I can join the army but I can't check into this hotel because im under 21 also the lady at the front desk was rude to my pregnant wife just because she tried to check in

Very friendly staff the whole time. Very clean! Lobby and room smelled amazing!! Best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Suite was nice. Staff very friendly. Stayed here because on website pool at Holiday Inn was closed for reservation, which was noted on their website. Did not find out that pool here was also closed until later. Asked for room close by elevator, we’re put in a suite 3 rooms From the end of the hall. Breakfast is free coffee only. Gym is by washer/dryers so it is hot.

They woke me up at 7am after I had arrived something like 230 to 3am, by knocking on my door then opening my door and yelling in to the room. Apparently my payment did not go through or something. 1) one that is a great way to get yourself hurt. 2) the lady did not use the card I gave her but instead used a card I have on file that is lost and being replaced. 3) I stay at IGH hotels 3 to 6 months out of the year. I am a Spire Elite Member. Wake up, go to the desk and they then proceed to double charge my card

Location is on Garth Rd. With a single entrance and exit. There is no dedicated turn lane to get into the property from the south bound lanes. That is the biggest drawback. Other than that the place is pretty good. The whole staff is supper pet friendly. The AC in the room could use a cleansing as it puts out a wierd smell. And the proximity to all manner of restaurants and grocery stores is a plus. All in all it's pretty good place.

Nice rooms and amenities. Great customer service from employees as well as a great price. Great location, lots of places to eat and shop near by and a short drive to Houston Medical area.

Don’t stay here unless you have a top floor room. There’s families with kids living here stomping late at night. Not ideal for workers who just want peace and quiet. Other than that it’s an okay place.

This place does not keep up on maintenance or supplies in room. Each time I visit I am hunting down needed items that are standard in other area candlewood. Staff speaks Spanish amongst themselves and acts like they don't understand English.

Everything was nice and clean. Friendly service . The only thing I didn't like was there isn't a left turning lane.. but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay in. Very clean, comfortable bed, and everything about the room was very comfortable. The workers were very nice and professional. They made us feel very welcomed. We plan to stay again at the Candlewood Suites on our next visit 😊👍

My mom stayed here for a few weeks, room was nice and big. Currently undergoing renovations but she had a good experience here.
