    I’m not even sure why I frequent this location as it’s a roll of the dice whether or not my order will be correct … today’s Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch included the cardboard outer paper they use to protect the shell when you just buy the taco … so the employee took the Gordita bread, coated it with melty cheese and sandwiched that around the Doritos taco … paper and all! I’m at a loss!

    We were in the drive-thru, waiting to order for about 15 minutes before we reached the speaker. Once we reached the speaker we were met with silence for another 5 minutes so I pulled up to the window to order. The person at the window tried to hand me food but I mentioned that I hadn't ordered yet. They told me I would need to pull around to the speaker & wait in line again to order, or I could come inside - because they weren't allowed to take my order at the window. I refused. They stated it was against their policy to take orders at the window & I stated it was against my policy to come inside from the drive thru. They still refused to take my order. I wasted 20+ minutes & left with no tacos. Very poor customer service.

    They added all new features which is self ordering kiosk is very amenable during the rush hours which cuts off waiting time. Olefia is very kind and respectful and best at what she do. Always provide fresh & warm food. Service was quick. Seating area was cleaned as expected. Staff was accommodating.

    I don’t know what’s going on today but this Taco Bell used to be better they probably short handed but the store manager should work more with his staff they don’t know how to communicate with customers nd they just ignore when you need something oh nd the store manager inside of work doing food he’s just walking around the whole store ignoring orders nd customers we wait for 45 minutes for our order nd other people been here before me and they say they been waiting for an hour can’t believe this not coming back here

    I order 3 fiver layer burritos and asked for no sour cream and there was sour cream. The burritos were falling apart and one of them had very little in it. I paid extra for onions on my Mexican pizza and my grilled chicken burrito and didn't receive the onions . I also paid extra to have creamy jalapeno sauce on my grilled chicken burrito instead of the chipotle sauce.

    Man I’m not gonna lie today was my off day and I decided to get some Taco Bell just to be on the trashy side of tacos but at the same time these people ripped me worse it in I could’ve got ripped from Jack-in-the-Box on getting some tacos I ordered eight Doritos Locos tacos and they barely had any meat any cheese or any vegetables in them usually you go to a place like this and the ground beef is put in plus I ordered supreme and there was no sour cream all the fixings for that but a Uber eat it my order so there was really no doing anything about it I’m sorry but the quality of the product was complete trash and needs complete work or to see if someone’s in the kitchen

    Really nice people. The staff was nice the food was delicious and the property was very well kept. Restrooms were very clean. I was very pleased with the food and was very impressed with how nice everyone was. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I know I will be revisiting this place anytime I'm in Baytown. Good prices great food and exceptionally nice staff.

    This is not the place to go to they have been screwing up orders the times I have gone..I figured I go and maybe they have been better on service but big disappointment they are still the same poor management,bad service I would recommend that nobody goes there (My order was just 3 soft tacos and took them over 30 minutes if I would of never said anything they might of forgotten)

    We love Taco Bell by joe vs. on Garth . my mom and I went around 9:20pm. The lady that took our order was super rude while we were ordering. We were asking for our food to be specific (no lettuce , no tomato stuff like that) cashier Jordan Z told the people there “Do y’all here this lady, “ like really we are paying for our food I don’t see what the problem was. But really if you don’t want to work then why even be there .? Super rude then when we went up to the window to get our food they kept rolling their eyes and laughing . It’s just ridiculous how people are really. Makes you not even want to eat to it food

    The manager CLAYTON is a great person!! The store was clean, he was professional, courteous, and one of the best managers I've met since I've moved to Baytown. A lot of other places treat you like just another number, but Clayton the manager really put his heart into helping me resolve a mix up on an order that his employees accidentally gave to someone else. When I drove back to pick up my food, nobody acknowledged me until Clayton saw me standing there and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to help. You're a rockstar, please give this man a raise. He definitely deserves it.

    I placed an order on doordash on Tuesday at 7:30 PM. I ordered two crunchwrap supreme combos which came with an crunchwrap, a taco and a drink. I separately added two cinnamon twist.. the drinks were the only thing that came with my order that wasn’t a discard. I immediately called the store as soon as i received my order and asked to speak with the manager, Nicholas, who apologized and reassured me that my order will be remade and that i could either pick it up the same night (tuesday) or the next day(wednesday). I really appreciate him accommodating me, but i was at work which is why i used doordash in the first place. He told me that i will be able to pick it up the next day. Today is Wednesday and i placed a call at 5:01 PM to follow up regarding my previous order. While speaking to the manager, Nicholas he said that he will have my order remade. I informed the manager that i will be sending my employer to pick up my order that was supposed to be “remade” today. However when she arrived she was informed by Marcio that I will have to contact doordash to complete my complaint about my order. Apparently doordash has been “messing up” a lot lately and as i was trying to explain to him that it wasn’t on doordash it was on the store, taco bell he kept insisting that it was doordash fault and it had nothing to do with the real problem which is the food. His customer service to another manager from a different establishment was trash! Marcio was highly rude. Marcio and Nicholas were being very secretive to each-other about my order. My employer contacted me while at taco bell and marcio talked to me over the phone and explained that i will need to contact doordash regarding my order. In closing i did contact doordash and received my entire refund, however i do not wish to continue my business from this location. This location's management and staff need to be reevaluated for their poor customer service.

    I happen to like Taco Bell. I ordered chicken quesadilla with extra crunchy taco. It's cut into 4 pieces. 2 had few pieces of chicken. The others had mostly cheese. Not a very even spread. The tacos were soupy to me. I took a bit and the grease poured out the other side. I'd say about a palm full. The taco meat didn't taste very seasoned at all. The service was quick as I ordered from a kiosk. The place was well kept and not littered as I have witnessed at other locations. The food filled my belly but was not 100% happy with how it tasted nor the amount of grease.

    I want to say Thank You to the Manager on duty. I told him the potatoes were old and hard and he replaced them with no problem. They were better the 2nd time. I didn't get his name. The food was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. Thank You T.B.

    The worst Taco Bell in Baytown. Staff tried to tell me I needed to wait 30 minutes and then come back for my mobile order… worst customer service, things are always wrong or not given, food is hard and cold. Save yourself time & money. Don’t go.

    They gave us a regular soft taco but charged us for a soft taco supreme (we ordered the Supreme). Also, I've been through there and other locations lately. They've been out of mild sauce. I wonder why? Look at my pictures and you should understand.

    1) They were very nice in the drive-thru, repeated my order back and got all the items. The 5 items that were ordered without sour cream had it in there, but that's fine we'll eat it. The pizza was underneath all the items so it was squished and messy. But thats fine, scraped it onto a plate and ate it. The burrito supreme lacked the tomatos and "supreme" toppings but its okay because they graciously included a long black hair inside of it instead. Wish I saw it before getting halfway through the burrito. But hey whoever's hair it was, keep up your hair care routine, it was definitely a long healthy hair without a split end! Too bad yall didn't answer the phone so I could impart this message personally instead.

    If I could give zero stars I would! Worst service I’ve ever experienced along with prioritizing off the clock employees over full paying customers. Waited an hour in the lobby waiting for my food before asking when my food was gonna be ready they couldn’t tell me. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I don’t know if I mentioned that. Along with that they couldn’t give me a refund since I used the mobile app. Now I have to call a bunch of robots just to talk to a real person for my money back. I ADVISE never go to this place! Just absolutely horrible, employees had no motivation to get food out and caught several employees just standing around with atleast 7-8 customers waiting in the lobby, along with that, the manager by no means was trying to help his crew get orders out or motivate his crew. AGAIN! Worst service I’ve ever had

    It’s amazing how when we get inside and start ordering before they switch to their lunch menu and finish ordering, the lady from the kitchen steps up and says they don’t serve breakfast anymore even though we were able to order breakfast items. Also disappointed because I ordered hard shell supreme tacos and they had no sour cream, two pieces of tomatoes, and only a few pieces of lettuce. On top of all that no freezes even though we were, again, able to order it. None of this would have been an issue if we would’ve at least been informed of such shortage of items or maybe they just didn’t want to make it. No refund offered for drink, and had a regular cup thrown our way with no difference back for the freeze or anything. I’m honestly upset enough that I don’t want to eat. I never come to Taco Bell and it’s not without reason. I hope things change here soon and they get better with their service because this is ridiculous.

    They messed up one item on my order, everything else was fine. Returned the one item and the cashier made right by remaking it and offering compensation for the mistake. At least the one bad apple who made the item first isn't ruining the bunch.

    Terrible food and worse service. The cashier didn't even greet us as we walked in or ask to take our order. This was a big disappointment because this is one of my favorite establishments, so I was not expecting bad service or for my food to not be cooked all the way.

    The food is what you expect and the staff at this location has always been kind to me personally. However, if you place a pickup order through the Taco Bell app, you will inevitably end trying to explain to someone that you're missing a drink and that any customizations you've made to literally anything isn't right. This location usually makes it right, but it's very frustrating to have to go through the hoops and ladders -twice- to get your order right.

    Young Mr. Alex C. was BEYOND professional and attentive working the drive thru this evening.... he absolutely deserves recognition for actually sounding like he enjoys his job and wants to ensure the customer satisfaction is met. I did offer personal praise at the pick up window as well but wanted to reach out so that everyone knows how pleasant he was to deal with. It's not every day you get a fast food worker who actually cares about the customers and shows it.
