I checked in here after not liking another hotel. Morning staff was wonderful. Evening staff is not friendly or helpful. I requested a late check out and was told check is 1100 hrs no exceptions....so I asked when I had to renew my room by and he said 1100 hrs. We escort oversize loads and we are waiting on documents and loading time in the port. Guess it is set in the car in the sun. Rooms are nice and clean and look updated. Breakfast is Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast items thawed on counter for you to microwave. Breakfast also includes cereal and waffles, etc.

It was about a year ago. I had walked over 10 miles that whole day to get there in Baytown. This beautiful young woman at the counter was extremely helpful. I dont really remember her name but she was definitely a brunett. Great rooms, awesome rates! Definitely would love to stay there again, just on a whim lol... stay blessed with the best yall

Room clean, parking lot well lit. Nice motel I found traveling. Wish I could say more found it late in the evening and left the next morning.

Very quiet place to rest!! Staff is wonderful and front desk lady very attentive and helpful!! Rooms very clean and comfortable beds.

This is the best kept secret in Baytown. I could not believe how clean and organize this location is this staff is wonderful. The rooms are immaculate. I plan to return here again and again.

beds are on the smaller size decent size rooms, has tv,fridge,microwave,and small size table. pillows and mattress are not to bad, soft

Room was cheap but clean. Recently renovated. Bed was comfy. Noise from highway but drowned out by AC. Arrived at 1am and slept like a champ.

I was really shocked by how nice this hotel was. It is a refurbished older hotel, but they have replaced literally everything in the rooms. The people who run it are clearly very dedicated and nice. I struggled to come up with a complaint and the only things I could come up with is that the shower water pressure is a little low because the shower heads constrict the water. It's not heinously bad just not quite as nice of a shower as you would like. Just average. And they don't use those anti bed bug covers that surround the entire mattress and seal it off. That could come back to hurt them at some point in the future. But no bed bugs today. Everything was very nice and clean. The people were super nice. The floors are not carpeted so there's really very little chance that you could ever get bed bugs. I really like what they've done to this hotel and I think I'm going to stay here all the time in the future. I wouldn't have made that decision looking at the exterior because it is such an older style hotel but this is a really good hotel. It's not a plus.... but I would give it an A. A very good hotel at a very very low price.

Checkin problems , harassed for wife's id not my rewards account and credit card paying for it... Microwave broken, floor filthy. Won't be back...

I moved to baytown for work back in february 2022 and i’ve been living here since..the staff and owner has always been polite and helpful . the cleaning staff is amazing!!! after work i always come to my room with clean sheets, fresh towels and a clean room over all!!! they always go out of their way to accommodate you. Since i’ve been here i haven’t had any problems..my stay has been pleasant . I do give this place a 10/10 ..i will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family !!!!

Starting from the front desk to location,rooms,amenities,parking everything was totally perfect.rooms super clean personal super professional. 1000% satisfied highly recommend.and the mostly important thing it was Cozy and peaceful.enjoy every day we stayed here. Staff is always accommodating and very helpful. Rooms are always clean and neat.

Very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The parking lot lighting was great. Usually motels have alot of dark areas, this one did not and helped you and your vehicle feel safe at night.

I stay in hotels nearly every night of the year and have never written a review, but this hotel was the most difficult I’ve ever dealt with. I had to end up canceling and getting a refund and booking another hotel late night.

This is an exceptionally well maintained and appointed hotel that whether you're a business or pleasure traveler, would be hard pressed to beat, both in terms of value for your lodging dollar, cleanliness , modern and new guestroom appointments, as well as the friendliest and most professional Management and staff you will find anywhere. Also, you are close to many major restaurants and shopping within only a couple of miles. Great value ! AC

Found this place by accident. Our Budget truck stop so this was the closest Days Inn. Since college I’ve Been traveling for over 20 years from California to the East Coast; and this is the best Days Inn thus far! I can understand why we can’t bring food out the room, the food is not cheap at all! Customer Service…Awesome! Maintenance….Awesome! We don’t eat pork but they have packaged breakfast sandwiches, breakfast corn dogs, muffins, buttery waffles, free coffee, OJ, cereal and more! Breakfast is from 6am-9am. We love Days Inn and the price is a steal for what we are usually charge. They charge almost half the price for what we got. Wait! There’s more! Newly remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, ironing board and beautiful painting over high priced beds. Awesome shower and bath with newly marbled tiles. My bed at home runs over 2,000, so trust us when we say that you will sleep well. Thank God! No I’m not getting paid to write this review, I’m a real person that actually worked In the corporate world as professional quality grader in customer service. I am also writing my forth book that will relate to customer service. I have also some. A commercial on bad customer service. So enjoy your stay! Wonderful place to stay. It's clean and Mr Neal, is a great guy. He made our stay good and I recommend this motel to everyone !

I had a problem with roaches in the room. Management was very nice, they let me view another room first and let me switch rooms. The rooms are nice though because the motel has recently been renovated.

Excellent motel! Clean, well lit, and maintained in great condition! You feel like this is a brand new motel. Google Maps was a little challenging getting me to the correct entrance likely caused by the multiple turns after exiting Interstate 10 eastbound.

The staff was so kind and met all my needs also the room was spotless and reasonable price as well loved it and for sure if I come by here again this is where I will stay! If i can recommend a place it would definitely be here! Thank you so much great customer and stay services
