I got there and there was a smiling woman that greeted us so pleasantly. Which meant a lot because we had just left Highlands Inn on Main St. In Highlands where the gentleman was rude and lied to me. He said they didn't do extended stay but the street sign clearly says they do. Anyway the lobby was clean and smelt so good. It was about 11:30 p.m. and I rented for a week. The room was clean, a little tight but nice. When I went to check out at 9 a.m. the same woman with the same smile was there and made me feel very special!I will definitely go back!

As of May 2021, this place still looks new! It's a lot cleaner and nicer than I imagined and my room even came with a large fridge! I liked the nice big TV, great AC, and plenty of outlets. I wish my blanket didn't have cigerette burns, but at least the sheets and pillows didn't smell like cigerette!

Let me start with me planning this trip to visit my other half for our anniversary.. This hotel was booked in budget to simply proved a place of comfot to sleep while not only he worked but I worked during the day Thursday prior to kicking off our 1yr anniversary in Houston and early Valentines weekend.. This  booking was made for a SIMPLE essential stay while preparing our weekend and big stay downtown, no other expectations set... One MANDATORY necessity was shuttle service and I booked this reservation under the impression airport shuttle was included (screenshot provided)! When I called to schedule a pick up, I was laughed at and quickly told "NO they do not offer that." I was forced to purchase a Lyft and the cost was $41.00 ONE WAY to arrive at this hotel (Reciept provided). At this point I've already almost doubled my trip based on FALSE expectations set by FALSE advertising!!!!. I arrive at this hotel, walked up to my room, not impressed in the parking lot or strange chafacters looking at me from the balcony. I  still pressed on towards my room in semi-good spirits simply excited to shower and sleep... At first glance my room seemed decent and even newly renovated, I was ready to cease traveling and pause for a moment after a full day of events and travel. I first go to the shower to notice the door does not close nor lock (pictures attached), I start the shower and notice the water stopper is not even connected!! I'm relieved I wasn't planning on taking a bath and continued to wait for the water to heat up to prepare for a nice shower... Not only did the water not reach above 110° but the water pressure was so weak that I felt like I was taking a shower under a sink faucet!! At this point I'm extremely exhausted, beyond frustrated and so is my partner. I struggle through the pitiful shower to get "clean" just to lay down in PURE exhaust, hoping for silence. The bed looked quite comfortable all though they had 3 small pillows to fit a KING size bed... We lay down and get super comfy as the sheets were clean did the bed was as expected.. Moments later we hear tires screeching, over and over again waking up both up!! ALL night cars/trucks street racing!!! After a night of ZERO sleep and previous exhausting day, the two of us get up at 530AM walk downstairs to the truck to find puke, THICK HUMAN VOMIT, not but a few feet from our truck entry way!! No one wants to start their work day or morning like that!!!! So here we are on the second night of our horrific stay, exhausted, uncomfortable, several hours into our "celebratory pre-weekend", further out pocket than planned REGRETTING the WHOLE trip, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SIGHT! This one bad experience set the entire tone for a MONUMENTAL moment in our lives. What a dissapointment!!!

I wish I could give this place no stars!! We had to cancel because of the mass shooting in El Paso TX on 08/03 and they wouldn’t let us. They have a strict “no refund policy”. Expedia called 6 times to try to work something out but fel on deaf ears. Even if it was a national terrorism issue. They are insensitive people that don’t care about anything but money. How sad that we had another stressful issue to worry about in the midst of all this tragedy.

Nice place, very clean and the staff is very polite. It is a bit noisy from freeway traffic. Would recommend to anyone staying in Baytown to stay here.

I lived here for a month and it was amazing. Great weekly rates and awesome housekeeper. Laundry and vending machine on site, right off the highway. Owners live here as well and are very nice.

The rooms were fine. Clean enough. Nothing obvious wrong. Had a slight dog smell in the room but the bedding was super clean and fresh. Price was great. Has a really nice refrigerator in it.
