    Update: Same lady still rude when I tried to go back a different time. Learn customer service and stop rushing people. Feels like you are in prison going down the food line the way the older black lady rushes you through your order. Before you can get the next word out she is rushing you. I understand you want to be quick but rushing customers is bad customer service. I come here a lot and she is always like that. Management needs to talk to her. The treatment from her is very rude. Just left 12.53pm Monday April 18.

    I'm giving it a one because I like subway and when I go to others I'm never unsatisfied, but this time I was. As soon as I walked in I was already not happy. The lady with the spicy shirt was sweeping the floors and was giving the boy who was ordering attitude and would cut him off while he was explaining what he wanted. As I stated before she was sweeping with gloved hands and without replacing them she just started making his sandwich with those same gloves she was using before. So she finished his order and rung him up that's when she finally took them off and replaced them. When it was mine and my mother's turn she was still rude, interrupted us while we spoke, sloppily made our sandwiches all the same attitude only with clean gloves. I don't know her name but I hope she gives other people better service.

    Better tasting products Most subways have been blah and I quit going. But got a 6 inch it was good. I dont like the idea before I can use my debut card I felt pressured to tip. .if I wasnt standing in line employee putting my sandwich together I felt pressured. If at table and brought to me I dont mind tipping.

    Rude staff, can’t get my order correct. I come in here twice a week and I will not be coming in again. I don’t pay for an entire meal to be questioned why I’m grabbing chips, in front of other customers, well check the receipt, it clearly shows I paid for it and you didn’t put it in my bag so I had to grab it myself.

    We walked in and they took my boyfriend’s order then ignored me and took the next guys order. When we checked out, turns out they gave the other guy my boyfriend’s order. They remade his but the meatballs were cold and they didn’t even toast it. Not coming back again

    Check your bill before paying. I got a black forest ham sandwich which is lower in price than the #99, which comes with 30% more meat. I did not specify that I wanted the #99, but they took it upon themselves to make it anyway because, and I quote, "the managers want us to sell more of the numbered meals." I guess that gives them the right to steal from customers.

    Covid-19: We placed an online order and got to the restaurant 10min after it was meant to be ready. We ended up waiting 20min to have the food made because there was one lady and the place was packed. Im sure she was doing her best but was clearly overwhelmed. Its good to have an income but people shouldn't have to be subjected to stress like that earn it.

    I came here this past Sunday afternoon. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean and appeared that it had been recently renovated. The bathroom appeared as though it hadn't yet been renovated however, and the flush was not working. In addition, the staff were not too friendly. My friend and I ordered a turkey wrap and a steak wrap, and both were tasty though!
