    Worst experience this morning !! I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie, they didn’t tell that they were out of them until it was time to pay at the window. Like why not tell me while i’m ordering ?? So, I decided to get a orange juice and it was warm not cold ! So I asked for ice and when I went to go open my orange juice to add the ice there was someone’s HAIR in my juice !!!! I would’ve went back but I was going to be late for school. Worst McDonald’s ever !!! Definitely won’t be back. I also tried to call and no answer !!

    Of all the times I've been going to McDonald's, it was the very first time that someone said Good morning, and have a wonderful day ."". The young lady who took my order thru the drive-through window added a smile on my face. I had to tell her supervisor that she provided me with excellent customer service.

    Got here at 5am, got an error trying to check in. The drive through moved pretty fast and the food was hot. None of the parking lights were lit so it gave me an uneasy feeling. I said thank you twice to the guy working the drive through and he didn’t say a single word back. Hopefully he’s just having a bad day.

    As a door dash driver it is absolutely horrible to try and pick up an order after the lobby is closed. They take orders at the window instead of the speaker. Can't order on the app since it shows this location is closed after midnight until 5 am. 15 minutes so far waiting to pick up a door dash order and there is still 4 cars ahead of me that haven't even ordered yet.

    Waited in drive thru to order nobody answered after 3 minutes drove to first window nobody was at the window then moved to second window manager and employee gossiping they acknowledged me but never came to the window I guess the gossip was to good for a customer so I drove away went to the other mcdonalds in garth rd

    We rarely go to McDonald's, my kid likes Pokemon cards, and now for a period of time, their kid's meal comes with 4 Pokemon cards. So we got the kid's meal, we were going to order some ice cream cones, but it wasn't available. However we got our order pretty quick, my kid was happy.

    Do better I mean this is the place you choose to work at! We ordered through the app around 915pm is nothing too big or fancy. Get there ask to double check the food because something is always missing so the lady does, we get home and we are missing a chicken sandwich. So we call and my husband asks if he could just get it later and she hangs up he calls back and she says I can replace it now. Then he tries calling back and they refused to pick up the phone. Our son went up there to get it and they give him extra stuff, cool but to be hung up on come on now

    What did you guys put in my drink? There is hard white stuff floating in the bottom of the drink. I fished one of them out and put it on the lid, looks like an oat but smells like menthol. Best to just stay away from this location. Service has always been an issue, their speaker never works and you have to repeat your order 3-6 times, and now apparently cleanliness is an issue as well. Avoid at all cost.

    We just got two of the smoky BLT. one was ordered double the other quarter pounder. Well both came as double. And on top of that where is the bacon ?? No bacon not just on one but on both. We like what the F. This place has been going down. Not sure what has changed, but considering these cost more that 10 buck with a meal. Godd grief.

    We went in the morning and seriously the morning shift ladies there were so sweet and their customer service was amazing!! They greeted us when we came in. When we asked for a water cup, they gave us a big one. When we got our smoothies they were full to the top. The food was warm! We were very satisfied with our experience there!

    The staff seemed to not understand "Only lettuce and tomatoes" my chicken sandwich had only pickles. Pathetic. I took the sandwich back in the restaurant, mgr took it, DID NOT THROW IT OUT, as she should have. Gave it to someone to ADD lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely not how it's done.

    I came here at 3:10am, they took my order, I get to the window and sit on my phone cuz I know I am about to wait a while. Once it hits 3:30am I start looking around in the store and see a lady cleaning the counter. She mimes out to leave because they're closed. They never bothered to tell me they were closed when they took my order, or told me my total, or to pull up to the window, or for the 20 minutes I waited at the window. Absolutely awful!

    This place is the worst. What good is using the app if they don't see it. I had to wait over 30 mins in the curbside. Finally drove to the window and they said we don't see it even though I showed them my phone. They have never gotten 1 order right. The fries are cold and the quality of the food is just thrown together.

    I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie with my breakfast but was charged for a medium and worker rushed to give me my order at second window. She was not friendly and I had to ask for my smoothie to be given to me. She had an attitude when I asked for a second syrup but I had no problem paying the $0.27. I wanted to ask for ketchup with my 2 hashbrowns but decided against it. Staff need to be retrained on customer service and to present themselves as friendly. I WON'T be coming back. I truly feel that workers should not get upset with the customer for ensuring that we get what we are paying for. I know that people go through things in life, but really, it cost nothing to be kind! I am all about effective customer service. If I did not ask for my strawberry banana smoothie, then I am sure that she would not have given it to me at all. This goes to show you how you are being rushed. That's not right! Guess I'll have to get my breakfast elsewhere because I don't shop where the workers have attitudes early in the morning!

    When we came in, a young lady at the counter took our order. She was friendly and competent. The dining area is very nicely updated, chic and very appealing - and impressively clean. There appears to be a lady who was in-charge of keeping the place clean because the whole time that we were there, she was there doing her job; even the restrooms were nice and clean. Our food and beverages tasted good. This location is right off of I-10 and is right next to a Shell station.

    Would give a zero if possible I’m heading out of Baytown and I ordered a 10 piece nuggets, they gave me 7. We called back and the manager said she would call the Winnie McDonald’s and give us nuggets and a refund, she took down my phone number and never called back. When I called they would not answer. People go to a different location this one sucks. I’m very disappointed with the McDonald’s company for multiple experiences like this.

    Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, the one thing that REALLY irks me about those place is when I order cookies with my order, and there's no cars behind me, and they ask me to pull up. Why not just let me wait at window? Several times I've done this, they've forgotten about me, or missed something, and I have to get off since I'm no longer at the window to let them know.

    My wife ordered through their app since we were close to this location and they stated on the app that curbside wasn't available till 6am. Fine no problem, she's told to go pick up inside well couldn't do that, because lobby was closed even though their hours say 5 am just like on the app. Well I go to try and get in and it's closed still. Manager that was just coming on said drive thru to pick it up. Well it's freaking McDonald's drive thru super slow and it was just after 5am and there was 1 person in front of us and the girl working drive thru takes awhile to tell them to pull up to 2nd window and tell's us samething. Pull up and she's busy talking to everyone else to even hear the order #. 13 minutes later we get our food at it was lukewarm

    I bought their new double cheese burger and basket of fries deal... They gave me single cheese burgers. I'm in a hurry because I door dash. I still went in to get them to fix it. They handed me 2mcdoubles which are not the same thing. Very rude. Always late. A and this was the manager that done me this way. Yea. Not getting my money again
