My first time there,my first purchase not my last Thoroughly impressed by the quality,craftsmanship and selection of jewelry. I was greeted instantly & it was genuine. Associates were extremely knowledgeable about jewelry and entire process. Also impressed by in-house jeweler on-site this in itself was magnificent. Sometimes something so small makes the biggest difference. I received a hand written thank you card in mail. I haven’t received such personal treatment by any other jewelry co other than Tiffany’s. I can vouch per my personal experience that Robson’s is top notch. This place in itself is a hidden gem

Excellent customer service! Paul is goes out of his way to make sure the his jewelry designs are amazing. Sent my rings in to have them re-tipped and have a ring guard made, but my wedding ring needed to be sized done a little bit. Dawn knew I couldn’t get into the shop so she offered to meet me at my house to measure my finger to be sure everything will fit like a glove when I get them back. She was so sweet! I love Robsons! I would not trust anyone else with my wedding set!

Loved the bracelet bar for my fist permanent jewelry. The Royal Collection trunk show was exquisite. We enjoyed a girls day and came home with some beautiful pieces! Christine was a joy to shop with.

Last year we went to several jewelry stores in the SE Houston area. However we found our best deal with Robsons Jewelers in Baytown. Javier was very professional and took his time to show us a wide selection of engagement rings with some custom settings. My Dad gave me an extremely incredible Beautiful Cross necklace... That his Mother gave him... and her Mother gave her... For generations handed down. I wear it always and when it had two issues that needed repaired I took it to Dawn... She was very helpful very sweet very friendly and very knowledgeable. She called me just a few days later to let me know my necklace ready!!! I went in to Robson’s Diamond Jewelers to have my husbands ring re-shanked. On my way out I saw a beautiful wedding ring set that I feel in love with and of course my husband had to buy it. Christine provided an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end and Robson’s gave me a great deal on my previous wedding ring (center stone) that I bought there 10 years ago. Javier was also very attentive too. I highly recommend Robson’s Diamond Jewelers as I’ve been a customer for 10 years now. BTW, I feel in love with gold all over again!

Definitely recommend! Great selection, quality, and cost. Very polite and attentive salesperson. Ask for Eavin, she did awesome! I purchased a beautiful diamond ring for my wife for Christmas. It needed resizing, but I didn't know the size, and I didn't want to spoil the suprise. My wife recently had repair work and resizing done on a few pieces and Eavin was able to pull up the correct size for me. I figured we'd have to come back after the Holidays to get resizing, like most places, but she was able to get it done super fast. By noon the next day, the ring was ready. I was so pleased when I returned that I decided to splurge and got another beautiful piece, this time a necklace, for the other woman in my life, my daughter.

This was the easiest and most hassle-free jewelry buying experience I've ever had. The manager, I believe, Dawn, was extremely helpful. I found the perfect ring for my bride that matched the engagement ring I bought from (unfortunately) a different jeweler. It was ready in just a couple of days after needing a slight size reduction. My bet is that the exact same ring would have cost double from any big box jewelry store. The customer service here is fantastic. You're greeted right when you walk in, and they don't try to upsell you on anything you didn't come in for, or at all for that matter. I plan on visiting Robson's for years to come, for many future events and milestones my wife and I will share.

This place is awesome!!! Was on a wild chase for diamond earrings, ones that didn’t exist. That didn’t stop Brooke & Dawn - they came up a custom set based on my idea, and the Missus couldn’t be happier!

I asked them to do a recreate of my original wedding ring and they NAILED it! We added a few upgrades, but it is absolutely perfect. I highly recommended Dawn - she was super helpful and communicated frequently.

I've lived in Baytown for over 36 years and always told myself that one day I would drop in. I wanted to find something special for one of my Granddaughter's 16th Birthday so I payed them a visit. I was amazed at not only the layout and the quality of their jewelry, but also the friendly employees working there! I told Javier what I was looking for and he led me to a piece far more precious which I purchased. When asked if he could gift wrap it he said "sure!" When the box was opened, a little led light came on in the lid which displayed the beauty of the piece! This visit will not be my last! I'll absolutely be back! I needed a couple of pins for my watch band. Another store wanted to charge me $10 each which I declined. Here, they gave them to me and didn't want pay for them. That's the kind of service I like to see. I know what to expect when I make a purchase.

My first time there to get my watch batteries changed. The watch repair man was able to help me on the spot getting me in and out in less than ten minutes! Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs, great service.

My young adult son was given his late grandfather’s watch. He was only in town for the weekend and was returning home out of state on Monday. I took the watch in Saturday to have the battery replaced and see if some links could be removed. Initially they said it would need to be left and would be ready in a few days. But after I explained our situation, the kind gentleman asked if I had 20 minutes to give him. He made me comfortable by offering snacks, beverages and seating. He went to work on the watch and emerged in less time than expected. I was sent on my way without being charged any money. We have shopped Robsons for years. But what a heart warming experience this was in a world that seems to be turning so cold, I just had to share.
