I went in on Monday night Feb.24th about 930 pm right before they closed. Everything was fine until the young lady named Rosaline coughed directly on my sandwich. She took me she was sick and that she didn’t cough on my food but I saw her. Anyway, I asked her if she could make me another sandwich because I wasn’t going to pay or eat that. She gave me a hard time about remaking my sandwich so I asked for the manager’s number and name. Whom I did speak to but she was also as rude. This used to be my favorite location since I moved to Baytown, but I won’t be coming back here because customer service isn’t up to par.

Mindy has been very helpful and friendly every time I’ve been there.

Pick a different Subway Absolutely horrible...!!! Took a total of 40 mins to get my food I was only 4th in line Went to make my glass of ice tea and there was NO ICE!!!! I had bad experience at this particular Subway about 5 yrs ago, decided to give them another chance Im not one to leave nasty reviews but this place was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway Not sure why they are still in business??

My elderly father who came to visit was overcharged 100% tip without him knowing! He checked the receipt and he paid $37.24 for 2 foot long sandwiches ( chicken teriyaki & tuna) no drink no chip. The cost for the 2 foot long are $17.73 (green line) and they charged him $19.51 for tip (blue line)They charged him more than the sandwiches themselves! He definitely did not add those tip when he used his debit card!!! That’s over 100% for tip!! And it said that he dine in when in fact it was to go! I tried to call the number but no one answered! I will have to go back and talk to the manager! Very dishonest! Don’t come this this subway!!!!

I asked to remove something from a sandwich and was told no absolutely not. This is not customer service. So I politely told the 0erson making my sandwich I don't want that then and changed my order. I asked foe a simple substitution, nothing crazy. I've worked at restaurants most of my life. This is no5 customer service. No manager in site to talk to. Terrible servive.

Food and service were good; good but not great. If you get there after 9 p.m. be prepared for take-out only ; you will not have time to eat there. This seems to be common at Subways. When the sign says they're open till 10 that means that they chase everyone out and they lock the doors at 10 p.m..

The store is very clean and the store manager is very respectful only subway I feel comfortable eating at.

Door was open, and I soon I entered the lady told me "We are not open yet" she was very rude!! Please don't ever think going here!!

I have gone to subway many times, I love the fact that there is so muc customization. Subway is very welcoming, mainly sanitary, and the prices are very good! This restaurant is very fitness supportive, if you want to get fit, but want outside food, subway is the best bet. 5/5 would recommend

The staff is awesome, however restaurante requires attention. 1)A/C not working 2) Rest room ( TOILET NOT FLUSHING/ MENS) 3) Ceiling tile missing from ceiling ( WATER LEAK - BUCKET IN FRONT OF COUNTER.)

Girl making my sandwich was saying( is that it too much ) making it uncomfortable to choose wisely and when asked for mustard and mayonnaise she queezed the bottle and put way too much. I had to come home and take some off with napkin awful service !!!!

The woman making my sandwich was rude and on her cell phone.

A very bad treatment from the lady of these people who ask them a question and they complain and look at you. It is not necessary to express your personal problems when you work in customer service we all have our problems

We went in to get a sub, the woman making my sandwich had psoriasis scabs all up and down her arms (falling off into the food). We got about halfway down the bar and I asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one there. I replied well I dont want the sandwich and walked out. The most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my entire life. Will not ever return to this location, it needs some serious sterilization after what I experienced.

My whole online order was NOT how I ordered it, the managers are extremely rude. How are you going to be rude to your customer over your mistakes.. I will take my business back to other sandwich shops. I wish I hadn’t spent a dime today.

Ingredients were covered, but the lettuce looked oxidized.
