This place is ridiculous. I paid for my drink waiting in line, every one were getting their drinks but me. Hello, what about my drink. Was only one and everyone esle have 2 or more. Not fair at all. I won't come here again, I didn't feel important and the lady didn't even apologized.

I called for the red cup and worker was rude was a lady. I’m glad I don't usually go to the Kroger one.

Not enough workers. Sat in line for over 20 minutes and waited on them to take my order at the screen for another 5. Drinks were normal and the pumpkin bread tasted good but not worth the wait.

I ordered large hot cappuccino but it was just foam in cup not enough milk. Employees are not customer friendly

Employees who work here are so nice. When you don't know what to get they always know what to offer you.

They’re pretty much always out of cold brew.

I have to say that this experience was a good one. Nine times out of ten I always got luke warm coffee so I stopped going. Just happen to walk by this one in Kroger and my wife I got two cups of coffee. I am happy to say that both of our coffees we're extremely hot taste very good.

I’ve been going to the Starbucks in Kroger for the longest and every-time I always get GREAT service . It shows a lot on days that are special to you when they take the time to write Happy Birthday on your drink . Keep up the exceptional service see y’all soon . lol

Excellent, Another Great Starbucks! East of Houston.

Lines move fast for early morning and afternoon times after 15:00 the place is packed. I like to go through the fruits and vegetables to see the sale items. Then the shampoos and other items I spend more time over than any where else. However, the ice cream selection is terrible!

I usually love this Starbucks but why is the oven off at 7:20 when they close at 9? Feb.25 for management’s reference. Part of the reason I choose this Kroger is the convenience of the Starbucks.

I ordered my drink and paid for it. Then realized that I forgot to ask for cold foam. Asked ANNA if she could add it. She said yes but made me get back in line to pay for it! $1.35. What a way to pay it forward ANNA! I would have never. What kind of customer service is that? Mind you, once I paid, the line was four people deep! She made the drink and sat in by the register until I paid the $1.35 as if I would have taken it before paying the $1.35! Ludacris! Hope it was worth it to her to be so committed to this multi million, possible, billion dollar company!

Went in waiting for about 3 minutes. Didn't get acknowledged. Something like "I'm busy, but I'll get right with you" would have worked anything. When I said you really need to acknowledge your customers, I just received a blank stare, I walked out. All star bucks are pretty much the same in taste. The difference is the service.

Today's barista, Kiana, was very thoughtful, helpful, efficient, and pleasant; even though she was working solo! (Her help was on break). I've never met her before, nor know her, but Starbucks better giver her a raise! Great help like that is hard to find. AND, the pumpkin cold brew is BACK.

Every time I come to this Starbucks the wait time is ridiculous. I put in an online order 30 minutes ago and still waiting for 2 drinks. I tell myself every time I will not come back but keep hoping they have gotten it together. Nope... they are just slow.

I am a regular at this location and I have to say that the staff is the best! They are so kind, friendly, and accommodating.
