayed and my husbands bag was stolen. When gathering information from the hotel, we were told the cameras didn’t work. Later the same day, we were shown the camera system and they actually did work. We were able to file a police report and file and insurance claim. Misha at the front desk was an angel to us while we stayed. It was a pleasure to walk through the lobby in the morning and see her smiling face. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Bummed about getting robbed, but the staff handled it well and were accommodating.

Thank you to the very attentive, amiable and helpful training events staff: Irma, Maria, Maria and others (they were the highlight of my 4 days). I was supported efficiently with all my needs and participants felt welcomed and cared for. The food and goodies were great, all technology, set-up and clean up was intact and it led to very smooth training sessions. As a guest in the hotel, staff were friendly, attentive, and the amenities were clean. Book your training or hotel room!

Enjoyed my stay and will stay here again. Really liked the room design, the staff was great, the breakfast had breakfast burritos that were amazing and nice to have something different than the average breakfast. Kudos to whoever made them, they were incredible. Will make this my go to hotel when I visit each month. Thanks again!

Attended a training class in the conference rooms. The rooms were good; clean, spacious, well lit, and the chairs were comfortable. The support staff was amazing! The drinks were stocked both in the main rooms and breakout rooms. The service during the provided meals was also excellent. The team was amazing (Irma and Maria). I would have no hesitation hosting an event here if I ever had a future need.

Wow. This place was wonderful. The best. Are the best.(where can I buy one) the pillows are perfect too(I want to buy them too) room was nice size. Customer service was great. We had absolutely no complaints. .. thank you for the wonderful stay. Did I mention how wonder the beds and pillows are.

My experience was superb. Misha was on the front desk when I arrived and the next morning. She is an asset to be treasured….personable, intelligent, and competent. I visit Baytown often to see my niece and her children. I have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. This will be my choice in the future.

Nice breakfast, pool is indoors, decent exercise room. The only deal breaker for me is that you cannot make the fan on your a/c unit in your room run continuously. So it kicks off and on all night long instead of that great soothing white noise.

The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was great. I would have given a five stare but had to keep calling about the remote not working. I stayed in a double room with 5 maximum and had Issues with the front desk giving me the right amount of towels all weekend, which made me mad 😠. Also all front desk employees should know when the Complimentary breakfast ends had a Issue with that on last day of check out

Super clean! Staff friendly. Nice and quiet. Beds were amazing! Only thing I did not like was the toilet being in a separate room from the shower. But thats no ones fault. Thanks for a great stay!

Place really is amazing! The room is so big and beautiful, excellent for traveling with kids!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Easy 5 stars! Has everything you need and more! For the price point and all that you get it's an easy book!

The service was outstanding. The rooms were large and clean. We had 16 rooms for a wedding near by and the attention to detail for our comfort was perfect. We asked for the bar to stay open late and not only did they do so, but Nickie our bartender, named a special drink made for our son and his new wife with their choice of alcohol. I can not say enough about how outstanding our stay here was. Just perfect. Thanks to all but especially to our bartender Nickie! She was the absolute best human and bartender we could have asked for.

Stopped here on my way to New Orleans from San Antonio. The rooms were super clean. Breakfast was good and convenient. First time in a while my family and i had breakfast with bacon. Wish more low carb options were available. Staff was helpful especially the ladies that were servicing the breakfast area. Made me feel welcome which is a big plus!!
