I
placed
an
order
on
doordash
on
Tuesday
at
7:30
PM.
I
ordered
two
crunchwrap
supreme
combos
which
came
with
an
crunchwrap,
a
taco
and
a
drink.
I
separately
added
two
cinnamon
twist..
the
drinks
were
the
only
thing
that
came
with
my
order
that
wasn’t
a
discard.
I
immediately
called
the
store
as
soon
as
i
received
my
order
and
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager,
Nicholas,
who
apologized
and
reassured
me
that
my
order
will
be
remade
and
that
i
could
either
pick
it
up
the
same
night
(tuesday)
or
the
next
day(wednesday).
I
really
appreciate
him
accommodating
me,
but
i
was
at
work
which
is
why
i
used
doordash
in
the
first
place.
He
told
me
that
i
will
be
able
to
pick
it
up
the
next
day.
Today
is
Wednesday
and
i
placed
a
call
at
5:01
PM
to
follow
up
regarding
my
previous
order.
While
speaking
to
the
manager,
Nicholas
he
said
that
he
will
have
my
order
remade.
I
informed
the
manager
that
i
will
be
sending
my
employer
to
pick
up
my
order
that
was
supposed
to
be
“remade”
today.
However
when
she
arrived
she
was
informed
by
Marcio
that
I
will
have
to
contact
doordash
to
complete
my
complaint
about
my
order.
Apparently
doordash
has
been
“messing
up”
a
lot
lately
and
as
i
was
trying
to
explain
to
him
that
it
wasn’t
on
doordash
it
was
on
the
store,
taco
bell
he
kept
insisting
that
it
was
doordash
fault
and
it
had
nothing
to
do
with
the
real
problem
which
is
the
food.
His
customer
service
to
another
manager
from
a
different
establishment
was
trash!
Marcio
was
highly
rude.
Marcio
and
Nicholas
were
being
very
secretive
to
each-other
about
my
order.
My
employer
contacted
me
while
at
taco
bell
and
marcio
talked
to
me
over
the
phone
and
explained
that
i
will
need
to
contact
doordash
regarding
my
order.
In
closing
i
did
contact
doordash
and
received
my
entire
refund,
however
i
do
not
wish
to
continue
my
business
from
this
location.
This
location's
management
and
staff
need
to
be
reevaluated
for
their
poor
customer
service.
