    Really disappointed because Quality inn is a good name and this owner/operator is trashing the good name. Rooms are dated and minimumly functional. Ironing board broken and shower (no tub) is soft to feet. Only hot item for breakfast was pancakes. Seriously, how does one not even have bread for toast? Marijuana smelled staircase and hallways can be addressed. Location is great with a variety of restaurants and fast food within walking distance Staff is remarkable and deserves to work for a better place if the owner treats his staff anything like his guests. Cherry on top was accomodations during check out for our autistic daughter.

    It's close to the interstate..... but that's one of the problem's was very noisy also the air-conditioning was very loud. Woke at 3 Am couldn't go back to sleep so we left. But the room was clean and nice. Had hot water.

    If I could give it a negative star I would. This is not a place you want to take family to unless you want to catch disease. The rooms are at least 20 years behind major renovation, bathrooms full of mold, walls, ceiling carpet dirty, smelly, and have dark stains. Free morning breakfast is more tailored for pets then human consumption which explains why so many people with pets were in the cafeteria. The only positive one star is the location which is conveniently located near some descent restaurants. In summary if I was planning to do drugs this would be good spot as you would blend in with hotels vibe. Totally disappointed and will not set for there again.

    I just recently stayed 2 nights here and the day of checkout Sunday at 12. The damn head housekeeping lady by the name of Debbie I believe she decided she was gonna come and knock on my door at 11am asking if I was checking out today knowing damn well I was I told her yeah i know check out is at 12. She then came back at 11:30 and my boyfriend open the door and she proceeded to tell him that we need to go check out cause she ready to clean the room and check out is at 12. First off that is very disrespectful and rude of her to do that I PAID FOR THAT ROOM! WITH MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT BE RUSHED OUT BY THE DAMN HOUSEKEEPING LADY!! BECAUSE SHE READY TO CLEAN THE ROOM WE WEREN’T EVEN DONE PACKING UP OUR STUFF and she all in our room and face tryna rush us like she paid for that room if I wanted to wait till 11:59 to start leaving the room guess what ima do exactly that and if there is ever a next time of me staying here ever again most likely not!! I will let them know that lady better not come knocking on my door period!

    This had to be one of the crappiest hotels that I've ever stayed at. I was in two different rooms during my stay and both were sub par and disgusting. The ceilings in the both bathrooms had apparent water damage from the bathroom above. The comforters were ratty in both rooms. One had 3 burn holes and the other had black marker stains. Bathroom doors had horrible paint jobs and every wall had some kind of damage or marks. HVAC system barely kept room at any desired temp. Luckily, the event that I attended will never be in the Baytown area again. So I will never ever need to go by this place or stay there. Avoid this place if you like nice rooms at decent rates.

    This is an old hotel but it is very clean. The staff are professional and friendly. I don't recommend the rooms facing the highway, because of the noise. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the room is because they only put two very small (less than standard size) pillows on a king size bed. When I asked for more pillows I was told they didn't have any.

    Front desk is very friendly. Rooms were quite small but beds for soft and comfy. Floors were not disgusting dirty. Bathroom was clean. Towels and sheets are clean. hallways and staircases reeked of weed. Overall, the hotel was quiet and parking lot felt fairly safe. Would stay again.

    great room, clean room. The room has a TV, microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable bed and pillows, there is also a warm blanket. There was no breakfast and it was sad

    I travel all over the US fixing and maintaining major highways and what not.The staff was very friendly, and very helpful with accommodating our needs. The beds are comfortable and clean. The only downer was the breakfast wasn’t that great… Waffles honey buns and other snacky sugary things and sometimes fruit…🫤 oh no I’d stay here again.

    Rooms are severely outdated. Strong odor when you walk in the initial set of doors. Really disappointed with the room's... The iron was completely broken an had a stained ironing board, and the TV didn't work, other then that had a pleasant stay. Thankfully I wasn't staying in the room all day.

    Rooms are very elegantly decorated; customer service was extraordinarily helpful & Knowledgeable about the area. Kudos, Baytown Quality Inn.

    It is located right the I-10 East on Grath Rd. , Baytown. Victoria and Claudette- front desk personnel was very helpful, and greeted me with a smile. Excellent service and great quality service and price. The owner Raj was helpful to making my stay wonderful.

    i wish i could leave 0 stars but you have to leave a star to comment , this hotel is seriously frustrating , me and my family are currently working and lost our houses due to unexplained reasons .. this man (the manager) said he was going to help us yet everyday my mother sits and pay hundreds by hundreds to keep a roof under our heads , me and her work the same job therefore ii sit here and see my boss give her hundreds by the day .. ii see my mom struggle to work and pay back our boss cause this man chooses to harass us asking for 400 dollars a day .. meanwhile our roof is leaking from the top floor in our bathroom to the point where our ceiling is leaking tissue paper from the upstairs toilet , it is very disgusting.. my little brothers have to see that .. if you lift up our beds there is a BIG blood stain under it where we just agreed and said it was someone’s period blood knowing no girl bleeds this big .. the sink is clogged all the time and the linens we never get we have to go ask for them cause they skip us , we wouldn’t trip if this was a hotel that was up to its expectations but it is not .. i recommend nobody comes to this hotel even if you are just visiting .. the waffles are not waffles idk what the batter is made of but there not good to eat , the pool is never clean and always closed

    Horrible experience with this establishment. Came in the room and there was dirty towels on the floor with fridge wide open and room already smelled kind of funky. In the morning breakfast was ok. My child has autism and cant really prevent him from doing noises or screaming sometimes and the minute he makes a little noise they were already at the door knocking to keep it down. Discrimination at its finest. Manager handled it later. When I was about to go out for a little bit I told the front receptionist a few times to send someone to clean the room and she was like ok. When I came back the room was still the same dirty and everything. Don’t recommend this place at all especially for family or kids.

    I work on the road and when I found this location I was truly pleased. The staff are all kind and considerate. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Debbie who works in housekeeping and she was so sweet and attentive to my needs. This is definitely a quality place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to both individuals as well as families. They truly care about their customers and do everything within their power to make your stay both happy as well as pleasurable. I have had no issues each day that I have stayed here. This is my 2nd week here with one more to go. The pool is amazing, everything is clean and well kept. The grounds are clean and well kept. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. You won't go wrong choosing this location!!

    Raj is the owner and is very hospitable....very nice location. Thoroughly making our stay a pleasure. Oh ..... and pet friendly for a 25 dollar deposit
