They advertise buffalo chicken when I try to get all they did was put regular chicken on and sprayed hot sauce over it. It doesn't even resemble what is advertised.The workers said that is what the owner wants done. The place looks clean but how fresh is the ingredients. If they think it's ok to cut corners like that I can only imagine what they do with the rest of the food. I will never go back to that location and would recommend nobody else go either. Ordered through the app about a half hour ago. They got some of it right. The 6“ was fine but the 12" had no extras I ordered and I only got half of it. Without the information their sealing sticker destroys you can't get any help from these people, not even their own restaurant number. Deleted the app. Don't use it, it's a pathetic experience. Even the communication with the driver is a joke.

Went to this Subway to pickup a order for a customer and was greeted by the Rudeness of the Hispanic manager. I had to call my company to verify the order which was breakfast but this manager said they didn't have breakfast. She's ALWAYS RUDE. Maybe because of my skin color. Sorry I can't do anything about that. Talk to God!!! Horrible experience.

This location has the worst custumer service ever and older woman that works there has the most disgusting nastiest and awful attitude she basically throws the sandwiches together and gets upset if you asks to change anything she embarrassedme and my son i. Front of everyone and threw my sandwich on the counter im never coming back here again i will be calling corporate!

This place is not good at all one of my friend just bought small 6 inches Plain bread just a bread there was nothing inside the bread and they charged me 5.08$

Terrible just Terrible. Manager is rude and disrespectful. Did not get my order right at all and she says that it was and gaslighting me she needs to be fired. Refused to remake and told her employees I could not get a refund. I have reported this to corporate and a fraud for stealing from me. Employees were rude as well.

I stopped to grab the sandwich on my way to my next job. Everything was great up until we got to the point of putting the vegetables on my sandwich. The guy is helping the gentleman in front of me while a fly crawls all over my sandwich. I told him I'm going to need a new sandwich because there's a fly all over mine and he proceeded to just pull off the cheese throw it away. He then reached back into the Ben to get more cheese with the same glove he just handled the contaminated food with and tried to keep making my sandwich. I politely told him no thank you and walked out and left

Ordered pick up. Food was ready on time. Restaurant was extremely clean and staff was very friendly

The hispanic want to be manager is HORRIBLE TO HER NEW EMPLOYEES! I seriously just walked out, old lady w gray hair, short and a little heavy! I was there as soon as they opened... HORRIBLE LADY GOING TO ALEXANDER INSTEAD!

I usually like subway, and this one is near to my home, but today I was disappointed in my experience. I had ordered a sandwich for pickup after my workout, and I came in at the time it was supposed to be ready, saw they weren’t done yet, and so I waited. No rush, I’m a pretty patient person. However, when I waited at the register after seeing they were finished, I asked the employee if these were for “Marisa” even though I was 100% sure they were mine. She ignored me, I thought okay, maybe she just didn’t hear me. However, some door dash employee stood up, waited behind me, and before even acknowledging ME, she spoke to HIM. She tried to give him my sandwiches, and I repeatedly told her, “no those are mine. I am Marisa.” To which she quickly snatched the sandwiches behind the counter so I couldn’t reach them. Only now that I was upset had she decided to listen to me, and that is when I spoke very loudly again stating that I was Marisa, and those were my sandwiches. I used to work in food service, and I still work in customer service, so I know how tough it can be, but completely ignoring me, and choosing to speak to the person behind me is plain rude. I don’t get upset easily, but this really baffled me. I will order from another subway IF I ever decide to again. Btw, it was an older Hispanic woman. I didn’t get a chance to read her name tag or else I would have specifically named her so that management can address the problem.

I stopped coming because service had been terrible a couple months back. I decided to stop by again as I am a vegetarian so my menu is limited. The employees that have been there have been AMAZING 🤩! From customer service, making my sandwiches Exactly the way I ask them. Not yo mention the young lady that already knows my order and is nice enough to change out her gloves every time I go in. I’m NOT A FAN OF Cross contamination WITH meat. NO MEAT AT ALLL FOR ME! so thank you guys so much for being so awesome every time I keep going. Today I stopped by for a dozen of cookies and omg they are freaking delicious!

The manager at this subway keeps all the tips that her employees make for themselves when she don't work for them at all

I went through the drive through and waited so drove up to the window. Three young men were sitting around doing nothing and when one saw me waiting, he ran to the back. Floor was littered with trash. Usually the one on Rollingbrook is pretty clean and fast. Was very disappointed with this subway! Sandwich was horrible and thrown together. So much mayo!

Terrible customer service. Felt so rushed to order, that I couldn’t even think straight. Had a complete panic attack trying to order a sandwich.

Had a terrific experience with KeKe. She explained new menu in detail and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
