This place is fabulous. We found the rooms comfortable and well provisioned. (Although the sliding door on the bathroom was weird and you could see into the bathroom even when it was closed.) The pool was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. They have made-to-order eggs, omelets, pancakes, and French toast. I also appreciated that they had real juices available and an espresso machine.

Best place I've stay in for awhile room were clean and ready, no noise in the halls, breakfast was amazing. I will be back to visit please stay the same amazing staff you are! Thank for an amazing stay greatly and!

Very nice hotel to stay, was there for 6 days total. 4 one week, then went home and had to go back to baytown, so I booked another 2 days the following week. Staff was absolutely exceptional and professional. Rooms were very clean. The amenities were a pleasant surprise.

I attended a bootcamp. The staff was very friendly. Service was pretty good. We ran out of a few things that were being served and it took a few minutes to replenish. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars 🌟

This place was fantastic! Everything appeared to be brand new and very clean. Our stay was comfortable and we had plenty of space in our room. The person that checked me in was very nice and greeted me with a smile. They had the hotel decorated for Christmas and it smelled amazing! The hotel is within close distance to many restaurants, shops and a Buc-ee’s travel stop. This was actually the nicest and cheapest hotel we stayed in on our roadtrip from WA State to MS. I will consider staying here again if I ever visit the Baytown, TX area again.

Absolutely loved this visit, and brenda in the kitchen was a hoot she had us laughing and just made our day great with her loving attitude..food and customer care were Absolutely amazing

First, Julia is AWESOME! She's extremely friendly, welcoming ,& it seems like she truly enjoys her job. We first visited Jan 23rd & I called before hand to see if my semi truck & trailer could potentially fit at this hotel & she was very polite. During the first stay after being checked in & in the room for hours the hotel key stopped working she was really patient even though we had to go through about 4 keys (thankfully we were on the first floor. Our most recent stay, may 22nd&23rd she made sure we got points instead of breakfast (breakfast is great here not your typical old flavorless hotel breakfast) & the second night we had to unexpectedly return she upgraded our Queens to a King! We love this place it is always clean not even an occasional left over hair! Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Stayed here for only one night but was absolutely Impressed by the service. Staff was friendly and informative food was decent for a mid priced hotel. There were a few things within walking distance. It was a bit on the pricey side compared to its competitors but you can tell where they make up for it in service.

Very clean. Comforter and sheets was great.. Bed not comfortable. Shower not strong and took a while to get soap out of my hair. The most aggravating thing about Hilton was we got no room service. I stayed at Hilton because I wanted good service but received none. Their are alot of nice looking motels in that area. I will not be staying at Hilton again.

I was passing through Texas on my way to Florida and didn’t know exactly where I would end up stopping to stay the night. I decided to try this place based on the great reviews, and I just want to say that it definitely lived up to them. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, safe, clean place to stay in the area. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Out of all the hotels in Baytown this was the nicest one!! Even the staff that works here were nice and very much professional!! The cook she’s the sweetest and her food is made with love. If you’re heading to the Baytown area this will definitely be the hotel you’ll want to stay at. I’m a Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, and Hyatt member. And when I say this hotel tops my list, let me explain…. 1- I called the hotel prior to arrival the gentleman on the other end was very professional yet showed interest in my concerns, and was accommodating. THANK YOU MICHAE!!! Wish I had the opportunity to meet you….😔2- Arrival/Check in. Hotel was nice lobby clean. Had a minor mishap at check in but Vinnie made a call to Michael which was immediately cleared up awesome teamwork!!! Vinnie was very welcoming….😊3- Facility, our room, the lobby, hallways, elevator, gym, laundry room, foyers, pool area, dining area, bar, breakfast area was clean and well maintained.😊 4- Breakfast, was definitely one of the best in continental breakfast’s. What did it for me was the service. Dorthy, Brianna, and Erin took the continental breakfast experience over the top. When I return to Baytown this will definitely be where we’ll be staying and will be recommending to others…🥰

My visit was not a stayed it was with on organized group its a wonderful place to have conference.

This place was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was so positive and welcoming, not just from the staff but even from the other guests. It's clear that everyone was having a great time. The room was perfect - cozy and quiet. The pool and fitness center were also fantastic, with extra towels available and even a designated area for wet towels. They even had a BBQ pit and bathrooms specifically for guests using the pool. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast in the morning - it was a great way to start the day. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything was a perfect 10 out of 10. It's rare to find such an exceptional experience, but I'll definitely be coming back.

Less than 1/2 mile from i10. It's a fairly new hotel. Rooms are very clean and modern. When I entered my room I was happily surprised. Furniture is up to date and not at all worn. The decore is very modern.The bathroom and shower are huge and luxurious. Shower has glass doors and the bathroom has a huge barn style door. I can't find anything wrong with this place. There is a bar and restaurant on premises but the hotel is close to many other good eateries. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me checked in. I travel for business and the company pays for my hotel stays. Usually I have issues with not providing my own credit card for "incidentals", not here. The lady at the front desk checked me in and called my company to obtain the information she needed. Says a lot about their courtesy and guest service.

I enjoyed myself staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable. The best part for me was the breakfast! I encourage you to stay here when your in Baytown.

My room was amazing and so was guest services. The location was great as well because it was right off of I-10. I usually don't write reviews; however, my stay far exceeded my expectations. Therefore, I will definitely be staying here again.

Room is super clean. Customer Service is.great here. Bed was very firm but walls are very thin. Beware if you're a light sleeper.

This was the third time staying here. The first and second time we stayed it was really comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. However, this last visit was terrible. The AC was leaking inside our room the floors carpet were saturated. I tried calling the front desk several times and the front desk clerk was to busy and I stayed on hold for 30 mins plus. And. then after calling again around 11:00 pm that night we finally spoke with someone and I told them the problem. So. she said to accommodate the inconveniences she would comp us a breakfast, smh we thought that was apart of the stay because we always had breakfast before. So, my husband and I went down and had breakfast he ate, I had fruit. I couldn't enjoy it because it just didn't feel right. The energy was not the same when we stayed the last time. That was 125.00 I could have spent elsewhere and received better accommodations. We will not be coming back when we visit Houston/Baytown anymore.

The entire staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. The rooms were all clean, bedding was fresh and everything was functional inside the room. There is free water bottles provided to the guests. The location is perfect for entertainment as well as business purposes. I would definitely recommend this location to other travelers.

Good service, best hotel I have found for stays in Baytown. Food at the bar was very good as was the service. The nest thing is the super quiet, super dark, clean rooms. I did not use the laundry, business, meeting or gym facilities, so cannot comment on those.

Friendly staff and nice quiet location. Very clean also with a great breakfast 👍🏼 Bedding could use a little more cleanliness though, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

We worked with Veronica to book a block of hotel rooms for after my daughters wedding at a nearby venue. She was very diligent and gave us a great deal! The hotel itself was extremely clean, updated and everyone was so friendly and willing to help. The breakfast that was included was so good and fresh! French toast and made to order omelet! The cook (wish I could remember her name) and Brenda took great care of all of us in the dining room for breakfast! I highly recommend a short or long stay and working with Veronica for any event that you have that needs accommodations! They really did make us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel!

My first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was great. The room was very clean, stocked with more than enough supply's. The young lady at the front desk, Angie, was very helpful and friendly, and always had a smile. My family will be returning here in the future. Highly recommend.

Veronica and Dorothy were absolutely amazing on helping me out on my wedding night. They did everything that I asked for and more that I didn’t ask for. You made my wedding night absolutely unforgettable and special!! I couldn’t ask for a better staff to help us out on our time of need!! Would definitely recommend this place and service for anyone getting married! What a wonderful experience!!!

Everything was sparkly clean. The bed was comfortable, nice fluffy pillows, lots of hangers and towels for our stay. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was great except for the bathroom door, which got stuck if I closed it all the way. Flatbread pepperoni pizza tasted like it was frozen. Pork sliders were good,, especially the buns.. Basic bar food is all is served for dinner.

We were excited to try this hotel until check in when we were told there would be a $50 charge to our credit card for incidentals. Since the only "incidental" that they offer is snacks, it's hard to justify this extra hold, above the room which was paid for separately. We refused to pay this and after the manager became involved, the reservation was cancelled and we were told to go somewhere else, which we did. I can now see that I won't be staying at any Hilton properties in the future because of this.

The hotel was super clean! The staff were fantastic, I got the drinks and snacks special for the room, the room didn't have any when I arrived, I was so tired I went to bed and then talked to the staff in the morning and they took care of it. That's what you call great service! The breakfast was delicious everything fresh and tasted great, when I come to this area in Texas I will pick this hotel to stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

I mean seriously great customer service. Very clean hotel, lobby and room. The front desk was polite and courteous and quick to answer my questions and solve a scheduling issue i had...not to their fault but they jumped at the opportunity to make it right for me. I had an omelette in the morning and it was delicious and very hearty. The entire building smelled clean which is nice having been to hotels where....well you know what i mean. Thanks for a great experience and hope to be back soon. Mhm!!!

I attended an all day conference here. The conference took up three conference spaces for nearly 200 people. The food was great. They provided a small breakfast and lunch. The conference area was really nice and restrooms were clean.
