Surly employees refused to honor the GIANT advertisement on the window and told us they no longer have the basket of fries for $2. Boooo! The Manager looked confused and as opposed to negotiating with her, we left. When a restaurant is telling you they are trash, believe them.

Last fuel stop on my 950 mile trip from Cullman, Alabama to San Antonio. Clean restroom and hot coffee. Can't give 5 stars to places that don't offer a military discount. Great staff

Everyone is complaining about the increasing prices. I say,, "GET a grip!...You only have to be as smart as your smart phone." Take out delivery or dine in, our friendly neighborhood McDonald's have made it so affordable. So quit complaining and take the smart route. One of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds we’ve been to in a very long time. Fast & friendly service- hot food, hot coffee and the most customer friendly staff. Thanks McDonalds team!

This mcdonald’s has been the exact same for years every single time going threw the drive thru no matter what time it is they always will take centuries like the time i’ve been waiting in this line i could’ve gone to another mcdonald’s that i prefer but no….. id imagine its all the young people in there having no clue on what is going on and how to do it properly fast but this is ridiculous it’s been several years this mcdonald’s is still the same and i make a mistake coming here every single time but nahhh the closest mcdonald’s to my lovely home is the worst one in the state 💀 let’s just appreciate the fact how good some places are compared to others

Typical McDonald's nothing negative to report here had breakfast and dinner in the same day. Service is abnormally better in the morning than most of their locations.

WATCHED 4 orders come in after mine. Those had the basket of fries I had a large fries. Was told 3 times waiting on fries yet every time they didn't have enough for mine. My order was 179. I watch order 180 181 and 183 go out with basket of fries.

Had to wait 5 minutes for the lady to answer the headset, then she proceeded to be rude when she did finally answer after coming back in from sitting in her truck and then after saying my order 3 times, in a snobbish voice said "I can't hear you, can you come to the window". Then we pulled to the window, repeated the order and she still wasn't paying attention to what was being said/being said cause she has 2 headsets on muffling everything I was saying and now I've been waiting 10 more minutes for my food!!! Not sure what's up with her or what she is on but management's got to do something about her poor work ethic, bad attitude, and lack of proper work attire. Her hair was not properly put up and is long like a horses tail.

Ordered off the app, walked into pick up the order. 15 minutes to get my order. I had to ask for my drink. Hispanic lady kept telling the white guy to get my drink. The white guy ask what I wanted, I advised him unsweetened lemonade tea. He brought me sweet lemonade tea. I watched them after 2 minutes deleting orders off the screen, that's why they can't get orders right. Yet they have fast serve times. Yet it still took them 15 minutes. For every 3 or 4 orders that went through the drive through, 1 would be handed out inside the dining room. B4 u ask yes I am white. And yes the McDonald's is at a truck stop and I drive a semi tractor trailer.

Not always a friendly crew, but managers are SOO BAD!! You constantly have to listen to mgrs reprimand employees, even if you tell mgrs they have been well served. Employees just hanging out by the keyoskes to help them order is soooo stupid. I watched this on numerous occasions, and all of us eating in, have complained and told mgmt to leave US alone!

Its McDonalds. Food all tastes pretty much the same. The girl at the counter took our order and money. Got the order and change right on the 1st try. This location is close to our home, so we use it fairly regularly

Don't know why I even bother with this place anymore. The caramel frappe is good..that's all I have to say good about the place. Wouldn't even bring my kids here if they were still little.

It's sitting inside the Lows truck stop.good friendly staff. Fast service. Tasty food. We can park in the Lowes parking. Car and trucks have so many parking lots. But for bus drivers, it's a bit congested.

This McDonald's always has some kinda problem ( out of items from the menu,cash only due to the card reader is not working) and they are just rude! On this vist they got my order wrong..grrr!

This morning I ordered two sausage egg and cheese McGriddles, and a hotcakes and sausage meal. I received two sausage and cheese McGriddles with no egg and an order of pancakes, no sausage or hash browns..... Everything was wrong and you know to call the number and nobody answers

Service was better than usually. Hate going there son ask for something to eat at last minute. The only reason I stop. Didn't want to go back out and it's right in front of the neighborhood.

I would like to thank you all for working on Thanksgiving at 10 o'clock at night but when I order a BLT double quarter pounder. And I receive it and it's dripping with grease to where I can't even hold it and I'm missing my bacon And I wait back in line to receive just only my Bacon and you shake your head at me. For asking something that I paid for. You should have a little bit more pride in the food that you prepare for the people. That come to your store time and time again I understand not all of us are as nice as me. But leave your feelings at the door And I will keep mine in my truck. And not all over your window with this grease trap. I have nothing else to say about this Happy Thanksgiving

Always messing up your order. Don't listen to you. Rude. Workers in that drive thru. Will argue with the customer. And will start speaking in Spanish when they think you don't understand.

SCAMMERS!!! Pay attention to how they serve your fries. Order a large, you're really getting a small, maybe a medium size portion. They're not opening the fry boxes correctly which makes it seem like the box is full. I even ordered a basket of fries and it had close to a large size portion. YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY'S WORTH!!!

Ordered on the app. Chose table service because it was busy and very crowded around counter. Workers to lazy to bring to table. Milkshake was pretty much liquid and all the manager could say was sorry. Wouldn't even remake it.

Usually this McDonald's is on par with others in the area, which isn't saying much. I have been using the app to accumulate points, and I have to say that I've obviously spent some amount of money to save over 20,000 points. So, when I went to this location, as it is near my house, to use some of these points... It just seemed like the person(who seemed to be the manager,) working the drive-through window was very short, and actually rude to me. I feel like it is because I only wanted to get a Large Mocha Frappe, which was free apart from the 4500 points I used from the app. Which meant that my Order that morning was $0.00, and I guess that person took it personally, or something. I don't know, but I spent plenty of actual money to get those points, and if I didn't want to place another whole order to get my "Free" coffee, then I don't understand what the problem is, or why this person(wearing the "Manager" uniform) decided to take it personally, or whether he was having a bad day, or what. But, I feel like I should be treated the same regardless of whether I spent $50 that day or 4500 points.

Well the worker was nice and friendly it just that my order wasn't right. He didn't give me a receipt. I asked for the 3.00 bundle and ended up with the bigger order of nuggets and fries. The bundle he didn't hear was the one with 2 burgers and basket of fries. Had too many frozen Fanta so everyone ended up with two drinks. But other then that the food was hot

Fast service. Lady was very kind. Its a truck stop with McDonalds attached. Food was fresh the coffee was great. Truck drivers idiots as usual. Plenty of truck parking but they wanna park in front of entrance.
