I did not choose to stay here. It was top of my list due to customer reviews on their website. which were all positive although there were only 18, which seemed odd. However, I called for a price for a week long stay. I was quoted a $425 flat rate which was $75 more than my second choice. I thought it over for a few minutes and decided I was willing to pay the additional amount if it ensured better service. I called back and spoke to the same woman. Possibly you get immune to being pleasant after dealing with customers continously, because she was as flat and devoid of personality as a person can be. I told her I wanted to book the room, at which point she informed me that this was the cash price, rates would be higher if I used a card. I don't typically carry cash in that amount, and I'm fairly certain not many do, so why I was not informed when I got a quote is unclear. I hesitated to continue, mainly because that's a pet peeve of mine. No, "Oh by the way" price increases. I could pay cash, but I won't be manipulated into paying more than my original quote. I booked with my second choice. I intend to check to see if my negative review is removed, I'm fairly certain this will be the case.

All the reviews about this being a clean, safe, and reasonably priced place to stay are true. We came in very late and the owner was there to greet us and was very kind and professional. We read a review that said that other hotel managers should take a lesson from this guy and I second that remark. I am the most partiucular about cleanliness and I found the room to be spotless.

The night clerk was simply rude, I had already paid for the room but had to tell him 3 times. He was angry because I woke him from his nap. After he was done with my driver's license, he simply tossed it back at me. I would never return.

This hotel was a very organized and clean hotel. The smell smelt of a normal hotel room but the room overall was really clean. I love how the room had complimentary items and the location of the hotel was not far from McDonalds and a few other fine dine restaurants. The stairs were pretty far and rough from my room but the TV was playing really well. I also had a chance to use my laptop on the neat desks they have. This hotel was also very cheap for the cleanliness and service they gave. Definitely coming back 👍

Price is fantastic, really good deal. No breakfast or coffee. Still worth it if you need a nice, clean room for a low price. The location is fantastic, near lots of stuff nearby, from shopping to food.

Floors are so dirty you leave foot prints on the sheets we had an upstairs neighbor who was letting there kid run around back and forth until 3 am managers won't do anything and won't refund us. Breakfast is a couple of old pastries and bad coffee and watered down juice I won't stay here again

I have a medical service dog. I reserved a room in the parking lot and went to check in. The man behind the glass was extremely rude and refused me a room. Refusing to allow a medical service dog is illegal. And they would not refund my money for the room. Pathetic.

This place EXCEEDED my expectations. It was VERY clean, well kept and had a nice little kitchenette. The beds were clean and they room didn't smell. Didnt make it in time for the pool, it closes at 9 but nothing to complain about.

The lady working in the counter is the worst. She is highly unprofessional and an idiot. The customer receptionist asked for my credit information over the phone and when i denied she started calling names.

Clean and Everything that we needed for a 2 night stay. Large refrigerator and even a small cooktop. Very cheap price.

I stayed for 3 months. Clean rooms, friendly staff, it’s very quiet and located close to great food places and shopping centers. If I’m back in Baytown area again I’ll definitely be staying there.

The man at the front desk creeps everyone out because he is constantly watching everyone out his windows. He walks outside after you check in to watch you go to your rooms and its just a little creepy. The rooms are great though. Very nice and cozy!

Just checked in. There was a suicide note with name and date of death in the room. We left and they wouldn't refund us for the room. Horrifying.

Rooms clean. But. Our grandson was critally injured in Kansas. We checked out at 10:30 am. They wouldn't refund us for the other night. Not like we would wish this on anyone.

Worse customer service. Booked a room and they told us we could not get our room because it was for the next day. Came the next day and they told us we missed our reservations. Manager didn’t even fix the problem and turned us down.

we stayed for 5 nights. The floors were super dirty, the ac units covered in mold. The last night we couldn't stay the whole night there was a family above our room and all night they were stomping really loud like they were doing it on purpose so we tried 5 times to ask the manager for help all he did was move them to room right besides with did nothing the stomping sounded even more amplified. We called the police who did nothing I asked for my money back since I coukdnt sleep and the guy laughed at me I asked if he could ask the family to leave and he said no he payed in advance id rather loose your business than his totally not worth it. Worst hotel experience ever. Also the sheets do not get fully changed i took the comforter off to fin pics stains all over the sheets don't waste your time and money and sleep on this place.

I drive a lot and because of this, I keep a bag with a change of clean clothes and toiletries for those days when I need to rent a room for an hour to freshen up and get back on the road. I've stopped by this establishment once before and the service was great, the room was super nice. Recently, I was in the area and really needed to freshen up after a long day and stopped by to get a room and was denied service. I asked the mgr why and he simply shook his head NO. He never said one word to me after I asked him why he refused to help me. The parking lot was almost empty so I know there were rooms vacant and he was really rude and disrespectful. To anyone needing a room, don't go to this place because they pick and choose who they will and will not rent a room to.

These people are so so nice! Clean fresh and no smoking rooms are REALLY non smoking!!! Cleaning ladies are AWESOME! They do a great job and are friendly. Family run business. Just love them!!!

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at my boyfriend is here working and we booked it online to have a king bed with a kitchenette. We didn’t get either of those things we went down there to ask them about it and they said that’s not what we booked but you can clearly see on my phone that’s what we choose. They said there was no more so we couldn’t switch. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room once. I’ve had to call every time I’ve needed towels. We would have ran out toilet paper to if we would have stayed longer. The service is just completely horrible. And every time I called to tell them we need towels they were so rude. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

It was really nice, clean, staff was nice. Rooms were a good size, and there is a pool. The pool is opens from 9am-9pm. They only have one washer and dryer. I had an issue with the dryer taking my quarters, but the guy from the front came and fixed it. Other than That everything was nice.

Good weekly rates with cash, a lot of workers and long term tenants here. Deeper deals if cash and you get a weekly rate. Parking area is small, but parking is secure and well lite at night, no one should be messy with your truck due to the location.

I stayed here for 5 months, working out of town from Florida, the rooms were immaculate, and the owners and staff were 1st class, I highly recommend this hotel. It was like home while being away from home

It's a true $55 a night hotel where you do get what you pay for whilst being clean for what you need. The beds and showers are clean, which is the most important thing in any hotel. The rest is minimalistic really. You do get a kitchenette so bring cooking tools if you desire. Overall, it fits my needs indeed.
